    Mohon di ganti Dokter dan perawat yang jutek/tidak ramah kpd pasien karena mereka tidak cocok jadi pelayan masyarakat.. orang sakit seharusnya di hibur (diajak ngobrol/becanda) biar sedikit rileks.. sdh sakit eh ketemu dokter/perawat jutek/cemberut makin takut, apalagi anak2 makin takut dan ada yg nangis.

    Pelayanan sangat kurang memuaskan, Contoh pada saat pengambilan nomer antrian untuk poli gigi. Pada saat pengambilan nomer saya tidak bisa, dikarenakan katanya full untuk hari ini, tetapi untuk booking antrian hari esoknya juga tidak bisa karena katanya kalo mau ambil antrian harus hari itu juga. Tetapi anehnya lagi untuk hari besoknya udah full juga katanya khusus yang kontrol. Pelayanan sangat lambat, staff pendaftaran di depan yang perempuan sangat tidak ramah. Payah !

    Jangan mentang" imunisasi cuman sedikit jadi diabaikan dulu pendaftarannya, harusnya kn sesuai yg datang duluan, anak rewel padahal sdh datang sepagi mungkin, malah duluin cari berkas ibu hamil yg datang belakangan, iya saya tau gantian, tp kn kyk gk sesuai antrian jadinya, padahal bagian imunisasi dari jam 8 itu kosong lo, apa emang kyk gitu prosedur kerjanya?? Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan pendaftarannya

    thank God the service is good... if you don't want to queue up at the front for registration it's better to use JKN mobile, just report it later to the officer

    Pelayanan yg sangat lama.. Sudah lama nunggu nomor antrian.. Kemudian lama lagi menunggu di poli umum nya.. luar biasa.. mohon di tingkatkan lagi mekanismenya..

    Pelayanan di puskesmas ini kurang bagus.. Saya ngantri dri setengah 8 pagi smpai jam setengah 11 siang ndk di panggil".. Padahal sdh daftar dan dpat nmor antrian 18.. Giliran di tanya petugas nya malah jawab sdh daftar apa blum.. Ini saya dan istri sdh di ksih mondar mandir bertanya.. Tanya sana sini malah di bilang tunggu aj.. Kmu kira dri pagi nunggu itu ndk sabar kah.. Malah nmor antrian 50 ke atas yg bru aj duduk di sebelah kami itu yg di panggil duluan.. Mmng pekerja nya bnyak yg teledor.. Ingat kalian kerja di puskesmas itu berhadapan dengan orng sakit.. Jngan di buat bingung apa lagi susah.. Bgaimna klo orng sekarat trus ndk di tangani gara" Pekerja teledor.. Jngan tunggu orng mati bru mau di tangani serius..

    Thank God, the service at North Bontang Community Health Center 2 from year to year has experienced such rapid development...registering can be easier via mobile JKN so I don't have to queue for a long time in the service waiting room...success and keep moving forward, OK!!!

    Peace be upon you, and Allah mercy and blessings .. Sorry ladies and gentlemen... Please convey this to the dental queue service section at the North Bontang Community Health Center KiLo 2... health facilities level I, North Bontang II.. I heard from members of the public complaining that sometimes the queue numbers don't match, for example queue number 2 becomes queue number 7... even though number 4, my friend, is still queuing too... I asked the person who works at the South Bontang Community Health Center if that's the case here, people are already angry... So in my heart oh it's the same.. So, ladies and gentlemen, please change this system... Because not everyone writes criticism and suggestions, especially if they are sick.. Thank you πŸ™πŸ»

    1 week ago, I went for treatment here, registered using a mobile phone from home, got a big queue, and came to the puskesmas according to the estimate listed, went to the puskesmas to report at registration, was directed to wait immediately at RPU2, didn't take long to be called to the doctor...... I don't need to hold any papers anymore, I don't have to go to the pharmacy for a long time, give me the medicine and go home.
