The response could have been better at the initial stage. They only became more active in responding when there was a real delay at the courier provider. Also Motoin.de's disclaimer that the delay of the service provider is not something within their control certainly doesn't give confidence to me as their customer. As far as I am concern, i am dealing with Motoin.de and to me it's their responsibility and accountability to get the whole experience right. Credit to them for vast array of choices and also the superb packaging...first class. To me, the courier provider (DHL) spoiled the experience...

About the premium shipping didn't happen to me. It was late dispatch 2 days and I call twice to see what happen.i received my helmet in a good condition packaged and I'm happy with that the guy I spoke on the phone was very ok and help me .I put 3 stars only because my order late to dispatch the same and I wait 2 days .so premium shipping not work with me .thanks

Best online experience I have had in 20 years. Because of the trade deal between the EU and Canada the cost is less then ordering from the US, and the shipping is somehow quicker. I normally try to buy locally but the selection and price blows anything local out of the water (literally 50% less then some shops in Canada). If your Canadian and having trouble finding the gear you want try this site out.

I ordered crash bars for my 2023 KTM 690 ENDURO R from Motoin. When I received the package (it came in thick bubble wrap not in a box) I delivered it directly to my local motorcycle mechanic (RTT Powersports) along with my bike so they could install it. A day later my mechanic emailed me to say it was the wrong part. It was for a 2012 KTM 690 ENDURO R so it did not fit. My mechanic sent me an email providing photos of the crash bars and their instructions. I forwarded this email to Motoin and received a nonsensical reply asking me what year my bike was, even though I mentioned this in my first email. After several emails, Merve at Motoin eventually asked me for photos of a barcode. I do not remember a barcode nor does my mechanic. I decided to call Motoin and the guy on the phone said they needed photos of the original packaging. I told him I did not have it as my mechanic discarded it. The packaging was thick bubble wrap so there was no need to keep it. The guy on the phone then asked me to send the crash bars back to Germany. I explained I could not do that as the cost would be the same as the bars! I am in Sydney, Australia and there is no cost effective way to send bulky items to Germany! I have provided motoin with sufficient evidence that they sent me the wrong part. They will not accept that evidence and instead insist I send photos of the packaging that my mechanic discarded. I see Motoin's response as a clear attempt at not taking responsibility for their mistake. They sent the wrong part and instead of replacing it, they ask for photos of original packaging (unreasonable) and ask me to return it at my cost (even more unreasonable). I have no choice but to report this incident to my bank and try get a refund through my credit card provider! Motoin management, if you read this review and decide you want to do the right thing my order number is 698806. I have attached photos of the items I received.

Highly recommend, I shoped around everywhere for the Cardo Edge and these guys by far had the best deal going. I now am going back so i can get a second kit for my other helmet after trying out the Cardo for the first time it far exceeds my old comms system and my expectations. Thanks to the team at motoin and there great level of service.

I received my icon soul food and I was disappointed when I received it it had a scratch on the visor and on the top of the helmet. The inside on the helmet look like someone had put ash on the inside

Update: I finally received my orders. I changed to 3 stars from 1 star. The packaging could have been better. The bottom part was open and missing the freebies but main things were there. The communication from the staffs need to be improved and the delivery tracking should be updated because it didn't update for a month. I have ordered leather suits and protective gears about a month ago. The tracking code provided states the items are still in Germany. I was very hesitant to place an order from different part of the world to Australia. The response from the Motoin team is not quite professional. They are not taking responsibility of this mess. I have enquired about the refund but so far no response. I will ask all my mates to give negative reviews until I get my money back.

Amazing! At first, I was a bit nervous because they are outside of my country, and the language barrier might interfere with solving problems, but I had no issues with my two orders. The equipment was as I expected. Loved the big boxes used for delivery, I could reuse or recycle them.

I ordered a defective jacket (two tiny imperfections) for a great discount. Ordered Thursday morning through standard DHL post. Dispatched 3pm. With me in Ireland 9.30am Monday. Great service. Only downside was I thought I was getting a better deal than I was until vat was added at checkout which added about €30.

Bought some boots as I liked them came reasonable time and apart from a bit dirty around the soles pretty good…..kinda cool I ordered from Germany and the stickers were nice thankyou

Prices were better than local, saved 100$ buying with this company. Shipping was fast about 10 days from Germany to Vancouver Canada. Helmet arrived in good condition and fits perfectly looks great . I would definitely buy from again and recommend to others

Hello. I am writing this review especially for those of you who read the negative comments regarding Motoin. I order a Givi full adventure luggage kit last week. 3 of 5 products were available immediately, 2 products were ready for shipment in 1-3 working days. I received my full order after 5 working days and I am super happy with the products. After I done some research, in my opinion they have the best prices out there. I think people who complain here either didn't check out the stock or had some other kind of issues with the transport company, customs etc that don't have anything to do with Motoin. Also, the communication was good, I received updates about my order and a tracking number was provided immediately after shipment. So, good luck with your shopping and for Motoin keep up the good work! Super recommend!

I ordered for a first time and to be honest I did not know what to expect after reading some bad reviews in here. I guess s**t happens. I live in The Netherlands and I ordered a pair of pants and a pair of gloves on a Thursday and I had them the next one. So it took exactly one week which is great. I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered skid plate, it took about 11 days to get here but part vas correct. And communication was good. The only issue was that visa didn't let the transaction go through twice but third time the charm. I thought the part would get here sooner since shipping was about $30.

Motion are very professional. My order was easy to buy and was automatically placed into Australia Post mailing system by Motoin. My helmet arrived well boxed and earlier than I expected compared to other deliveries that I had from overseas. Thumbs up.
