    Untidy store, stuff in the aisles everywhere. Limited choice, couldn't find anything I set out to buy. Not what I expected from a chain like Hornbach.

    The experience was not the best as with the new rules of click and collect I had to wait for almost 45min waiting for the staff to identify my order. If the staff get the IT systems working properly and has some common sense it wil be a good experience
