Horrible experience. I would not go here again. I had a referral here from my PCP due to some issues I was experiencing. When I arrived, front desk staff were friendly and the medical student I worked with was very kind, asked a lot of questions, and seemed to be taking thorough notes on my issues. Dr. Leung then came in, was very unfriendly from the time he entered the room, and more or less told me he didn't think any of my concern were legitimate and that if I were "his patient" he wouldn't even recommend doing any testing. He made me feel completely unheard and embarrassed for even having my concerns (even though I have had multiple other medical professionals validate them). His bedside manner was terrible. I could also here him yelling at an employee outside my room who had seemingly made a mistake, asking why they would ever do that and to make sure it never happened again. Does not seem like something that patients should be hearing right before their doctor steps into the room.

I don't want to go there again!!! I recently saw Dr. Leung as a referral from my PCP, and I must say that the administrative staff and medical assistants were nice, helpful, and thorough. However, when my mom and I were in the room checking in with the medical assistant, Dr. Leung finally arrived after quite a long wait, and his demeanor was so rushed, aggressive, and, I must say, racist. He made both my mom and me incredibly uncomfortable. In an aggressive manner, he said, 'Sit down!! Do you speak English?! Do you understand the difference between intolerable food and the allergy food test??' He then literally opened the door and told my mom to undergo a specific checkup, all while loudly saying that people over 45 years old would 'DIE FROM CANCER IF YOU DON'T DO THAT TEST!' It was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, especially when giving advice to a patient. My mom was so nervous that, initially, we were being super nice and smiling. However, after this interaction with the doctor, my mom didn't want to engage in any conversation. Why should a visit to the doctor leave you feeling humiliated and stressed, when the goal is to feel better? Speaking of stress, I already struggle with constipation, and my irritable bowel syndrome flares up easily when I'm feeling uncomfortable. I felt absolutely miserable after this appointment and was deeply disappointed!!!"

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Leung to the point where I left his office in tears, and this is incredibly unlike me. After I had seen countless specialists about my acid reflux, the very FIRST visit I had with Dr. Leung, without even having any sort of assessment or testing, he suggested that my reflux and other issues I was experiencing could be treated with anti-depressants. I was completely shocked during this visit that he would even suggest such a medication after I was explicit that my symptoms and issues were physical—he made it seem like it was all in my head and was completely inconsiderate. Needless to say, I went to another specialist and we figured out the roof of the problem and I haven’t had any issues since. I was so taken aback from this experience and don’t wish anyone to ever feel so unheard and unseen by a medical professional.

Dr. Leung and staff provided me with the best health care that I have ever received! With Dr. Leung there was no long waiting time for my appointment, I got an expert preliminary evaluation, multiple same day test results, all my insurance and prescription needs were handled seamlessly and flawlessly, all with careful follow up to ensure all my needs were met. Best of all, in addition to all his outstanding work in his areas of Gastroenterology, Food Allergy and Immunology, Dr. Leung is an advocate for his patients, making sure therapies are possible that many others are not even aware of. Dr. Leung succeeded in getting me well. Thank you!

The office runs efficiently, so they are able to get you in quick. Dr Leung is kind and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff in and out. Sometimes he sees things missed by other doctors. He will take the time to explain to you what he’s doing and why. I’m glad to be working with him.

This visit was one of the best visits I’ve had. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk person who very politely asked me for my insurance information, which I had just provided less than 2 weeks ago but because he was so polite, I did not mind. I was almost immediately attended to once placed in the room. This 2nd staff person was also very courteous and very attentive to my inquiries. She communicated to the necessary staff that I needed my shots and the person came right in. I am most impressed with the care this person took when administering the shots; they were injected very slowly which drastically decreased the pain level. Finally, Dr. Leung entered & greeted me as usual, shook my hand and was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I left with a plan of action and feeling heard and seen.

Dr. Leung and his team are the very best all around. Dr. Leung provides the highest quality of medical care, examinations and treatments. He really cares about the well being of his patients. A doctor of this caliber is very hard to find. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team.

Boston specialists did a great job! I was able to make an appointment quickly and it was very easy to get there. Both Saad and Dr. Leung were very thorough in their conversations with me and I feel confident in our next steps.

Had a great visit with Dr Leung and his assistant today. Check in went smoothly and my appointment started on time. His nurse staff member was both professional and personable. Dr Leung walked me through my upcoming exams and what to expect from the different potential outcomes. I felt incredibly heard and seen and look forward to being under his care.

My doctor not only addressed my medical issues with changes in medicine, drink more water, advice on exercises, more water intake and change of current diet. He had plenty of positive advice regarding my depression and how I could feel better. I listened and felt his compassion and his empathy. I felt 100% better.

Dr. Leung and team have been instrumental in helping me better understand and manage my EoE. The team is personable and prompt. I personally appreciate the ability to have virtual appointments and communicate with the team via text as it saves me time and provides peace of mind. How lucky am I to have this specialist in the Boston area! With the elimination diet and meds, I feel SO much better and have the support of Dr. Leung and the dietitian team to make it happen.

I-693 medical exam My family and I went for medical exam and it was very smooth and hassle-free. Anya was very kind and she is very knowledgeable. She organized our documents very well. Dr. Leung was also friendly and helpful.

Both my daughters go to Boston specialists. The doctors there are so wonderful and helpful! My daughter was diagnosed with a rare stomach disease and Dr. Leung has helped her manage her disease and live a normal life as possible with her eating limitations. I highly recommend going here for your allergy or gastrointestinal needs. They always go above and beyond to help my family with all our needs. This is an amazing place and I’m so grateful we go here.

I have seen Dr Leung several times. Every time was a great experience. I have recently noticed changes in my digest habits. Dr Leung was able to try his best to schedule me for a procedure as soon as possible. The result of the procedure helped find out the reasons for my symptoms. I went to my PCP before for a relevant test but they didn’t find the reasons. Highly recommend Dr Leung’s practice.

Dr. Lueng was funny, relaxed and knowledgeable. I was surprised how much he knew about my rare conditions and his willingness to figure out how to help me feel Better. Anya was pleasant, helpful, fast, efficient and patient with all my questions. So far I highly recommend them. Ty! Great doctors and their support staff are hard to come by these days.

I have a very rare autoimmune disease. My previous doctors did not know how to treat my condition. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Leung. He is a kind and caring doctor.
