I had a 2 treatment, neck back and shoulder with a head massage today and I can not praise this place enough... They make you feel absolutely amazing!! It was all about me, the room was a good temperature, lovely soft music in the background, and the massage was just fantastic!! I will 100% be going back again!

I found this salon on Groupon, they run a lot of really good deals. I went for the 1 hour full body massage and I cant think of a single complaint or improvement they could have made. Jess did my massage and it was fantastic. I will definitely become a regular here

Went to this salon to fix 3 nails that came off from another place. Went for Matt black gel and 3 nails had peeled off in 2 days. How does gel peel!?! Went back to get it fixed, changed my colour and was charged £5 for the pleasure of their products being substandard. Plus she cut my cuticle and didn't get all the black off before putting the blue on. Is too much to ask for a professional manicure? It all seems rushed and no attention to detail

Thanks to Steph & Lauren for a brilliant, top quality hair styling experience. Everything from the hair washing to cutting and colouring was just perfect. A lot of time was spent and the results were amazing for me and my daughter. Both lovely people who were friendly and chatty. Simply the best !

Lovely tai leg massage but disappointed I didn't get the hot stone back massage I'd booked. I would also have liked a glass of water at the end of the treatments but wasn't offered one

I booked a 60 minute pamper package and chose a facial and a manicure , The facial was great, relaxing, she was very professional, no talk, just relaxing background music. The manicure was excellent, again, very professional and my nails looked great at the end 😁 I will definitely be going back again. Would highly recommend!

I've been here on several occasions for a full body and scalp massage and it has always been excellent. From the second we enter the salon the service is professional and lovely! The massage rooms are lovely and tranquil and the deals they do are fantastic!

My wife booked me a massage through Groupon & we tried to book a Saturday afternoon appointment over the phone as it’s the only time I can go due to working 6 days a week. The women on the phone said she didn’t do massages booked through Groupon on Saturday afternoons. If you want a Saturday afternoon appointment you have to book & pay directly to the shop! The only reason my wife bought me this is because she checked the term & conditions & it never stipulated times or days for coming in for the massage! When we told the women on the phone about the T&C’s she didn’t want to know so we asked for our money back & she said you can take it up with Groupon & put the phone down!

Had a lovely 60 minutes pamper treatment. Head and shoulder, back massage. It was So relaxing. My shoulders and neck felt so much better for the massage And I had a lovely facial done my skin felt great.Eye brows waxed. Look really fab ,Thank you for a great treatment Nicole. I went here to have my nails done, The quality was horrendous one nail just fell And they was all bent, at first they refused a refund then after a few words was said and pictures was taken I got my refund 3 days later wouldn't recommend this place for nails.
