At
this
point
my
license
and
application
is
already
at
the
Desk.
The
young
man
said
to
me
that
another
lady
came
in
while
I
was
on
the
phone
so
he
is
taken
care
of
her
that
was
fine
with
me
but
I
had
an
appointment.
Both
the
rude
lady
and
the
young
man
said
that
I
should
left
the
application
and
they
will
call
me
and
set
everything
up
over
the
phone
and
the
only
thing
that
I
need
to
do
when
I
return
to
pick
up
the
pass
is
to
have
my
photo
taken.
That
was
fine
with
me
but
the
call
never
came.
A
lady
was
sitting
next
to
him
not
sure
if
she
is
the
sales
person
or
the
coordinator
but
she
is
RUDE
as
hell
and
not
helpful.
The
only
call
I
had
is
for
my
license
that
I
had
left
behind.
I
had
made
several
calls
that
day
and
the
RUDE
lady
keep
answering
and
telling
me
that
they
will
call
me
but
they
are
very
busy.
Went
that
same
day
to
pick
up
my
license
and
saw
her
and
this
is
what
she
said
(you
don't
want
to
signup
)
and
I
stated
that
am
still
waiting
on
the
call,
her
respond
was
"as
you
can
see
we
are
very
busy
and
if
you
are
unhappy
then
that's
OK"
REALLY!!!
No
customer
service
straight
ghetto.
Last
week
I
had
gotten
a
call
from
a
young
man
he
is
one
of
the
coordinator
not
quiet
remember,
he
assured
me
that
he
will
look
for
my
application
and
call
me
back
any
time
after
7:00
pm
but
that
did
not
happened!
Once
again
I’m
disappointed
in
the
YMCA
customer
service
very
poor
service
