😠 The pharmacist's department was really bad, he kept quiet like a dumb person, he didn't want to pay for the medicine but didn't tell him he had to pay the cashier first, so he ended up waiting half an hour without knowing the system. Everyone's faces are bitchy and they don't look friendly at all, e... People often mention room, emergency, BPJS, patients,

The pharmacist's department was really bad, he kept quiet like a dumb person, he didn't want to pay for the medicine but didn't tell him he had to pay the cashier first, so he ended up waiting half an hour without knowing the system. Everyone's faces are bitchy and they don't look friendly at all, even though at the time of the shift change their faces should be fresh, right? And I wasn't the only one who waited a long time, there were 2-3 other people who were busy going back and forth looking into the room because the pharmacist was busy doing something inside. When the bell just came out to serve, what was the sis doing here hahaha

    1. The doctor took a long time to arrive & there was no information regarding when the doctor would arrive according to the existing schedule 2. Registration officers & nurses are not friendly 3. For pharmacy employees to give prescriptions for patent medicines which are not sold on the market and are only available in hospitals & health centers, they don't inform patients about these medicines. If they are given a prescription like that, at least inform them first or give them a referral letter to the health center.

Maybe this includes an effort to serve people in need. In the midst of a pandemic, where not all hospitals provide themselves for RAPID services, RSIB does this, even though the rooms are the result of conjuring needs, but at least there are those who feel helped by its existence. Actually, I don't know what this place is used for, it has been transformed into a polyclinic and emergency lab like that. What is certain is that many people leaving this room will feel relieved, if the result is negative. The waiting room also reflects an effort, so that patients still feel comfortable sitting next to other patients, partitions have been made in this way. Hopefully in the future a special and permanent space will be created, so that it doesn't seem like what it is.

The staff's service to patients is quite good, starting from registration, lab, radiology, to inpatient care. I was hospitalized in this place for about 4 days, the room I got was class II, quite comfortable because there was AC, TV and WiFi which the patient could access... the nurses also worked very well, were friendly and smiled to the patients. The service is also fast and does not bother patients at all. What needs to be paid more attention to is the collection of rubbish that should be done more frequently in the inpatient room and the cleanliness of the toilets...

The doctor's practice said he started at 3.. but at 4.30 there had been no news.. when he went to the nurse he said he hadn't arrived yet and there was no news at what time the doctor would arrive.. For the respected doctor, at least if he is unable to come or is late coming, at least tell the nurse so the nurse will tell us if there is a delay or something... so that we also know the reason why we are waiting so long... BTW, this is at the obstetrician's office!

Especially for the queuing, it's surprising that there are people who come later but why are they called first, we've been queuing since morning but we've been called the last, like that?

My experience yesterday was that my husband was sick with weakness, he couldn't do anything, on Saturday at 04 pm and I took him to the emergency room, he ended up not being covered by BPJS, even though the company's BPJS was not the community's BPJS, the person who was guarding the emergency room when my husband and I came in was rude and rude. Every month I pay BPJS, my salary is deducted because I can't cover BPJS, I pay 515 thousand Please, doctors and nurses in the emergency room, don't make it difficult for us to get treatment using BPJS, we already pay every month for when we're sick like this, don't make it even more difficult to be asked to pay again, on the grounds that it's not an emergency, I took my husband to the emergency room who obviously wanted first treatment. , maybe if you can still be detained, it's not possible to go straight to the emergency room, definitely go to the clinic first, #We have BPJS which says it's not an emergency, is it difficult to wait until you're dying before you say it's a serious emergency?
