The customer service in this building is excellent. The gym is very nice. Has everything you need the gym manager is excellent very knowledgeable. The apartments are very modern and very functional. The location is excellent second to none everything‘s right there for you.

The Bon has been a wonderful experience these past few months. The staff is amazing. Kind people always welcome you as you walk in to the building, and are always ready to help you in whatever way you need. The Bon has an excellent gym and new machines with an amazing yoga room! Pierre, the wellness coach is always on hand and ready to help you with all your wellness goals using his upbeat personality! I highly recommend to come check out this wonderful establishment.

I love living at the Bon, it’s a great place for someone new to the city. The short walk to the T and proximity to great restaurants and entertainment make it super convenient. They also offer every amenity you could think of - there’s a great lounge area that’s perfect for studying, the laundry and storage areas are super convenient, and the gym is top notch. All the staff are so friendly, especially Pierre, the on-site wellness coach. The gym offers so many cool things like a state of the art yoga studio with infrared lights in the ceiling, access to specialized fitness classes, and personalized fitness training. Overall an amazing place to live.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the bon. Highly recommend checking out the fitness classes and gym. The staff is amazing, and there is a personal trainer on site who is fantastic and high energy. Great place for someone new in the city.

Just moved in last week but happy to say The Bon is a fabulous property with fabulous people who have been supportive through the exploration, leasing and moving-in process. Alex was always willing to help and very responsive as we navigated the initial rental logistics, and Nicole and Sheena were most helpful in pre-moving arrangements. The studio we are renting is stunning and well-designed; the third floor community/work space is incredible; and everyone who works here has been helpful and friendly. So glad to have found this new home!

Super cute spot, located in the heart of the city with really nice views. The staff is really welcoming and they make you feel at home. The personal trainer, Pierre, is on site and specializes on a wide variety of fitness too. Super motivating to say the least.
