Huge Gym, with very clean, Covid safe up to date machines. Friendly helpfull staff, lots of room the place feels very safe, good large, lockable lockers, hot showers etc and a massive free car park, very easy to find. Good Gym for all ages and abilities. Really very welcoming.

This place was really nice, not busy when we visited for bowling and the staff were friendly and helpful, lovely relaxing cafe with easy chairs, other activities available on site, very happy and would definitely recommend a visit

Wow! What a great hour we spent ten pin bowling with our daughter and our two grandchildren aged 5 & 10. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The small cafe is well stocked and reasonably priced and the seating area was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you are looking for a fun place to spend an hour with your kids, I can thoroughly recommend the YMCA ten pin bowling alley, but don't forget to book ahead as it is very popular.

The bowling was what you would expect, however the staff were not at all communicative. Happy to take my money, but instead of warning my friends and I about closing time they just turn off the arcade games while you're playing. We found that very rude.

Amazing sports facilities. Bowling well organised and cheap. Welcoming, helpful and polite staff. My kids always having fun and looking forward to go back again.

We were on holiday nearby, googled ten pin bowling and this popped up! Reasonable priced, nice clean,you could buy meals snacks and drinks.Some amusements were out of order which was ashame.We would have stayed longer. Great little find.

Had my daughters birthday here. They were great the food was really good, the party host was very attentive, she could do enough for us. Would definitely recommend

Very good gym for building some muscle and to get fit, but if your thinking if going down the bodybuilding route then this is not directly for you. There is bumbells up to a good weight and lots of machines but when you get really strong the weight stacks are no good for certain muscle groups or exercises.

Great place for 10 pin bowling and other sporting activities

YMCA bowling was fabulous! A great team of very helpful smiling staff! The bowling was well managed and maintained, clean and tidy. We will definitely be back. A great experience.

Not 2 bad u get like 2 rounds of bowling u can have more games in a hour I suppose the quicker u play if u wear trainers u don't habe 2 wear bowling shoes

Went bowling there, really fun, excellent if you want to spend time with your friends or family. £9.50 each for two games

Staff and instructors are all doing a great job I cannot rate them highly enough. However, the spinning classes are now becoming a joke due to the poor condition of the spinning bikes used. Rarely is a spinning class able to start on time due to bikes having to be swapped or changed mid way though the class. It’s only a matter of time before somebody is hurt due to their poor maintenance.

Recently discovered the bowling alley, it's really modern and the uv glow sessions are brilliant. Perfect for a family night out.

Classes.....yoga snd pilates are great. Staff are friendly, Ymca could do with installing some more bike stands ....there's only 2

This us a brilliant gym. There's plenty of room between pieces of equipment so you don't feel encroached upon by others. It's bright and clean. The staff are very polite and respectful.

We went to the bowling-family session £20 for 6 for an hour! We phoned the previous day to book and pay. No problems when we arrived. Advised our lane number and we were off. We could have been advised on how to program the machines with all our names but a lovely lady in the lane next to us, pointed us in the right direction. It was clean and tidy. We will be back :)

Great bowling alley and not expensive for a family of six. Lovely staff at the café and bowling . We had a good afternoon with grandkids.

This is a great facility. It is clean, tidy and modern in its appearance. I only visited this facility due to the Model Railway Event that was being held during my visit.

Came here for a bowling birthday party. The kids loved it. An hour bowling was perfect so the kids didn't get bored. They had the UV lighting on which all the kids thought was amazing. The staff were lovely. I've never been here before but since I'm only a 30 minute drive away I think we'll be coming back as a family
