This year, our family embarked on a remarkable vacation with Funky Tours along the Adriatic coast. Our journey commenced in the picturesque city of Tribunj, and we sailed through enchanting islands, including Zlarin and Zmajan, before reaching the breathtaking national park, Kornati. The experience amid nature was truly exceptional, with crystal-clear waters and awe-inspiring views that left an indelible mark on our memories. The trip was incredibly relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable, offering us the opportunity to witness some of the most stunning sunsets and even catch a glimpse of dolphins in the morning. Funky Tours played a pivotal role in making our experience seamless and unforgettable. They efficiently organized our transfer to the port and provided a skilled skipper who not only guided us to remarkable destinations but also introduced us to some of the most magnificent bays along the way. The local restaurants we visited were charming, serving delicious fish and contributing to our immersion in the authentic coastal experience. Most importantly, our family discovered an entirely new and enriching way of vacationing, thanks to Funky Tours. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Funky Tours for orchestrating this incredible journey and providing us with memories that will last a lifetime. We wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone seeking a similar enriching experience.

I did three tours with Funky Tours: the Siege tour; Travnik & Jajce; and Total Herzegovina Tour & Transfer. All three tours were excellent, with great guides and lots of wonderful experiences. It was challenging to plan things during the pandemic, but the team at Funky Tours helped me see a lot of the country. Thanks for everything!

Emir was a fantastic local and all round tour guide for my tunnel tour of Sarajevo. He was really sensitive about making changes for my mobility issues. He answered the sixteen million questions I had about the country. I'd recommend this tour for anyone as a must do when in Sarajevo!

Funky tours was amazing. Nadira, the clerk was really good accommodating our family to the tour we took. Almir, our driver and tour guide was great, he really went above and beyond, our whole experience in Srebrenica was full of knowledge, he’s probably one of the most knowledgeable guy I ever met. Our other tour guide Tarik was also very knowledgeable and it was great he gave us other perspective of what happened in his country. I highly recommend Funky Tours.

We did a couple of trips with Funky Tours whilst in Bosnia and they were both great. Really easy to book and they were super friendly and helpful. The guides were full of knowledge and we saw so much and learnt so much about Bosnia's history. We did the tunnels tour and the connecting tour from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik.

I had the pleasure of completing the Total Herzegovina tour from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. My guide Merima and driver Arif were exceptional. They were both friendly and easy to get on with, which made the day enjoyable and comfortable.Their English was perfect. They both had lots of knowledge and information that they shared with me and were also interested to hear my story. We stopped at Blagaj, Počitelj, Kravice Waterfalls, Konjic and Jablanica. The waterfalls were amazing and there are lots of opportunities for some great photos. I would definitely use Funky Tours again as they have so many interesting tours available. My tour was a full day, 10 hours and I couldnt have spent the day with anyone better than Merima and Arif. Thank you to you both for a wonderful day.

I took the one way trip from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. It was great to go through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both the tour guide and the driver were excellent, they provided great information on all the locations and were generally nice people.

I did two tours (Dubrovnik -> Sarajevo, Sarajevo -> Belgrade) and both were fantastic! The price is very reasonable for the number of sites visited / length of the trip (~7-8 stops on both, entrance included to all attractions), the guide and driver were very knowledgeable (and went above and beyond to share their own personal experiences, history about the locations, providing social and political context where appropriate, etc.) and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone. The days are long, but that's to be expected when you're traveling overland and seeing some of the sights off the beaten path. 10/10, would absolutely use Funky Tours anywhere I'm going in the area!

A fantastic experience! We did the trip to Jajce and it was fabulous! The tour guide is very friendly and professional, with detailed guidance at each sightseeing. We did tours with MeetBosnia as well but it was a horrible experience so we switched to Funky Tours. Highly recommend Funky Tours!

