I went to get a new watch battery with an excellent value lifetime battery replacement guarantee that I purchased last year. The shop was welcoming and the staff helpful and efficient. Thank goodness everything isn’t online!! Well done Boston.

Very disappointed with response when visited requesting a new watch battery. With only one other customer in the shop and two members of staff free I was told that I would have to leave the watch with them. Having made the journey into town just for a new battery prior to going away for Christmas this attitude fails to impress! The staff need to be reminded of the company policy towards customer care.

Had problems with a engagement ring that ended up being recalled for a fault. Had an exchange. All times I have been into the store for help or called the store every single member of staff have been amazing and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming could not thank them all enough for the service they provided.
