I’ve been coming to Lbeauty since May 2022 and I’ve always had wonderful service but I’ve had Yasmin do my lashes and brows the last 3 visits and I have to say she is probs my fave lash tech I’ve ever had. She is so sweet and friendly and properly takes time to listen and discuss exactly what kind of length and style of lashes I’m wanting. She is so skilled and patient, making sure I’m comfortable the whole time and the finished results are always flawless!!!! Cannot recommend her and Lbeauty enough.

I regularly have my brows shaped and tinted by Louise. It's always a warm welcome and all the staff are lovely. Louise is super professional and I always leave feeling fully satisfied with the results and with a smile on my face. The salon itself is a great space and the prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

As a first time customer, I found everywhere clean and comfortable with welcoming, friendly staff. It was my first time ever having reflexology and it was amazing! Great knowledge, expertise and professionalism meant it was SO relaxing and I felt the benefits over my whole body! Would happily recommend and would love to return.

Maria was great. Very precise on manicure and nails and a lovely pedicure and gel nails. My feet are revived thank you. Louise as always was friendly and professional and did a really wonderful job with my eyebrow shaping and tinting.

Maria did a beautiful job on my nails. We had a lovely time chatting about all sorts. The receptionist (sorry I don’t know her name) was also lovely. So welcoming.

A reluctant review however you did send a link to ask for feedback. Although not a regular, I’ve had many treatments here over the years and have mostly been pleased. However, I recently booked in for lashes. I got to my appointment on time and was left sat in reception for 25 minutes, listening to two members of staff discussing either a past employee or one that would be leaving soon (not in a positive way…with no apology for the delay - I can imagine you would charge full price and not carry out the treatment should someone be so late for their appointment?). After 30 mins, bearing in mind the appointment slot was only half an hour, and after more talk between three members of staff, I was told they were waiting for the room with ‘better light’. I then have my treatment, leaving 30 mins late, with lash glue all over the lashes. I’ve had to remove myself. Lovely girl that did the treatment however after all these years, will not be returning.

Yasmin gave the perfect massage, just the right pressure and technique to get into some deep knots. She left me feeling very relaxed... I will certainly be visiting again and highly recommend this beauty salon!

Sadly this saloon has been going down hill for a while. I’ve been a regular for many years but all the girls have started leaving and now it’s ran purely for money. There is no care in the treatments anymore, twice in the last year I’ve been shouted at for turning at my booked appointment time but they’ve changed the therapist and inadvertently the time. Both times I showed my booking confirmation yet was still made to feel I was in the wrong, got a rushed treatment and charged full. Now Sam has left again, I’ll never go to this saloon again!

Such a lovely experience, firstly I got the date wrong but the lovely team still managed to fit me in, Jasmine was just lovely and my treatment was amazing, definitely recommend Jasmine for any waxing. Very relaxing environment, will definitely be rebooking!! Thank you

I visited L Beauty for the first time this evening - I had a pamper hour with Lily which was a 30min back & shoulder massage and a 30min facial. The massage was just great - it was so relaxing and the pressure was perfect. She checked I was happy with everything a few mins in which is always a nice touch. The facial was lovely and all the products smelt amazing. I could choose an arm&hand massage or a scalp massage while my face mask was on. I visited on one of their monthly ‘Massage by Candle Light Evening’ and was really welcoming and lovely. They have relaxing music and it’s such a calm atmosphere. You get a hot chocolate waiting for you when you come out of your treatment so you can sit and relax before going back into the real world! I enjoyed it all so much and will recommend to others. Such a perfect evening and just what I was in need of. Thank you!

As a pre Christmas treat to myself so that I could go into Christmas feeling relaxed & refreshed, I booked the Pamper Hour consisting of back, shoulder & neck massage plus facial. Wow, it was perfect, the massage totally relaxing & got rid of my tight neck & shoulders & the Vitamin C facial was pure bliss. I left feeling exactly how I hoped I would, relaxed but great. Would definitely recommend & I look forward to another pamper.

Hi, I visited L Beauty for the first time today for a head, neck and shoulder massage. I was hoping for a more stronger head massage but it was very light and I couldn't really feel much of the massage on my head/scalp, of which I was very disappointed with! Although my neck and shoulders massage was okay, lily was so lovely and friendly I didn't like to say anything as to upset her! I don't know whether I will be visiting the salon again, as I wasn't really satisfied! Sorry Lily! She did ask me at the start, do I want a light head massage or a more heavier, deeper head massage, and I definitely said, I would like, the more heavier, deeper massage! So sorry, but, you wanted me to be honest and truthful, of which I am being! X

I have been lucky enough to go to LBeauty for about 5 years now and the treatments and service is always second to non. Louise and the team are extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly and make you feel at ease.
