Thank you for service !!! _______________________________ I was hospitalized at this hospital, and thank God I was satisfied with the service: The following is an assessment of excellence that I can give to RSAB - Parking 7/10 (because the ground surface is muddy, and not uneven, but quite spacious, especially for motorbike riders. - Clear and Easy Registration Procedure 10/10 - Friendliness at the registration counter 8/10 - Circulation in and out and queuing seats 7/10 (My reason is because the seats and positions are not comfortable, especially as there are too many seats.) - RSAB Permanent Nurse 10/10 Professional and friendly - School Nurse Intern 7/10 (Because it was unclear and not convincing when checking independently, lack of communication and responsiveness) - Inpatient food 10/10 (Really delicious) ________________________________ As for the value of deficiencies and perhaps it could be used as an assessment material to make it even better, - Toilets near the pharmacy 3/10 (Broken, smelly and very dirty. Even cardboard foot wipes could probably be replaced with other materials) - Inpatient toilet 6/10 (The reason is because the toilet seat cannot be flushed, and the sink is rarely cleaned, the mirror is broken) - Sandal safety 1/10 (My reason is because my slop sandals were MISSING in the sandal rack, very disappointed I went home with bare feet, who knows who took them? _________________________________

Lokasi di tengah kota, lumayan banyak pasien yang datang. Bisa pakai BPJS, Medicillin dan sejenisnya. Kantin, poliklinik gigi dan laboratorium juga ada, lokasi lebih masuk kedalam, dekat parkir sepeda motor.

Kaget banget sama spesialis anaknya. Kayak beli obat aja gak dijelaskan anaknya sakit apa, gak ngomong sama sekali, dan gak konseling, mending ganti spesialis aja RS nya

Poli bedah sore hari SUPER NGAREEET...di pintu nulis jam 16.00- selesai..dah gtu sy dipersiapkan operasi hanya by telpon...dokternya abis maghrib bru dtang!!! Bagian pelayanan nya kacooo

Tolong ini bad banget 1. dokter bedahnya sibuk main hp walaupun nggk urgent tetep aja waktunya kerja 2. Perawat bedahnya tidak bisa pelan pelan selalu grusak grusuk dan saya emang tidak diberi obat tapi malah saya yang disalah salahi bilangnya "mbak nggak minta seharusnya minta" YA TOLONG AJA 3. Pas suntik antibiotik itu sakit banget udh dikasi tau kalo sakit malah ditekan suntikannya sampe tangan kaku 1 jam an sampe nangis sesegukan dan nggak ada minta maaf langsung pergi kayak bukan orang berpendidikan Tolong ya amalia diperhatikan lagi pelayanannya karna cuman RS ini doang yang dibedain pelayanan nya BPJS sama mandiri

The employees are rude, not friendly at all! Even though not all of them are average! The patient is king, don't be disrespectful, at least be friendly!! Employees just ask how to become a nurse or doctor!

I have taken my child for treatment to a pediatrician and surgeon. The doctor is friendly and wants to explain the questions we ask. The registration application is also satisfactory, for patients who have already registered it is very easy. The instructions given are quite clear.

How many times has my family been hospitalized in this hospital... overall it's not bad. But for further treatment, we will refer you to the Bontang Regional Hospital... because it is more complete
