My mom and I always come to serenity from Birmingham whenever we need to be waxed or eyebrows threaded. The owner is a close friend of my mom and she always welcomes us and the workers are very kind and are nice when waxing. Their services are always up to standard and they never fail to deliver. 5 star review

There isn’t many people like Shazia that know everything about your skin. Originally came here for my eye brows , after being recommended by a glam friend of mine. I went to the same lady for 10 years as I’m very particular. However, I would never go elsewhere now. I also had some acne and was recommended a good treatment for it and will be returning for a facial very soon. Honest advice and really great service. This is the only woman that has been able to make my eyebrows look straighter, when they are naturally curved. I never knew it was possible until now and have never loved my eyebrows more! Also I have very sensitive skin, so I took Shazia’s recommendation of a great wax, and it really worked wonders. This lady has studied the skin so knows a lot more than most. Thank you Shazia❤️

My first time at this salon was recommended by a friend.I was booked in for a facial wax was nervous upon on arrival but once they started my waxing I knew I was in good hands.I received excellent service from Shazia and I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon. I had a horrible experience at this place, I will never going back again. I got insulted by the person who was doing my eyebrows. All I wanted was threading. The lady who did them was aggressive and rude. So I asked for a different member of staff to carry on and finish what she started. She then went and sat down and started talking about me in different language (I am sure of that), which I thought was disrespectful. She then called me stupid and ugly to my face. This was not just poor service it was appalling….

My experience with Serenity has been fabulous!My eyebrows have never looked better and the brow tint works like a charm.