Wow! What a phenomenal time we had during the Mostar tour. Even though there was a little hiccup in regards to meeting time, we managed to enjoy the rest of the day with beautiful sights. Almir, our tour guide was fantastic! He knew the perfect spots, was extremely knowledgeable, and not to mention hilarious. Truly made our experience one we will never forget. Thanks Almir! He deserves a raise;) One improvement comment: I’d recommend stopping for lunch at BLAGAJ by Dervish house as those views were beautiful, compared to Restaurant ADA. Otherwise, extremely well planned out. We learned so much! Thanks again Almir!

I can’t recommend these guys enough! We did the full-day Srebrenica tour and free walking tour and absolutely LOVED them. It’s an absolute must if you’re in Bosnia/Sarajevo to understand the history of this place. The Srebrenica tour was an unforgettable and touching experience - and we got to have lunch with a local family in their home. So by booking this tour, you are also supporting a local family. Funky Tours have many other tours you can choose from - you can trust they will have guides who are knowledgeable and engaging (Adnan from Srebrenica and Ajla from walking tour!! Thank you guys)!🤍

I contacted Sarajevo Funky Tours when I had guests visiting from the US, and it was the best possible decision. They were extremely professional from that first call throughout the multiple tours we had the privilege to take with them. The guides are not only very educated and well spoken, but also exceptionally pleasant, which made our whole experience absolutely fantastic! I would very much recommend this company to anyone and hope to use them in the future myself.

I picked a tour to see the sights around Sarajevo and more and couldn't be happier. Found out so much about breathtaking Bosnia and Herzegovina. Had a lot of emotions and thoughts from the trip. We had an amazing and super sincere guide who shared his personal experience and different interesting stories. Almir does a great job, thank you! Totally recommend Funky Tours especially for the first time.

A total of 200 odd kilometers, at least 6 different tourist attractions, historical sites and our tour guide Ejüb who acquaint us with historical knowledge in a pleasent way of conversation. You can sign up for this scenic tour without thinking. It really deserves the price. Especially drinking your coffee near the waterfalls or watching the mostar bridge while eating your dinner were unbelievable experiences. There are also tours in different styles at Funkytours. For example, there is a tour related to the Bosnian war. You can find for yourself the best price and the number of destinations. We highly recommend. Don't forget to take extra money with you for souvenirs, coffee and food. Our tour price was for one person 60 euro for six destination includes Mostar, Derviş House, a museum about Bosnian war and history and many more.

We had such a sweet morning with Emir! My friend and I really wanted to see some Jewish sites and he took us around, even introduced us to members of the Jewish community. He was funny, knowledgeable, serious when he needed to be, and gave us recommendations for the rest of the trip. Really top notch. (And a very reasonable price)

I did the free walking and food tasting tour and it was absolutely amazing. People from the office are super friendly and my guide was excellent! One of the best guides I’ve ever had for a tour. Sometimes guides can sound like they play a recorded tape and read a script… but Ahmet really explained everything in his own words which made it super interesting to listen to. All the important buildings now really got a meaning when I walked past them after the tour. Wish I had a chance to do some of their other tours too as they look amazing.

During a one week trip to Sarajevo I made three tours with Funky Tours. Especially the Mostar-Trip with Almir was funny. Although I was the only guest they didn't cancel the tour and so I spent a day with a guide who turned out to be a music-soulmate (... a lot of eighties Rock in the car all along the way :-) I can recommend the agency - all the people witch whom I had conntact were very friendly and helpful. Bosnia in general is a country well worth visiting - rich of history and natural beauty.

