I came here after reading these reviews and HAD to come back to add my own. I have now had a few dip manicures here that are super durable and not bulky like other places I’ve been to. My nails are the longest they’ve been EVER. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Nina is amazing. I was bouncing around different salons for a while and this is definitely my go-to from now on. Thank you!!!!

Nina and Ann were absolutely wonderful! We were treated like family especially my daughter. Ann gave the best pedicure my wife has ever had. Nina went out of her way to make my daughter happy. We are so grateful! There is no other nail salon we will go to. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I've been coming to Downtown Nails & Spa for 5 months and cannot recommend it enough! I get my gel manicures from Nina and regular pedicures from either Nina or Diana. Both are incredibly kind, meticulous, and thorough. Nina is truly an artist -- she goes above and beyond with every nail design idea I bring to her, and she has transformed my natural nails, damaged from two decades of nail biting, into long, strong, and beautiful nails! My manicures always last at least 3 weeks, often longer -- I've gone 5 weeks completely chip-free! I decided to take a month off from gels this time and am amazed at how healthy and strong my bare nails are underneath (see picture) after 5 consecutive months of gel manicures -- a true testament to how gentle and skilled Nina is as a nail tech. The salon is also very easy to get to by either Green or Red Line (and there's an SL5 stop down the block as well). I cannot recommend this salon enough, thank you Nina and Diana!!

Did my pedicure here for many times already. Love this place! Pedicure is a lot more than just applying color, it comes with a whole package as an amazing deal- shaping, massaging, scrubbing, gel color applying… Effective and comfortable communication with staff. Three walls of color for choice. Nicest and sweetest place. Highly recommend if you’re around downtown and don’t know where to do you nails & toes. Here is the place!! 💓💓💓💓💓💓

Love this place! It’s near my work so I went there one evening and got my nails done for the first time in ages and they were super nice. They really listened to what you want to do. Very pleased! :)
