Stayed in a Superior King room for 5 nights. Really wish I booked a Deluxe room instead. The bathroom was just way too small, and the toilet is not friendly for anybody who is 5'5 and taller. The walls throughout the whole hotel are also very thin. I could hear different guests speaking while in my room, and walking through the hallways felt like spying on a bunch of different conversations. Makes sense for an older building though. Also seemed like this hotel was a very popular spot for airline staff. Plenty of pilots of flight attendants coming in and out all day. I would highly recommend booking at least a Deluxe room or any of the Suites if you are planning on staying here for several days, if you want a comfortable stay. This is an ideal hotel for an overnight stay or two nights max. Other than that - the location is great, housekeeping does a great job, check-in and valet/bell staff was friendly. Staff behind the lobby bar have seen better days, I suppose.

My recent stay at Hilton Boston Park Plaza, specifically in room 9076, left me with mixed feelings. The room, unfortunately, was notably small, with limited wardrobe space that barely accommodated a few items. Storage elsewhere was lacking, making it a challenge to keep things organized. The welcome tray in the room was disappointing, lacking a kettle and offering only paper cups. The coffee machine, inconveniently located under the wardrobe, proved difficult to use in the cramped quarters of the room. The bathroom, while having a bath, was surprisingly small, with a tub suitable for a child rather than an adult. The overall layout of the room made it challenging to navigate comfortably. On a positive note, the main lobby exuded a pleasant ambience, providing a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The hotel's location, adjacent to Boston Common, is indeed convenient, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. However, the downsides, including an overpriced breakfast that didn't meet my preferences, contribute to my overall sentiment. Opting to have breakfast outside the hotel from the second morning onwards highlighted my dissatisfaction. In conclusion, Hilton Boston Park Plaza appears overpriced for the value offered. While its location is advantageous and the lobby welcomes, the limitations of the room and amenities overshadow the positives, making it unlikely for me to choose this hotel for a future stay.

Went here for a furry convention just last week, the lobby is beautiful. The rooms are great. And they have deep bathtubs which is a big plus. There's a wonderful sitting area to the left of the entrance that was great. Truly just a fantastic place. I highly recommend if you have the money :3 (last pic I added to this of the no parking sign being tagged is something i think, if you go, you should take a picture of. It's like a souvenir.)

Location is great. Staff are friendly and kind which makes a great experience. Lobby was kept cleanly and lounge in the center was fantastic. The reason for a 3 star is that for a superior queen room, it was quite small. There is no ventilation in the room or bathroom so it stayed muggy throughout. The bathroom was even smaller than one would imagine. The toilet was really old as well. Other family members of ours stayed here as well in a one bedroom suite and complained about the sour smell which they believe is coming from the old carpets. If any of that doesn’t bother you then it is a good place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it more each time I stay. This visit i got to introduce my boyfriend to the Park Plaza. We had a wonderful stay. Special thank you to Alex from St. Louis at the front desk who upgraded our room to a wonderful spot right next to the Presidential Suite. It was private, quiet and so much larger than a regular room. We loved it. Brunch in the hotel was great. We also had Starbucks breakfast by the fireplace one day. Wonderful location for walking even in the winter. Valet service was quick and excellent. We'll be back Park Plaza! Thank you!

Do not book this hotel if you plan to work at all during your stay. The internet is impossibly slow, the “library” is extremely loud because it’s right next to the lobby, and the “business center” is inside the FedEx so you can hear the employees talk (not their fault that they want to socialize while working, the hotel layout is just terrible.) You have to try and find a quiet place to work if you have a meeting and want to not cut out every 20 seconds. Rooms are absolutely tiny. The hotel employees are really nice though so at least this place has that going for it.

Excellent stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Richard at the front desk was nice to me and my dog. Made sure we had a spacious and clean room. A little out dated, but big sized room for the city. The only thing is that it's a little loud on the weekend. You can hear steet traffic and people outside. I had room service and the food was good. My burger was cooked wrong the first time, but Julia made an effort to get it fixed asap and brought me an additional glass of wine. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I booked a two queen-bed room here for a weekend in February for my daughter's birthday. The hotel itself has a nice location: quiet, clean, convenient area. We parked in the garage at 200 Stuart Street, which was only a three minute walk away. There is valet parking available. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by the door staff. The check-in process was good. There was a queue of at least four others in front of us, but there were two clerks working to check guests in, so it was not too long of a wait. A bellman, Charlie, assisted us to our room (1419), and he was so sweet and personable. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was slightly small but spotless. Throughout the weekend, the atmosphere of the hotel was consistent. It was quiet in the evenings. Since Sunday was Superbowl Sunday, the hotel staff even set up a big screen in the lobby for guests to watch the Superbowl. The concierge was helpful when our group had questions about where to go in the city or transportation. We didn't dine in any of the restaurants in-hotel, but we did order croissants, fresh fruit, bacon, and sausage for room service breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Older building but seems like it has been renovated to stay relevant with the times. Rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were pretty small. Rooms were clean and maintained well. I was there for a conference and the ballrooms, merging rooms were great spaces for at all the people who attended. The food was great considering all the food allergies and special requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten, etc). I eat everything and I didn’t find myself complaining about the food options. I love the omelet station and bacon served on the last day! Can’t go wrong with bacon! They had meat options such as chicken and beef which was nice for those who don’t have any food restrictions. Starbucks is on-site which was nice too as their coffee and tea options weren’t the best tasting. If I’m ever in the Boston area I’d stay here again even with the prices being higher than other surrounding hotels.

