Love Mazatlan! I had a Mango Grandeza Margarita on the rocks with the #6. Chips were hot and fresh, salsa had a great kick too it with a ton of flavor. I love their enchilada sauce and their seasoned ground beef! Our server Isamel had a 13 top that all ordered fajitas at the same time as us, but service was still top notch! Super friendly and efficient! We will definitely be back!

Reservations a week in advance for a birthday group. We were there 3 hours to get our food. The waiter was nice but totally overwhelmed. We started getting our own drinks and water. Had to beg for chips and salsa. Food was the low end of average. Outside we all talked, none of us going back. Too many good places.

They must be on hard times. Neon sign out front, and Neon sign on the building are broken. Not that this impacts the food but it's a sigh they don't have the cash to fix and that may be an indicator of what else they cut costs on. Their prices have increased greatly the past few years so margins are healthy, but maybe they are bleeding from the bottom.. I won't be back until they correct

Went here for an early dinner with my son. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Are cups were always full and the chips were warm and kept coming. The food was amazing and took about 20 minutes after we ordered. You know it’s good when you make plans to come back while your still enjoying your meal 🌮

Had to call because they forgot part of the order. I go 25 minutes out of my way to go here because mostly have had good experience and good food with them in the past. I called and at 1st they said they don't remember taking my order. Since he was busy he took my number we will talk about it later? I can imagine a lot people order vegetarian fajitas at the bar to go.

Worst mexican food I ever try. Order a molcajete , fist off all I get a stone mortar, not a molcajete. Second fill with a kind of tomato sauce like the ones in cans with chicken fajitas and beef fajitas inside no cheese no cactus leaf and they charge you every shrimp separate every one, also we order another 3 plates and the rice and beans has only one taste lard and lard. The rest of the food has no flavor at all, not even salt. Worst $ 103 we ever spend. Please don't visit this place it's expensive and the food has no flavor.

I was excited about finally trying a matzalan it was bland, and the prices for what you get are a bit much I didn't see there was an extra $5 charge for sour cream and guacamole on top of the $20 for a #15 taco, enchilada. Chile relleno. Chile relleno is my favorite and I've tried many places I found this one to be eggy but I also didn't see the extra $3 charge for a different version the abundance of wet lettuce made everything soggy

Staff is always pleasant and friendly, food is always fast, hot and delicious. The only bummer is the prices have gone up considerably but so has everything else. It just limits how often we can go.

Food was decent. Good tacos. Communication was lacking in regards to Happy Hour prices. Was told one thing and charged another for the second time. Overall I still like coming there. Will come again.

Door dashing or Uber eats delivery service for this place was amazing as always the staff is very friendly and helpful and always very polite.

Got the wrong order and when I pointed it out to the bartender/server, she argued with me? I've never ordered chicken fajitas, EVER in my life, always steak. This is the most bland Mexican food. Wife ordered 3 tacos, it was 🌮 Tuesday. She told us it was for dine in only. OK, but when she only ate 2 she tried to keep us from taking it home. Wouldn't give us a box for it so we put it in my box. You're not going to charge me for food and not let me take it home. If they're going to throw it away, then take it off my bill. That wasn't an option. Won't be going back for more bland food, EVER! It's been that way for a long time. We keep getting fooled that they may have changed but no more poor service and bad food for us.

Walk in here with 7 kids ranging from 16 years old to 1 year old. I think our waitress quit on us after she delivered our food. She just never came back. Everyone had ran out of drinks and my wife never got to order food.

The food here is ALWAYS delicious. The wait staff and front desk staff are always friendly. We see the owner quite often just walking through the restaurant observing and directing if necessary. We always get seated quickly and the food comes out fast and hot. We have never had a bad experience at this restaurant !

Great food! Friendly staff. I had a chicken chalupa, which was really good and tasty, but the original chili relleno was supurb! The cleanest, most beautiful restrooms I have ever seen at any restaurant anywhere in the world! If you are in Bonney Lake this is the place to go!

This is a very good Mexican restaurant. The food is always fresh and the service is outstanding. The Carne Asada steak was absolutely delicious. This place also has the best lemonade in the area. ☺️ Flan is a good recommendation for dessert. I also like that most of the time we arrive and can walk in and sit. Usually there are no long lines or high waiting times. The staff is very nice and friendly.

We got here early afternoon for lunch, a break before Mt Rainier. Plenty of seating, clean and the business was very well maintained. It wasn't even busy but sure looked like it could be. Service was great, salsa and chips were great and the carne asada was top notch.

I host a lot of client events and it's always a hit when I have platters from Mazatlan. I appreciate the variety they give and quality of the food. We also enjoy going to Mazatlan for dinner. The staff is always friendly and responsive.

Although the food was very good, the service was lacking and the atmosphere is NOTHING like your typical Mexican restaurant. The room was like a plain hotel banquet hall (or, think elementary school cafeteria) with no music (but Very clear clanging and banging emanating from the kitchen.) Wait staff paid minimal attention and spoke/understood little English.

From the moment we walked in our experience was amazing. Our server Paola was very attentive. The Cadillac Margaritas were delicious. Food was flavorful and there was plenty of it. We enjoyed the Carne Asada quesadilla and chicken enchiladas. The bathroom was very clean as well

5 Star Restaurant. For Bonney Lake that is. Perhaps the BEST FOOD PERIOD in this town. Been here 20 years and very particular. I am also married to a Mexican. I just had my best meal for 2022 tonight and thus prompted me here. ⚡️✌️

What can say about Mazatlan that hasn't already been said? I'll tell you. We had a fantastic experience at matatlan 2 days ago, we took open seating in the bar at a table and our waitress was amazing! There were several people in the bar area but she was the only one tending and waitressing and made it seem like there were four people working in there. That's the amazing thing is they have excellent staff and excellent food that is a result of their dedication. We had veggie fajitas, chicken taquitos, chicken chimichangas and cheese queso. The other thing that makes Mazatlan so fantastic is they don't cheat you on their portions, you're going to walk away feeling fed and maybe even have a little box of something extra to take with you. This location is a winner and I would highly recommend! My name is Brian James and I was here.

This joint is great for families, and lovers of carne Asada. Their chips are pretty toasty, they taste pretty fresh. The shrimp appetizer comes with tons of onions, so beware if you’re not into that. Nice buttery sauce on it. The tl;dr is, great for kids, but if you want gourmet Mexican restaurant experiences maybe look elsewhere.

They definitely have to improve their customer service, we were served by a waitress who really does not have to have that job based on her lack of kindness, attention and her way of speaking and "looking", then another waiter attended us which was better but we never knew who was it that was attending us. They didn't even offer us water, we had to ask for water since we were eating, I don't know if it was because we ordered some micheladas but I think they should have offered water as a very kind gesture but they didn't, then we asked the first waitress who served us for more tortillas and she wanted us to tell her specifically how many tortillas we wanted🤷🏻‍♂️ the truth is she doesn't have to have that job. and the Camarones Mazatlán in Chipotle Sauce were not good, we sat at the bar and the place feels very,,, like cold, like very big and very dimly lit, idk the atmosphere doesn't feel cozy. mmm it is not a place to return, if you want Mexican food and good service look for another place. unfortunately we did not have a good experience. mmm they do not make you feel welcome, of course that was our experience. I really hope you have a better experience if you eat in this restaurant.
