Very bed service & very bad product iphone 14 plus me purchase on 28 oct 2022 with in 6 month phone battery is swollen ,i book a schedule in aptronix borivali west my brother submit the phone on 27 April 2023 after 7 to 8 days receive my phone on 5 may 2023 , they replace all the body and part but they didn’t replace the screen they say screen was ok but i am said is there no issue in this? They say no no its fine over duty only repair not replace , after 2 month i am facing issue with front camera there is small mistake but huge impact on my phone there is small gap between front speaker and front body and from their dust goes in to my front camera , now i have to same process book schedule submit the phone reset repair, but there is no value of my time and my money , my phone was 8 month warranty if my phone in last month of warranty they will charge me for that there is attach photos and videos, this service not excepting at all

Good service centre, near to Borivali station. Appointment base service has been done . It was systematic and time saving. My issue got resolved and on time service has been done . Very simple process they got . They diagnose the phone , entire phone history was on the screen . The executive who attended me was polite and helpful. I have upload the barcode. U can scan and book appointment 😉

Really bad service . On the website it says no slots are available and when you come to the store for enquiry just to ask about thé appointment they make you wait for 1 hour . Thrice i have face the same issue .

I had been here for my macbook charger issue. The service center has a weird and painful system of giving a daily token like you would probably take when go to visit a doctor. No matter how small or big the issue is, before listening they just give a token and expect you to wait for 2 hours or more. My issue took exactly 7 mins not more that too because they had to fill up forms and stuff to record the service issue. But for this I had to wait for 2hrs and 30 mins. No value of customers time. Please humble request, apple products are treated as premium appreciate if similar experience is given to customer who visit for post sales service.

Basic courtesy and understanding of an issue is lacking, no empathy by staff, be it the employees down below or the service team above. Rude, curt and simply disrespectful towards customers who actually have purchased these products of such high value. Please go to a different Apple Store with decent service, because unless you’re buying something, I doubt they’ll bother paying much attention to you.

Excellent Customer Service from start to End. The gatekeeper welcomed me with a smile. Directed me to the service area politely. Thereafter, it was Nikita’s show all along. I was facing an unusual issue with my phone. No appointment. She took ownership of my concern, and ran the necessary diagnostics as well as provided the most appropriate resolution. All this with a smile to remember. When problem solving is done in a friendly and assured manner, it is excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I had very pleasant experience visiting Aptronix Borivali. I had booked an appointment and after reaching the service center, they took my case right after the customer they were serving. The service executive understood the issue, suggested what will be done and after explaining the whole procedure to me they promised to deliver back after 3-7 business days depending upon spare part availability. Surprisingly I was called to collect my item on 2nd day itself. The repair was smooth, service executives were very humble, supportive and co-operative. The service quality is what you could expect from Apple. Very well done, Aptronix.

Staff is little rude. They should be polite with each customer. It's True Customer's are King. We should first hear them out and then reply. And Most important is EVERYTHING IS REPAIRABLE, That's different thing that you don't repair as per Apple Propocoal. Just visit in makert and check what all things is repairable. Don't miss guide your valued customer.

Really disappointed with your services . About 7 days back l purchased an i phone on “Bajaj finserv” One of the staff named “Gunjan “ told that i am going to receive cashback but sadly i didn’t receive any thing.Please avoid giving fake promises to the customer.

The experience here was amazing guided by Mr. Harish. Being a non tech person he explained everything from scratch. He set up the whole product for me. Must visit and ask for Harish for his guidance and insight.

This apple gallery is really good. Harish helped us with the entire billing and data transfer. He has been very kind, helpful and optimistic. Data transfer was difficult because of the previous non-working phone, but he helped us , beyond store timings and completed the transfer.

Great shopping experience! I waited patiently for iPhone 15 plus which was not available anywhere in western suburbs. All staff members of this store are very cooperative as I was desperately following up for the availability and every-time good a very pleasant response. A special shout out goes to Surendra Mishra whose guidance really helped me to buy my favourite colour. If you are genuinely looking to buy any Apple product, then this store is the place to go!

Recently purchased a Macbook 16' M1 Pro chip during their yearly sale. Was assisted by Zoha and Swapnil and both of them we very patient with me throughout the process of purchase. Zoha helped in answering every question I had and was very calm throughout my anxious process of deciding the specs. Swapnil provided a lot of professional insight as what would be the best decision long term. Would definitely recommend an in-store experience if you are an anxious buyer or like to see things first hand before making a big purchase.

Purchased iphone 15 from apptronix borivli.. We are guided by ubaid salim shaikh and it was great help from buying to transferring data from android to iphone. It took more than 1.5 hours but he helped us in the entire process.

Excellent and quick service support even though I hadn't purchased my iphone 13 pro from them. A special mention to Nikita Mistry for guiding and advising for back up options before service support. My display was replaced free of cost even though it wasn't under protect+ and genuine post service support was also provided. Thank you!

One of the worst Apple Service Centres. I tried to get my airpods pro serviced but all they ask for is appointment despite their appointment portal being completely out of service. In the end, I didnt get the service and had to find myself another apple service centre who made it possible right away without appointment

Extremely poor service. Called to check cost of 14 plus, quoted 10k more than apple email quotation. They asked to share the email on WhatsApp which I did and thereafter they stopped answering phone calls from my number and kept disconnecting. Apple really needs to choose some sensible and customer centric partners.

One of the worst Apple Service Centers will be Aptronix Borivali. They have all the reasons to just not SERVE customers and suggest everyone take a new phone instead. I myself have experienced this thrice. Earlier 2ce I thought they might be right. But then someone told me to get it checked at another service center. And luckily I got an appointment at Unicorn Goregaon East. And I would say very helpful service center. Guys beware of this scam team, they have all the characteristics opposite to Brand Apple. People buy Apple products so they get good service. But these Aptronix guys don't believe in serving. They don’t even check your phone and see what’s the issue, they just say NO it can’t be fixed. The customer is paying for the service and they think they have to do it for free of cost. And the best part is they blame everything on Apple, that it's against Apple Policy. If that was the case my issue would not have been even solved by another Authorized Service provider. Luckily I found the solution. I hope Apple Brand observes my comment.

Looks like the sales people in this store are selling plans of apple which even the apple is not aware and I fail to understand where this gap is. This should be fixed urgently as the plans these guys are selling for Apple care has some issues like the icloud storage details are not appropriately mentioned either in TnC of the plan or anywhere else, chasing them is the only option which should not be the case as the customer who has availed that service should not be asked to keep tracking such details and would be skipped by few who dont keep a check. Ensure you get proper details before you finalise to buy from here or get contact details of any one of the sales guy!
