What an exceptional family run buisness. My 33 year old engagement ring was badly damaged and battered beyond repair, resided myself that it would have to sit in my jewellery box never to be worn again. These lovely people took it to their repair shop dismantled it and remade me a new ring, using all the gold and stones out of the original piece, that looked as close to my original ring as possible. This was all done so as my husband could give it back to me for our silver wedding. I cannot thank them enough it is more beautiful now than before and makes it all the more special. Cannot fault this jeweller in any way. Great to find an independent jeweller who knows great customer service and supplies high quality watches. I have now bought 3 high price watches and each one is of the highest quality. James is a superb guy to deal with with outstanding knowledge. I was after certain watches which he sourced for me. Fabulous customer service. Very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Had to have my wedding ring cut off and resized, eternity ring resized and engagement ring rhodium plated to cover a resizing join. All three rings now not only fit but look absolutely amazing! Would recommend this jewellers without hesitation.
