When I came in, there's no drink, towel and sandals. TV is not working. The room is quite dirty. I found some kecoak outside the room. I thought New Gembira Hotel is more value for money than this.

Came here for a business trip. The hotel is easy to find affordable but still good

This is a nice hotel, descent room and bathroom with WiFi enough to do the work. This hotel located in a quiet near to most recommended restaurant in Bontang for dinner or lunch. Very closed to Ramayana and other minimarket. Don't expect swimming pool or gym, and get used with cold breakfast or just toasted bread much better. Also don't expect views from window.

Rather expensive if we calculate by the price but this hotel location is in the center of town. The room is pleasant but still needs some maintenance especially from plumbing system
