It was my first time here and before my appointment date I was sent a message to fill out my new patient form online, which I loved because it saves me the trouble of filling it out the day of. When I walked in, the atmosphere was great, it's very clean and modern looking with friendly staff and service. Every part of my cleaning process was explained in detail and my questions/concerns were answered and met with patience. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend Ace Dental if you like a welcoming atmosphere.

My first time visit to Ace Dental was above and beyond experience. The receptionist set the paces that I was about to experience a high level patient care, and it continued when I met my hygienist Ally. Her standard of care in all parameters of her job was done comfortably, with a very high standard of care. I felt comfortable, trusting, and confident in the care I was receiving at the time which allowed me to learn more about my procedures. Meeting my dentist top it off with another high level care. The staff staff are very aware of the need to welcome patients, keep them informed of “who is next”, and when the patient remaining in the waiting room will be seen! Then during my cleaning the assistant asked me how I was doing! Wow! Dr Kim was very professional and was able to give me a candid opinion on my cosmetic question. Very much appreciated that! Went here after years of no dentist visits due to a dental emergency. I like to shop around when switching any kind of healthcare provider to make sure they have good reviews and legitimate qualifications. My mouth was in bad shape when I came here, both due to finances and crippling dentist anxiety. This place was great, I've had several procedures done here, and never had a bad experience. All 3 hygienists and both doctors I have seen are almost over the top friendly, informative, and welcoming. They are always willing to explain exactly what they are doing and why. Dr Kim seems like a beacon of knowledge and is one of the few doctors I have been to that you can joke around with and that will give you an honest opinion not based on what money he can make off you. Dr Park is extremely skilled, especially for his age, and has completed several procedures so well that even large fillings are completely indifferntiable from my natural teeth. They look the same, feel the same, and even shine the same. One time I had to call in the middle of the night and leave a message because I was experiencing severe pain after a procedure and Dr Park called me about an hour before they even opened and prescribed me what I needed and gave me info about how to ease the pain. The front desk staff are amazing as well, they greet me by name every time I walk in and sometimes even when I call. I never thought I would say that I can go into the dentist's office, sit down, relax, and not be scared to death. 👍👍👍

Ace dental has been absolutely fantastic to work with. dr Kim is very good at what he does and trust me I have had the opportunity to work with many dentists for all bad reasons. They are honest upfront and amazing at what they do. The staff is super friendly and it just makes the entire process no matter what you are getting done just feel like a customer should experience. I highly recommend Ace Dental you will not be disappointed. I am blown away at how good Dr Kim is at what he does.

4 of my wisdom teeth were removed by Dr Ryan Park, assisted by Harrison. The best experience it could have been. During the appointment, they explained to me what they were about to do next, checked in on me regularly, and clearly communicated aftercare instructions. All my questions were heard and patiently answered. Phenomenally knowledgeable and *kind* professionals. Would recommend their care and services to everyone!
