I have been a Hopper customer for a lot of years now and will continue to use them as often as I possibly can. Whenever I call or visit S T Hopper I always feel extremely well looked after and I really appreciated the family business feel to the shopping experience with them. Tim, James and their team are very knowledgable about any watches, jewellery and gift ideas I've been interested in and the after-sales service has always been exceptional too. They always have a great variety of ever-changing stock and are always very fair on price. It's really nice not to ever feel pressured into buying anything and to be guided on other options or alternatives if I'm looking. For me, you can't beat shopping locally and knowing they're always there if you ever need them. Thanks all and see you again very soon!

excuse me you know very well I purchased a pair of Ruby studs and sapphire studs earrings in 2020 under name Holmes, and we went in another jewellers said it was worth scrap metal so yes I am correct thank you. Also this jewellery anywhere is worthless even tiffany jewellery is not worth the money I spent, and also you wouldn't refund? Do not buy anything from here, its Just not worth it!!!! Looks nice in window but after 3 years the metal is rusted??? Whys that and i keep in boxes your green boxes i have 2020 February brought them do your research? Go to ....!!!!! Actually the whole lot of boston can burn, HOPPERS like the other review on here you are not bond Street ? And I have beautiful mikimoto Pearls won't be buying your absolute Garbage Horrid Junk

We actually went in to this shop for an engagement ring. I decided to get my grandmother's ring valued at the same time. A man came down, took one look at it and said 'we wouldn't be interested in that sort of thing' and walked away! Note to Hopper Ltd- talking to potential customers in a rude manner does not a customer make. It's simple really. You're in Boston, not Bond Street - loose the attitude.