Visited Sarajevo a few weeks ago (June 2023) & did 3 tours with Funky Tours. I started asking them a million questions by email months ago when I was first planning my trip & it was very helpful, great communication with friendly staff. I also spent hours reading pretty much every link & article on their website so I suggest that alone as a valuable planning too! The first day I had the morning city walk (free; tips only) with Mary. She gave us a good overview of the city & its history. The route also provides a handy orientation which let me plan where to visit later. I also took Mary's suggestion for where to eat cevapi & later had a delicious dinner! That afternoon I had the "siege" tour with Almir. He told us personal stories about his experiences during the war & made sure we had plenty of time to view all the sites. He even drove me to the ICAR beef monument after the tour so I could snap pics of that, a bonus visit :) For the full-day Srebrenica memorial visit our guide was Mustafa, who also shared his personal stories with us & a historical overview of the events. We had lunch with Leila, a local survivor. It was very touching to meet her & of course the meal was delicious. Finally Funky Tour also helped arrange a taxi to the airport for my very early flight, much appreciated! I hope someday to visit again; Bosnia & Herzegovina is beautiful & Funky Tours was fantastic. We took an afternoon siege tour of Sarajevo with Mustafa which gave an insightful overview of life during the conflict. We also took a day transfer tour from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. It was a long day but an amazing way to transfer between the 2 destinations on our trip. Even better was that it turned out to be just mum and I so we could set our own schedule. The sights along the way were stunning. Alja was an excellent driver, guide and good company throughout the day. Would 100% recommend funky tours. Excellent communication and a fantastic tour company! Thank you

I had a wonderful hike in Sutjeska National park. We left on time. The guides were funny and entertaining. I liked that we were a small group- only 5ppl. Unfortunately, I wanted to do more tours with them- as they have some unique ones, not the "traditional" ones you find at the other agencies, but my time in Sarajevo was cut short. Hope I will return to Sarajevo soon and for sure I will contact them again. Also Ema, the manager tries all her best to accommodate all the needs.

My husband and I have traveled the world extensively, usually opting to make our own arrangements for travel and sightseeing. We loathe crowds, preferring to explore off-the-beaten-track where one can personally experience the local culture, food, architect and music. After several weeks of driving throughout Croatia, we decided to add a side-trip to Bosnia. We reached out unsuccessfully to a multitude of options, until good luck struck and we connected with Ema at Funky Tours. She was quick to respond and seamlessly dealt with all the logistics we proposed. Their prices were comparable, with many unforeseen extras included that more often than not became our highlights. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail rule with the staff at Funky Tours! We can hardly believe it’s already been 6 months since our Funky Tour which started with a pick-up in Split, 2 nights in Sarajevo, 1 night in Mostar, through Montenegro then a drop-off in Dubrovnik . . . and SO MUCH MORE! Taib and Haris (such genuine, knowledgeable, and courteous young men) took excellent care of us and continuously went above and beyond, exceeding all our expectations. Driving in Bosnia is definitely not for the faint-of-heart yet we were able to relax and enjoy the journey from the huge windows of our very spacious and immaculate van They brought us an unbiased understanding of the war, welcomed our questions and shared many powerful stories, being child survivors of The Siege of Sarajevo. We indulged in delicious local cuisine away from the crowds, mingled with local residents and saw incredible sights and stunning scenery that we would have otherwise missed, had we traveled on our own. These unique young men have definitely left their footprints in our hearts! We can honestly say, not a week goes by where we don’t reminisce or share a memory from this impressive trip. Hats off the amazing team at Funky Tour, with an extra shout-out to Ema, Taib and Haris. You are incredible ambassadors for your country and this journey was not only one of our favourite trips of all time, but also one that remains etched in our memories. With the warmest of thoughts and greetings to you all, Catherine and Ajmare Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Sailed around the Kornati Islands with the amazing crew from Funky Tours and had a blast. We stayed in the Sali Marine and visited some nice restaurants and bars along the route. Our skiper was very skillful and knowledgable about the area and its historical meaning. We also did a small hiking tour in the Nature park Telašćica a saw the wonderful Cliffs of Dugi otok. Would very much recommend. Very professionally organized and worth visiting.

My partner and I had done a tour with Sarajevo Funky Tours before and were so impressed by the tour and Sarajevo decided we must come back. This time we did the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial tour. This is without doubt one of the most interesting (and saddest) travelling experiences we had. Our tour guide was amazing. We had the honour of meeting some local people in Srebrenica who gave a very moving first hand account of some of their experiences. My partner and I felt it was very important to have this experience and share it with others. I can't recommend this tour enough. Both the tour company and our guide did a superb job. Now back home, I tell everyone I know - go to Bosnia, learn the history, meet the people and have the same wonderful experience we had. Sarajevo is a truly wonderful city to visit, friendly people, great food, wine, coffee surrounded by rich history (already thinking of our next trip back).

