According to the website, it is open today from 10 am. I was waiting outside your reception. At 10:40 you still hadn't opened. I called several times - no answer. I asked to be called back - no call back. A very sad way to waste time. Instead, I had to go to another reception in town. It all took about 2 hours and a few miles by car, unnecessarily. Sad experience. A few hours later, I received feedback that someone had fallen ill and that you could therefore not open. Understand that this happens, and that it is difficult to solve, but then information needs to be out and someone else needs to answer the phone. Thanks for the feedback, although it didn't save my frustrating morning with a long wait outside your reception, with no information.

I received the results after the 48 hour limit and I lost my flight. The clinic took no responsibility and my expenses reached the amount of 4000 kr. I do not recommend them. They are unreliable!

(Translated by Google) Nice welcome, clear information and quickly fixed. Somewhat boring room, but functional. (Original) Trevligt bemötande, tydlig information och snabbt fixat. Något tråkig lokal, men fungerande.

After having all the symptoms of covid - 19, 3 weeks later my husband and I did antibody test in this place and it came posotive for both of us. Meaning we had Covid -19, which didn't come as a surprise. In 2 weeks time we did covid - 19 test because we had to travel. The man who was doing test was digging in my nose till I started bleeding. My test came negative and my husband positive. Family members, that we have spent the last 3 month with, did test a week ago and it was negative. I recommend to choose another place for doing covid-19 test. This place is really unreliable.

Highly professional approach, immediate intervention, kind personel. Those whom I had the chance to encounter were willing to spend the extra time to think of possible causes, not just suppressing acute symptoms. I was treated with respect, given good advice and set up a recovery plan, which makes perfect sense. Thank you.

Avoid Saltsjökliniken in Stockholm. No stars for them would've been better. Done the PCR test a day before the flight, got a positive result, could not believe it as I had no simptoms. Done another test same day it was negative plus the 2nd day test after arrival also was negative. 2 tests within 4 days showed negative. I do not know what and how they are do testing but they definitely not doing it right, imagine all the people they served that got positive tests without actually having Covid. My life could have gotten much more complicated because of them, if I did not take another test. And of course they do not take any responsibility for their actions, no refund or even understanding. Saltsjökliniken is not the first one to give the false results though, another one, Doktorgruppen, have been shut down and is under investigation. I have reported them to the Consumer rights organisation. Saltsjökliniken is unreliable and irresponsible, I do not recommend them.

Something is strange about this. Went there and did antigen test. The person called back within 5-10 minutes and started asking questions about whether I was vaccinated and whether I had any cold symptoms. Then he said that I tested positive for Corona. I thought it would take at least about 20 minutes for the test to show an answer. But he said he also did an extra test to be sure. Even within these 5-10 minutes after I left. I explained that I had been a bit sniffy and had a bit of a cough for about 6 weeks. But tested negative repeatedly every week at both the health center and on home tests so as not to risk having Covid and infecting someone. But it didn't matter. He would promptly report me as positive and ruin my family's vacation. I then went straight to another clinic where I tested negative. Then went home and did a home test just to be safe, which was also negative. If it is this test center that is strange, or if it is the whole situation with Corona that is wrong, I will leave it unsaid.

I have previously posted a review about my experience with the Salt Lake Clinic, based on a false positive test that almost made it impossible for me to go back to the country I live in now. As I have told in my previous review, I had to take another PCR test to test that the result was correct, the same day and the day before the flight. And as I expected, the second PCR test was negative, as was the third, taken 2 days after the flight, and the fourth PCR test was negative 8 days after my arrival. Now then, I haven't had any colds or symptoms of the covid virus during the time (2 weeks) I've been in Sweden. And now it's been 2 weeks since I left Sweden and I'm still symptom free. If I have listened to the Saltsjo Clinic and self-isolate then I would definitely have wasted the time, the flight, lost money and job. I get the impression that the clinic probably doesn't want to test people properly in the lab, because it costs money, but instead provides them with randomly selected test results and to make it look convincing, those who have had no vaccine give positive results, and of course keep the money, it looks very lucrative. It's just my theory, but it could have been true. So be aware that the Saltsjo Clinic can give you false test results.
