Ordered flowers on Thursday evening, by Friday afternoon a beautiful boutique was on my aunt porch. They did a fantastic job with the flowers and kept me up to date with emails and text messages. I'll be certain to use them again!

I ordered through the website during off-hours. I am very impressed with the level of customer service. No other florist has sent me email updates about the order but Chipper's does. My recipient sent a photo and the bouquet is beautiful! Thank you Chipper's.

You ruined the surprise! You delivered everything beautifully. But then they weren't home, so you sent them a picture of a delivered gift, they didn't know was coming!! Thanks for ruining the surprise! I'll use another company next time.

I have just received a gorgeous replacement bouquet from Chippers and am thrilled with it! I have received multiple arrangements in the past and been very pleased with the quality and survival of them. The last bouquet only lasted a couple of days, so I emailed the company, and they very graciously replaced it with an even larger bouquet. I am very satisfied with Chipper's policy and will continue to order from them.

Would have given them 10 stars if I could. Best floral service ever. I’m in Michigan and ordered flowers for a family member in Washington, with the time difference was hoping the flowers could be delivered today, and they were! Gorgeous and generous bouquet delivered so quickly in the same afternoon. Friendly, kind, and efficient service. Highly recommend them and definitely will use them again.

I live in Virginia and called the store to have a bouquet sent to my best friend for her birthday. The arrangement was so beautiful and the customer service was perfect the woman i spoke to was helpful and kind. I Loved everything about this shop and my experience.
