Ich konnte daher viele Hausarbeiten nicht erledigen irgendwann setzte sich meine Komplette Klasse für mich ein wir verfassten einen Brief zusammen und baten um eine Rückerstattung auch dies wurde ignoriert. Ich nahm in meiner Verzweiflung Videos auf wie das Notebook dauerhaft alle 5 Minuten abstürzte und sand diese per CD ebenfalls in die Reperatur aber auch das half nichts. Ich werde diese Erlebnisse niemals vergessen.