I had two extraordinary tours with Funky Tours (Sarajevo Siege & Sarajevo-Dubrovnik Transfer). The guides did a fantastic job of explaining the complex history of the area and making sure my needs were met. It’s been 10 years since I’ve had such a thoughtful and compelling experience. Make sure you book with them! I’ll certainly be back.

We took three tours with Funky Tours, and loved each one: a Sarajevo Siege tour with Almir, and a Srebrenica Genocide tour and Mostar tour, both with Adnan. They were all excellent (though the first two were depressing in many ways), with excellent guides, and we'd recommend them all highly.

Thanks so much to the Funky Tours team for the great tour. It seems weird to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our Siege Tour, but we (including my two kids, 14 and 12) really did. Salem was a great host, and he gave us interesting insights into his experience and the experience of his country. I wish we had had more time for more tours. Highly recommend Funky Tours

In August my wife and I went on a tailor-made journey across all the countries of Western Balkans. The tour was organized by Ema Konakovic of Funky Tours. Ema proved to be a brilliant planner. She organized the tour carefully in order to cover every important sight in seven countries. It was so well planned and executed that things went like clockwork. The journey was an incredibly rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Even the smallest detail on the trip was attended to. Aside from superb hotels (much superior to what I expected), a very comfortable and spacious private air-conditioned vehicle, and excellent guide and drivers, there were walking tours with local guides in every city we visited. Our main guide Stefan who stayed with us for the entire journey was not only knowledgeable of the countries we traveled, he was exceptionally polite and courteous and narrated numerous anecdotes and humorous stories about the people and culture of the lands we covered. He was greatly entertaining. Mark and Senad were not only excellent drivers (they drove us from Ljubljana to Tirana through seven countries), they were also exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. From the moment we met Stefan, Mark and Senad in Slovenia to when we were finally dropped off at the airport in Albania, they treated us like royalty, going way beyond what they were expected to do. Even the walking tour guides were exceptional. In particular, I remember Andrea in Trogir. Five stars to Stefan, Mark, Senad, Andrea and all the rest, but above all to Ema who stood behind and made everything happen. Will remember them and the journey for a very long time.

We did the 'Tito's' bunker tour, which also covered the Olympic sites and sites associated with the siege of the 90s, so really covering decades of Yugoslav history. The guide was really informative and I learned a lot - even though I thought I was reasonably familiar with the history. It also allowed us to see a lot of things within a single day, allowing us to spend the next day at a more leisurely pace

Funky Tours went above and beyond to create a terrific experience for us. Our guide, Emir, was incredibly knowledgeable and super-accommodating to our group's mobility issues. All of the accommodations were great, especially Hotel Colors Inn in Sarajevo. When our return flight home was canceled, Ema at FT even helped us secure a hotel room and set up the cab to get us back into town. Highly, highly recommend!

Almir was my tour guide and what a hell of a tour he gave me!! I did the Sarajevo war tour and it felt like a semesters worth of history condensed into 5 hours of information. He not only shared his countries rich and complicated history but his own personal experiences during the war. He was such a sweetheart and I recommend this tour as an essential part of anyone's visit to Bosnia.

Amazing tour company. We initially booked the East-Bosnia and West-Serbia tour. Unfortunately there weren't enough people to do the tour, so they offered a few other tours as a replacement. We went with the Mostar & 4 cities tour instead. This was a good choice, we were with just 3 people (the two of us included) and 1 tour guide. So practically a private tour. The tour guide was the best, had a lot of interesting stories and told a lot of facts. Worth every penny! Definitely recommend Funky Tours.

