Wide variety of yakitori options but most of them are unremarkable. Sushi selection is good, food is fresh and presentation is lovely. This is a very solid sushi restaurant with nothing out of the ordinary. But good prices.

DONT get sushi here. The hot food my friend got was good (bibimbap) and smelled nice, but OMG my sushi was INEDIBLE. I ate ONE piece of the tuna toll-- it tasted acrid like vomit (actually!!). The rice was so vinegary and the tuna was such an odd texture and taste... It just combined to a strange, disgusting, unbearable flavor. My friend had a bite too and felt exactly the same. All the other fish too looked so disgusting. The texture was off, they looked dry and very much not fresh. I tried a nigiri piece and it was so gross I could not even swallow it. Do me a favor: ZOOM IN on the photo of the salmon I have attached here. Look how LOW QUALITY and STALE and DRY it looks. Now, please turn to the photos of the tuna roll. Look at all the TENDONS in it. They took all the cheapest trimmings of the fish and shoved it into one roll. It was vile. I give it two stars because the hot food looked ok. The restaurant felt mildly unclean (sticky table etc) and it was SO loud. I will never return. Also just to specify I really don't have high expectations for sushi. I just want decent tasting fish and rice. And one that I don't think would make me sick. Usually that is very easy to find. Not here though.

Great sushi near northeastern! Came here for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The skewers were great, albeit not spicy and the sushi was quickly handrolled. The bill also was very low which was great considering what we ordered. Look forward to coming again soon!

Not the “Bang for your buck” kind of place. And not the “oh that was expensive but it was worth it” kind of place either. Service was okay but the potions were so sad. It might look like a lot, but you’ll see it’s either this V shaped bowl or a super flat bowl. Soup base for the ramen was about as good as a higher end ramen noodle packet you would get from the supermarket. I would not come back again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I would strongly urge them not to waste their money here. The dish in the picture was about $14 FYI

I ordered a mini hotpot but the oyster in the pot are dirty and nasty. The whole hotpot are not fresh and the taste is ruined a lot. So I give 3 dollars in my 30 dollars bill(maybe I should ask for a refund and don’t pay anything). Then, when me and my friends leaving the restaurant, one of the waitress ask us to stop and ask why we don’t give the “18% tips”. I explained to her and finally she asked in mandarin :” So you don’t want to give more tips right?” I was very angry about this and I don’t get any positive feedback to the customer when I mention the taste of the oyster. Not gonna come to this restaurant anymore. Not recommend this restaurant.

Prices are about average for a Japanese restaurant, which is completely justified by the quality of the food! The yakitori was nice and smoky, and the takoyaki was excellent (pleasantly spicy). The sushi was also good quality. The location by Symphony Hall is great, and the atmosphere is great too: it's fancy but not excessively fancy. Add on the pictures of nighttime Osaka streets they have on the wall, and it's a really cute place.

We took 4 Japanese-culture-loving kids, including one vegetarian, here for lunch. They all chose from different parts of the menu and everything was delicious! The lunch bentos were a particularly big hit. My friend and I each had the salmon teriyaki and it was amazing. Service was wonderful -- our server was so kind and engaging with the kids!

Not usually in Boston but today I was and I was so hungry so I came to dine in here. I got the kimchi ramen and it was really good! Staff was kind and attentive and the wait for the food what short. Definitely coming back here when I’m in Boston next time!
