Update 6/12/2022: Family style dinners are a lot of food! Very good tonight. Staff is always great. Katsu chicken is very good. This place has really been consistent over the last two years. Recommended Old review: Staff was friendly and very good. Environment seemed pretty clean to me. Spacious with multiple tables. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef and received egg flower soup before the main dish arrived. The soup, chicken, and beef were all of decent quality and flavor but nothing really stood out. A nice average teriyaki shop close to home. Wouldn't rule out going again but it isn't on my must have list.

I eat there at least twice a week the food here is that good. And love the bubble tea. Great portions, and the staff and cooks are always welcoming.

We have been here before, food at that time was okay. This time both of our dinners were really bad, the worst I have ever had. I ordered an S-9 (Teriyaki Chicken and Breaded almond chicken ) But when I got home it was an S-10 Teriyaki Chicken and Sweet and sour Chicken).That was only the beginning of a bad experience. My food was extremely dry and flavorless it has been sitting for some time. The other dinner was Mongolian beef. When I took a bite of it I could not tell if it was beef or something else, and it too had no flavor. We, and this is a first for us we drove back to get our money back. There are other Teriyaki places in Bonney Lake.

Took my daughters here and had an excellent time. Food was good and so was the service. Will definitely go again!

The fact I paid nearly 25 bucks for a combo..and they completely screwed up order...so drive home after asking three times my order is correct...and it wasn't..then they want me to drive back 25 min each way do to traffic and distance..to bring it back verses just offering me a credit for next time... Then the owner comes on calls me and tells me. It's my fault that they screwed up because I took the food... Beware horrible ownership horrible food... Horrible business practice these guys are awful eat at your own risk

My daughter wanted some chicken yakisoba so I went there earlier today. Lady was nice and the food looked fresh and extremely picture worthy however it lacked taste. No seasoning, nothing. Hoping it was a fluke because will give it one more try but I hope they read this and just season it.

Me and my son wanted to try this place for forever. We finally did and it did NOT disappoint. Ordered the food over the phone and the lady was very nice. Told me 10-15 minutes. When I got there, the two young ladies in the front were very welcoming and had the food all ready. It’s so cute inside and super clean. The food though !!! Ahhh. One of the best in the area. The portions were pretty big so of course I had it the next day ! The only critique I have to say was that the egg drop soup needs a bit of salt 😅 but everything else, great 😊 I was very impressed with the kimchi too! All around, had a great first experience and this will be my go to spot ❤️

it was one of my family's favorite places. there was always a pleasant atmosphere. We haven't been here for a long time and a lot has changed here. We came with our family to have lunch. Another girl was already working here. There were sticky tables in the hall. Dishes from previous guests were not cleared away. we sat down at a table and she didn’t come up to us to take our order, as was their custom before. we waited for her for 20 minutes, but she never came. We went up to her at the checkout to place an order. this was not a pleasant change in this place.

This place used to be a favorite. Last three times ordering from there, they were quick and the staff was nice, but the food was not great. The fried rice was so dry, I couldn't eat it. Twice now. Others had kind of the same issue where they were disappointed in their meals. Not sure what happened. 😞

I actually had teriyaki pork which I do enjoy and I do something that most people don't do and that is when I get my salad I order extra dressing and put some on my teriyaki pork which makes a whole new flavor. The only bad part with this location is there is no way to do door Dash or Uber Eats or any other kind of home delivery.

This place has really gone down hill both on quality of food and customer treatment. Workers had been very rude to me and My family the last few times I've been in. Definitely won't be back. Osmi teriyaki in Safeway parking lot has been a lot more friendly and better quality food.

Amazeballs as always my man and I got one of their family combo dinners omg so much food super good price and it was bomb their Yakisoba is sooo yummy!! Love the egg drop soup too was perfect app because I was freezing and it will warm you right up. Love it here!!

This place is great. I love that they are opened on Sunday when I want sesame chicken or teriyaki. The prices are good too. The staff is super friendly.

First time ordering. I think the sweet and sour pork would have been better if the sauce was on the side for our to go order. Too much sauce made the breading soggy.

Absolutely the best coconut shrimp i have ever had. Everything we purchased from appetizers, side dishes and entrees, it was amazing. This place is a must if you haven't gone.

Its okay, the teriyaki has good flavor. The beef in Mongolian beef can be tough and chewy. We go here because it is convenient. If we want really good asian food we travel 20 minutes out of town.

I have become quite the regular customer. Fast and plenty to eat. No hassles and they certainly take good notice of their customer, even with consistent orders. And the restaurant has a very comfortable feeling, so I recommend all family for dine out with Teriyaki Wok. Thank you