He had al lot of humor and he tells a lot about history. He is very passionated and charismatic. The whole story and visit was very impressive. Did a nice tour about the siege, the guide gave an interesting personal insight about it. The only thing I didn't like was that, because there were people on the tour that spoke his language, he only spoke in English when giving the information, the rest of the time kept speaking and making jokes in is own language, not including the rest of us in the interaction, although the entire bus spoke English...

A wonderful and very organized company, I would recommend a thousand percent I contacted them on the email and the response was swift and wonderful, and the receptionist was friendly and very active I booked a tour with them to visit Srebrenica The tour was meticulously organized, and it was at the exact time Ms Arena the guide was surprisingly nice and helpful, and a wonderful and kind person, I talked to her at length on the road about life in Bosnia and Herzegovina The driver was nice and this, and the van was modern and new type of Mercedes When we reached the exhibition of the massacre, we watched an introductory film for 15 minutes, and one of the young men who survived the massacre spoke to us, as he was a baby at the time of the massacre, and a number of his family members were eliminated in this massacre. Then I wandered to the exhibition, which explained everything that happened accurately and in detail. The exhibition consists of two floors, and includes dozens of rooms, that it displays the massacre in the smallest details . After I left the exhibition, there was a photo exhibition during the war, the victims of the massacre, and the holdings that were with them during the massacre. Then I went to the monument to the victims of the massacre, and all the names of the victims were written in very broad stone I had stayed alone until he briefed everything in detailed, and group members had gone for lunch, and when they were back, the great guide Ms Arens had brought me a great meal for free, she was a wonderful human, and she gave me a bottle of water, MS Arena the guide took me to the mosque on the way back when I asked her to pray, And she gave me a gift, She is an amazing person. It was a special experience, The visit to the site of the massacre and the exhibition was very emotional,we must know this so that we can stop the wars and massacres around the world

As someone who has roots from Balkans, I planned trip for my group of friends from Australia to Balkans. We decided to go with Funky Tours. All I can say they are the most amazing company in whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Balkans too!!! We did a 12 day Balkan package covering Bosnia, Serbia and Croatia. It was planned with the real perfection and with really affordable price. Our guides and driver were really amazing. The vehicle was brand new and the organisation was flawless. We especially loved our accommodation in Sarajevo, Belgrade, Zagreb, Mostar and Dubrovnik. We started off in Zagreb, and then visited Jasenovac concentration camp with Novi Sad and Belgrade. Belgrade was full of amazing surprises. Afterwards we went via Srebrenica and East Bosnia to Sarajevo, where we spend 3 days. Sarajevo is really amazing. Then we visited Mostar and Herzegovina. Dubrovnik and Split were amazing too. Lastly we visited beautiful Croatian coastline with stunning Plitvice Lakes and departed from Zagreb again. We strongly recommend Funky Tours from Sarajevo. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Sarajevo Funky Tours. Their tours are comprehensive, and the online descriptions are accurate. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the kind of personal service you will receive from the guides who are very accommodating to requests. The tours are kept to just a few people which is nice to be able to ask questions and not feel like you are lost in the crowd. My family and I did the Half Day Siege Tour with Omer and we were extremely impressed by his knowledge, his openness to tell us about his experiences, and his willingness to answer our questions. If we had more time in Sarajevo, we would have done more tours with Omer. I initially didn’t want to do this tour because I felt I would be too heartbroken, but my husband talked me into going. The way Omer presented the tour and the love he has for his city and people ended up being the most memorable part of our trip for me. Do yourself a favor and read even a little about Sarajevo’s history before booking a tour. You will get so much more out of your visit to this incredible city because Sarajevo will steal your heart!

I took the four-hour siege tour and had an amazing time! The company is very well organized, and while I inquired via email first, they could not confirm the tour on the day I wanted due to the War Tunnel Museum being closed due to a holiday. However, as it was my last day in town, they were gracious enough to set up an improvised tour, adding Trebević mountain instead. The guide, Almir, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, fluent in English and had great energy to make the tour fun. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you for a great time and for the memories!

