    I ordered 16 pieces chicken family meal and I only got 13 pieces with only 2 chicken breast with wings and drumsticks for $46. This is ridiculous I was told that I have to wait 10 minutes for chicken I said fine but for some reason I got my chicken in 2 minutes and it wasn’t 16 pieces. The service lady (Spanish woman ) every time I go she always rude and unprofessional last time she left me listening to her arguments with someone in the kitchen on the drive through speaker for 5 minutes and the line was long. She talked to me and asked me what I wanted and I wasn’t finish my sentence she turned to talk to someone else again. I don’t know if she really don’t want to take an order so why don’t she switch to do something else? And also she shouldn’t tricky with your customers just because you lazy to make more chicken by giving me only 13 chickens in 16 pieces family meal and charged me the full price.

    Pretty impressed with the service. Food came out within 5 minutes. Chicken and Cajun fries were hot and crispy! Came in pretty late and usually everything is soggy but to my surprise it wasn’t. Overall great experience!

    I found a HAIR in my popeyes biscuit and it most definitely isn’t mine I don’t have that kind of hair.. I usually have no problems but my fries came in cold too!! I wonder what’s going on in the kitchen!!

    You usually only goes to Popeye Chicken for the food and expect bad service. But on the day I visit the 1630 VFW Pkwy, West Roxbury location, the regional manager was working and for a quick minute I thought I was at Del Frisco’s. Great customer service and well cook delicious chicken 😋 made this my best experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

    Extremely rude staff- the guy with the cast/band on his wrist yelled at me for asking for the items that were missing from my order. This has happened more than once. Food is about normal Popeyes quality, there isn’t much attention placed on accuracy.

    I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru when there was less than 7 cars in line. When I finally got up to the ordering speaker, I heard nothing for 3 minutes. Go to Roslindale instead.

    The Franchisee of this location could care less about the product and or customer! 1. Always understaffed; doors consistently locked as if it was still a “pandemic”. 2. Present Staff are very rude and lazy. “Manager” with the red hair and tattoos, the trash can you came from? It’s calling you back fr fr! 3. Nothing better than getting lukewarm or cold food at 8pm at night from this location. Awful all the way around.

    Visit this Popeye’s location if you’re feeling nostalgic for the pandemic times when everything sucked. They STILL haven’t opened the actual restaurant, so you have to sit for 20 minutes in the drivethru and the food is barely even warm when they hand it to you. Go to the Roslindale location; they know how it’s supposed to be done.

    food is honestly good and nice and hot but these workers man. Understand customers are difficult but there should be no reason you have an attitude with everybody. I made sure to be polite but the drive through worker kept cutting me off, rushing me, and yelling “i got it” and “wait”

    I'll never go here again .... solely because the staff at this establishment are the WORST.... They messed up my order.. and when I brought it to their attention..... They did nothing.... I stood there like an idiot thinking it would be resolved.... It was not..... Popeyes.. best chicken sandwich... Worst customer service...

    Super hectic drive through. The guy taking our order left the conversation more than 3 times and ended up missing what we ordered in the beginning. They didn’t get everything we ordered and he had the audacity to blame it on us. I get that it was hectic but don’t blame the customer for your mistake.

    I bought 80++ dollars of chicken wings, only given 2 small packs of ranch, when I ask for more, the young male officer say need to pay additional for sause! I had to go to supermarket to buy Ranch myself! After I went home opened the box, I found out that I was also given very very small half pieces being counted as one. Worst Popeyes I visited! Ridiculous

    Their professionalism is horrible. They have attitudes and I don't know why? I was very friendly and kind. I only go to chick fil a for the kindness. You guys need to do better.
