Recent
visit:
June
12th,
2021.
When
I
first
visited
2
years
ago,
the
petting
zoo
was
free
and
there
was
just
the
food
you
could
buy
for
the
animals.
We
(2
adults
and
a
dog)
used
to
come
here
for
the
good
Currywurst,
petting
the
animals
and
the
farmers
market.
In
recent
years,
they
have
turned
it
into
quite
the
attraction.
A
small
amusement
park.
Beautifully
and
thoughtfully
laid
out
and
arranged.
There
is
now
an
entrance
fee
Weekends
are
4€
per
adult
for
2.5
hours,
you
can
extend
your
stay
or
get
tickets
for
longer
stays.
Definitely
recommend
that
for
families
with
kids,
because
they
have
great
playgrounds
and
bouncy
houses.
There
is
also
a
“Strawberry
Paradise”
where
you
can
sit
among
flowers,
shop
decorative
items
and
plants
as
well
as
get
delicious
strawberry
themed
food
and
beverages
like
waffles,
crepes
or
strawberry
secco.
There
are
very
clean
bathrooms
(visited
on
a
crowded
Saturday)
at
various
locations
throughout
the
park.
They
also
provide
hand
sanitizer
and
a
good
method
when
it
comes
to
Corona
measures.
We
visited
on
June
12th
2021,
and
had
to
do
a
test
beforehand.
The
test
facility
is
on
site
and
free.
Make
sure
to
book
your
slot
online,
as
well
as
the
slot
for
the
park/purchase
your
tickets
online.
We
found
out
about
the
new
regulations/
the
new
procedure
then
and
there,
but
were
lucky
to
get
a
slot
for
testing
and
visiting
with
only
a
30
minute
wait.
I
am
33
years
old,
love
animals
and
good
food,
and
always
enjoy
this
place
a
lot!
The
next
door
farmer’s
market
has
a
beautiful
variety
of
all
local
and
fresh
produce,
spreads
and
jams,
juices,
as
well
as
meat
(game,
boar,
chicken
etc.)
and
flowers.
I
will
add
more
photos
soon!
The
extra
money/the
new
concept
is
worth
it!
But
especially
when
going
with
kids
(which
I
don’t
have),
be
aware
that
it
might
be
a
bit
of
a
pricey
afternoon.
Food
and
beverages
aren’t
cheap,
but
the
quality
is
very
good.
I
also
don’t
mind
spending
the
extra
€‘s
to
support
this
local
business,
their
creativity
and
this
wonderful
concept
of
taking
in
old
animals
and
giving
them
a
final
resting
place.
It’s
a
recommendation!
