I see Michelle for Botox treatments, and she’s wonderful! She is an extremely knowledgeable and professional Registered Nurse. I’ve always seen great results and trust that I am in good hands with Michelle.

I have never had a bad experience at Boston laser med spa. And they stand behind their work! I will continue to go for my Botox treatments there… I’ve been getting IPL treatments and so far so good. Sandy is an amazing laser technician and pays attention to detail.

Five stars aren’t enough for Laser MD in Braintree! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their knowledge about laser hair removal and facial treatments was impressive, and they patiently answered all my questions. Lori was extremely professional and made sure I understood each step of the process. The results from my laser hair removal sessions has been life changing. My cool lift facial was incredible! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for top-notch service and remarkable results!

I bought a lower leg, underarm, and Brazilian package back in December 2021. My first session I was told not to shave for a few days before by the receptionist which is not true, and thankfully they didn't charge me $50 for the shave. The second time I was turned away for a spray tan (didn't know this rule, because no one went over anything with me) and I rescheduled for the next week. I showed up for the time and I realized I didn't receive a confirmation so they actually did not schedule me and I had to reschedule again for the next week. My actual second visit (but 5th time there) all went well. Over the summer I wasn't able to get anything done because of sun exposure and when restarting in the fall/winter, every single time I went in I was told I was too tan despite that just being my skin color in the dead of winter. Every person I saw had differing opinions about how high to put the laser too so I'm not sure how often I got treatment that would yield results. I believe I got 7 sessions from Jan 2022 to June 2023, and by now Oct 2023 everything has grown back and it's like I never got laser hair removal. In between sessions until about July/August 2023, the hair was much thinner at least but not anymore. It just wasn't a good experience, I wasn't sure how each session would go depending on who you had for your service, and now I spent over $1000 for no results and back to waxing I go!

I had a consult with Delaney and I was blown away with how knowledgeable and well educated she was about the skin. She really took the time to hear my concerns and gave me not only a personalized list of ingredients and products I should be using, but also offered me a plan of possible treatments for my concerns, that fell within my budget and would actually help me. I felt really taken care of as a patient and really felt that she was on my team rather than just trying to sell to me. She even gave me her card with her email on it as a resource if I had any questions out of the office. If you need help with your skin, definitely recommend booking with her!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I signed up with Laser MD for laser hair removal and made it clear that I had done laser sessions with another spa before so I did not have as much hair growth. I told them I was signing up for a laser package because I wanted to have some sessions for touch ups. I specifically asked if there was a deadline to use the sessions and was told no, as I wouldn’t have signed up if there was a deadline due to my low hair growth. Post Covid I tried to schedule my last 2 sessions and was told they were expired as they only gave an 18 month extension to use sessions after Covid. I tried reaching out to their management who was very unresponsive and overall unhelpful. Due to the nature of the treatment it is unreasonable to have a deadline to use a package of 8 sessions, as you’re advised not to do a treatment when you don’t have hair growth. Additionally, even if you do have a deadline then communicate this to customers. No communications were sent!! I’ve recommended multiple friends to Laser MD and now I’m majorly regretting it because I had a terrible customer service experience.

Don't recommend coming here, unfortunately. My appointment time was changed three times. And the microdermabrasian facial didn't include extractions, which is the first time I've ever experienced an exfoliating facial that didn't include that. I left feeling like I just wasted one hour and a half and $150.