Sarajevo Funky Tours is hands down the best travel agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the initial booking inquiry months in advance to the ride to the airport on my last day, everyone that I met with the Sarajevo Funky Tours team was delightful to be around. What sets this agency apart from the others is that their guides and staff know what it means to balance professionalism and building friendships with their guests. For the 8 days I spent touring with Funky Tours, all of the guides, drivers, and staff went above and beyond to check in with how I was doing throughout my stay -- and as a solo female traveler in a brand new county, that meant the world to me. I will always recommend this agency because of the time, effort, and care they put into breaking down prejudice -- and cannot wait to explore more of the Balkan Region with their team the next time I visit! Puno Ljubavi!

I went to skiing tour with them today. It's absolutely fantastic starting with the driver who picked us up. He makes us feel very welcomed and make good conversation regarding the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Meanwhile, the ski instructor named Aida if I am not mistaken, she is so professional and such a good teacher in giving is beginner lesson of skiing. Me and my wife totally happy to get her as our first ski instructor

We had an excellent Siege of Sarajevo tour with this company. First, Funky Tours made every effort to accommodate us even though I contacted them at the last minute and they responded rapidly with a solution. Since the group tour was full, Funky Tours offered us a personal tour which only costed €10 per person more which we accepted. They picked us up at the hotel on time in a comfortable, clean van driven by Faris, a skilful driver and engaging person. Our guide, Arna was superb. She lived through two years of the siege and was a wealth of information and experiences, successfully effusing us in our four hours together with the horrible reality of this tragedy. She is a wonderful person and we feel fortunate to have made her acquaintance. The stops were very interesting and informative with plenty of time to visit. Without question, we would use this company again and highly recommend it to you too.

Sarajevo Funky tours are great. I thoroughly appreciated the information, the history and the kindness of our tour guide. I went to Sarajevo to learn about the siege and I did. Very moving and insightful

What a great way to see the country, highly recommended. From booking to drop-off was nothing short of professional and interesting. The driver was really safe and kind, and the guide was knowledgable about a wide, wide variety of things. Perfect way to learn about history – recent and much further back as well – as well as culture, geography, geology, religion. Loved it!

I booked both the full day tour through Bosnia & Herzegovina (with Amela and Neir) and then the Sarajevo siege tour (with Omar) and thought they were great. The tours are well organised, guided by friendly and knowledgable people, and good value too! Not only was this a great way to see Mostar and the war tunnels, but it was also a chance to see more of the country and meet people who have lived through its history. Thanks!

Earlier today my wife and I went on a tour to Mostar with Saud, who was extremely friendly, polite, and answered all the questions we had, and we had some interesting discussions. The tour included a small cute village on the way to Mostar. Mostar itself (which is much more beautiful and has more than just the bridge in the pictures), then we went to a restaurant overlooking the bridge which was full of people. We later went to Blagaj, the dervish house right by the mountain, and where a small stream of water flows. After that we visited the magical Kravica waterfalls which are a must see. Lastly, we visited the old town of Pocitelj, which we were told has only 12 families living there, as it's not really looked after by the municipality. However the view from above close to the watch towers there was like nothing I've seen before. We were picked up from our hotel at 8 am and were back by 9 pm, and it was worth every penny and worth the time. Thank you and we will definitely come back again for more tours.

What an enriching way to travel between Sarajevo and Dubrovnik. You get a comfortable, safe ride from door to door, but also, you learn and see so much! We saw so much beauty and learned so much about the people and history from our guides. Def get the trout at the restaurant you stop at....delicious! Thank you!

