Found my new forever salon! I was so impressed with my first appointment I told all my friends. Love the location, the vibe is pretty cool- open, airy, nautical. The staff is so friendly. I saw Kurt and he’s great! He prides himself on always being on time (thank you Kurt), he’s friendly and really listens to what you want…then delivers flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Grant is the best. He's thoughtful, kind, and talented. i think he gives the best men's haircut in Boston. I've found his salon warm and welcoming. In particular I like the text message reminders of my upcoming appointment which i receive several days before and the day of my appointment.

Honestly I hesitated to write this review because I am certain that my new favorite stylist is going to blow up and will become impossible to book with. If you are a Boston blonde RUN do not walk to book yourself in Kenzie Dalton’s chair at Cut Splice. I’ve been to every high end salon in NYC and on Newbury and this girl is a *talent* She understands color and dimension with expertise beyond her years. She has a radiant energy and is so kind and thoughtful to her clients. Cut Splice is a great salon with chic, chill vibes. My long, blond highlighted hair has never been healthier. Kenzie has given me my best cut in over a decade to boot. Simply book with her NOW while you still can.

Beautiful Salon! Even better Stylists and Staff! I have seen Gina a few times for makeup and hair and she is simply amazing! Incredibly talented and such a sweet person to work with. Recently I used her for my wedding and she did an amazing job! She exceeded my expectations as well as my bridesmaids. The compliments we received all night were endless. Highly recommend!

I booked CutSplice for my wedding hair/makeup after a horrible experience with a different salon. Bianca validated my feelings right away and assured me that she could give me what I was looking for. Gina was my makeup artist and could not have been more professional. She traveled to NH and did makeup for my whole group and everyone looked stunning. She was able to quickly adapt to all of the different styles/requests effortlessly. Sandy did our hairstyles and she was awesome- very flexible if people wanted things adjusted which is always appreciated. Overall they both were very time efficient and made the getting ready process fun and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about Cut Splice! Sandy did hair on my wedding for my wedding party (4 girls) and I and we were so happy! I had an 11am wedding so that means hair had to be done super early, and Sandy was flexible and able to meet us at our hotel downtown at 6:30am. Sandy was awesome, Cut Splice was super easy to work with, and they have an amazingly talented staff. Definitely consider them for your bridal hair and make up services, you will not regret it! I’m also a regular client and am very pleased with my regular cuts here as well :)
