My
laptop
was
facing
issues
with
start
and
shut
down
function.
I
got
laptop
to
this
centre
and
they
told
us
because
of
faulty
charger
there
was
damage
to
mother
board.
Also
the
battery
was
damaged
to
some
extent.
So
I
asked
them
to
do
the
needful
and
got
mother
board
repaired
with
1
month
warranty.
Got
battery
and
charger
replaced
with
1
year
warranty.
Immediately
the
next
day
I
started
facing
the
same
issue
with
switching
On
and
turning
off
the
laptop.
I
took
the
laptop
to
the
co
ordinator
Bablu.
He
checked
the
laptop
and
showed
me
the
laptop
was
working
fine.
But
still
I
was
facing
the
same
issue
at
home
so
I
made
a
video
of
it
to
show
them.
Also
suddenly
the
right
and
left
button
of
mouse
pad
stopped
working
which
was
earlier
working
pretty
fine.
When
I
asked
them
to
look
into
it
since
it
is
within
warranty
period,
they
told
me
that
it
needs
to
be
checked
and
a
new
billing
needs
to
be
done,
for
which
they
will
charge
me
more
if
anything
needs
to
be
repaired.
And
if
I
don’t
proceed
with
it
they
will
charge
me
700₹.
I
don’t
get
it
if
my
problem
is
not
solved
even
after
I
did
everything
they
asked
for
why
are
they
asking
for
more
and
more
money.
All
they
do
is
blame
us
by
saying
the
laptop
is
4
years
old.
One
or
the
other
thing
will
be
damaged.
Right
now
I
am
afraid
if
I
give
them
laptop
again
they
will
screw
up
something
and
ask
for
more
money.
I
hope
somebody
will
look
into
this
matter
and
help
us.
I
have
already
spent
13,700₹
for
repair
at
this
centre
and
the
problem
is
yet
to
be
solved.