We had a family visit in Sarajevo this summer and we took a day-long Mostar and Herzegovina 4 Cities tour. From reservation to picking us up all the way to dropping off were excellent. Everybody in the office, our tour guide and driver were highly professional. We couldn’t ask a better service than what they provided. Even the owner of the Funky Tours dropped us to the airport so that he could have a feeling about our experience with Funky Tours, which indicates alone how they do their job. Overall, our experience with Funky Tours were excellent and we will recommend them to everybody. Bu yaz, ailece Saraybosna’yi ziyaret ettik. Funky Tours ile gunu birlik Monstar ve Hersek’te 4 sehir turuna katildik. Reservasyon dahil, turun her asamasi cok profesyoneldi. Beklentimizin cok uzerinde bir hizmet sundular. Turkce bilen rehber bile ayarladilar bizim icin. Ustelik deneyimiz hakkinda fikir sabibi olmak icin, Funky Tours’un sahibi bizi havalanina kendisi birakti. Bu bile islerini ne kadar ciddi yapmalarinin gostergesi. Kisacasi unutamiyacagimiz bir Bosna-Hersek gezisi oldu hepimiz icin. BIzim deneyimimiz tek kelime ile mukemmeldi. Onun icin Funky Tours’u herkese tavsiye ederim.

Really good tour with a well prepared and friendly guide. Usually I'm sceptical about tours but I've really enjoyed this. Thanks Damir! :)

Great tour options and would definitely use again. We liked that that food walking tour was capped at only eight people. If you don't have local data on your phone, note that their office is down a short alley (on the left side) and there is no signage on the main street before you turn into the alley.

My mother and I took the Dubrovnik to Sarajevo tour with guide Emina and driver Ajdin. Both were wonderful!! Emina was knowledgeable of all the history associated with the areas we visited, as well as offering her personal stories concerning each place. Ajdin was a wonderful driver, and answered many questions concerning Bosnian football, as well as offering information on the places we visited. Thank you for the fantastic tour!! Ema, at the main office, was responsive and very helpful with all communication. We will definitely use Funky Tours again in the future and will recommend to any acquaintances who visit the Balkans region.

I used Sarajevo funky tour for my whole 8 days trip to Bosnia & Herzegovina, and I am certain I have made the best decision. I did daily tours with them except for just one day. My favourite would be daytrip to Mostar and the hiking tour to Lukomir village. Bosnia was so much more than just a story about war. The country is so beautiful, the people were so lovely and the food were awesome. Please please please do the hiking tour! The landscape was breathtaking! I love that the fact everyone that I have engaged into a conversation with was so open to share their opinions and thoughts. I feel so welcomed in this country, and Sarajevo funky tour made it even easier and better! All the tour guides were very informative and gave really good suggestions on things to do there. I will definitely come back and use this tour agency again in the future. Special thanks to Ema for organising my daily trips in Sarajevo. I miss Bosnia already!

I've done three tours (Travnik and Jajce, Sarajevo - Dubrovnik and the free city tour) with Funky Tours and all of them were an indescribable experience. The guides and drivers Adnan, Adnan Hadzi, Damir and Belmin were really friendly, experienced and hospitable. Besides that they added a personal and touching dimension to the tours. It's really tragic what happened in various parts of Bosnia during the war and this tours have made me more conscious of that. Also the places that we visited were really beautiful places with stunning views. I've got some of the most beautiful pictures that I've ever taken thanks to this. Besides this, we were taken to the best of restaurants and cafes. I would really advise anyone to take a tour at this agency, and I look forward to taking another tour the next time I'm gonna be in Bosnia. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

Quite simply, Funky Tours provide unforgettable experiences. The memories of the splendour of Mostar and of the horrors of Srebrenica and the Siege of Sarajevo will live with me for ever. Furthermore, I'll always have a special place in my heart for Almir, Adnan and Armina, who are more than guides: they are kind, strong, intelligent, wise people who enrich minds and hearts. Funky, thank you. Michael

I really recommend Funky Tours. Very friendly and accommodating staff and I learnt so much about this fascinating and beautiful city! If you don’t have much time in Bosnia, I recommend the Under Siege tour, which gives an amazing and moving insight into the 1992-95 war. If you have slightly longer, I thoroughly recommend the whole day tour into the Herzegovina region. Beautiful sights and interesting history! Will definitely use funky tours again, if I return (and I hope I will)