Stayed here with my boyfriend this past weekend. It was within walking distance from the show we were going to. The valet service was great, the decor and atmosphere is beautiful; there was a beautiful gingerbread house model of the hotel in the lobby. The rooms were clean, but our bed was a little broken/creaky, otherwise it was a good place to stay

The lobby was beautiful and cozy. Very convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. Having complementary bottles of water was a nice touch. The room was impecable and nice and modern. The bathroom was small but clean and modern. Service was great. Walls a little thin and I had an annoying neighbor but I called the front desk and they sent someone within 10 minutes to fix the issue. Location was perfect. I was also able to check in early and check out late without an extra charge. I will be definitely going back.

Such a pretty hotel. The room was perfect for our stay. Very clean and bright. Concierge was friendly as were the front desk staff. The hotel was pretty centrally located. Close to Boston Commons. 15 minute walk to Prudential Center in one direction, 25 min to Quincy market in the other. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Yes. The bathrooms are small.. SO what.. Best hotel that I have stayed at in years! Nothing fancy and definitely not a historic vibe. It was CLEAN and the service was great! Location was great! The only problem that we encountered were neighbors who were smoking - management took care of it immediately.

Our room was on the 15th floor and although the hotel was busy with guests, we found it very quiet and peaceful. We had a double room (upgrade) and it had ample space for us. Only issue was that the room did not have a mini-bar or fridge and in hindsight we should have mentioned this to the staff before checkout. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful during our stay. The hotel is located perfectly for a trip to Boston and in walking distance of so many attractions and subway stations. I intend to visit again and will certainly be staying at the Boston Park Plaza again.

The address is centrally-located and convenient, which is why I gave three stars. The desk was understaffed and it took a long time to check in; they could not find a room to assign even though my reservation was in the system. The room itself was very small, with a bed and a single chair, no dresser or closet, and only a tiny "wardrobe" to try to fit clothes into. But the biggest downer was the fact that very few patrons wore masks. In the elevator, in the lobby, walking around the hallways--fewer than 10% of the guests wore masks. I haven't traveled a ton during the pandemic, but this place definitely had the worst indoor mask compliance of any indoor facility I've seen in the past year.

You are not going to get a better location for the price. Boston is an old city, with charm.. the hotels reflect that. Compared to other 4 or 5 star hotels, the hotel is very affordable (again for Boston). It is perfect for anyone with kids. Like all hotels around here, you need to go for a larger room (a suite).. because otherwise, you will be crammed. I came with a 7 year old and 8 year old, perfect location. The staff are all very friendly. Boston Public Garden's is a block away, a great way to start the day with any young kids. We did the buffet breakfast and it was great for the kids. It was my son's birthday and they brought the pancakes out with a candle and sang. When I checked in a nice man came with a buggy of toys and asked my son's to pick something. The area is safe for single women to walk around day or night and again, perfect for anyone visiting with kids.

Location is excellent, but believe the other reviews when they warn you that a "superior" room is anything but superior. These rooms are tiny, worn and the first room I was in was disgusting. There aren't even closet doors, but a curtain over the closet which is too small to hang anything in. There also are no luxury amenities like robes and the bathrooms are beyond tiny. The first room had so much dust and dander on the bedside stand all over the phone and clock radio it was revolting. They did allow me to change rooms. When I booked the room the cost was $459.00 but on the day of my stay, the room was going for $309.00. They would not honor the price difference nor upgrade my room. Note to self, don't book in advance at this hotel. Not worth the price at all. The location was good and the bell hops were fantastic and helpful. That's about all the good I could find.

We booked a suite for 3 nights. There was plenty of space in the room, the bathroom was a bit small. Toilet is loud when you flush and I recommend shutting the lid as water sprays everywhere, pretty gross. There is no room service at this hotel. For what we paid, you would think there would be. Okay fine, no room service. What really brings this review down is the fact our refrigerator didn’t work. On top of that, there is no microwave. So I can’t get room service, but the food I can get (leftovers, takeout) I can’t keep cold nonetheless heat it up to eat. Now the bar. Alcohol in Boston is served before noon everywhere else except here. Good luck having a mimosa with your overpriced breakfast downstairs. The bar doesn’t open until after 12pm. Good location though! Overall, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

We were in Boston for a weekend trip and found the experience pretty good. Yes the room was a bit tight and there was just enough space to open a small carry on suitcase but it was clean and the location was ideal for our plans. The front desk staff and bellhops were generally nice and helpful. So why the low rating? The issue came when we came to pick up from luggage storage. The bellhop gave us our luggage and looked at us and when we thanked him he said “You’re not going to give a tip?” We honestly totally forgot so we checked the cash we had (unfortunately $1 which I’m surprised we found at all when we used apple pay the entire weekend). We apologized and offered the dollar. He rolled his eyes and said “forget it”. Rude but we just apologized again and started gathering our stuff while he moved on to help someone else. When they did give him tip, I guess it was an amount he was satisfied with because he turned to us and said “see them giving a tip? What do you think we work for?” Honestly just ruined the entire experience here and we won’t be coming back 🙂 Made me wonder if the hotel isn’t paying their bellhops well if he got this rude and combative about not getting a tip. And if a tip is required for luggage storage, put up a sign.

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms are clean and well maintained and bed are comfortable. But if you go for "wicked small" , it means wicked small ;) it is enough space for one person, but it feels claustrophobic with two and the bathroom reminds more of an airplane lavatory than a bathroom. I will go back anytime, but pay more attention to the room size.

Rooms seemed kind of basic. Bathrooms were bare bones kind of stuff. The window shades were amazing. Beds were stiff and noisy, but pillows were soft. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The lobby was grand and gives you the feeling of being in an upscale hotel. Location would be good if you are planning on doing some shopping in the high end stores that are in close proximity. But if you are planning on visiting the North End or following the Freedom Trail, plan for more quite a bit more walking.

This is a very dated old hotel in downtown Boston. It seems their main clientele are international flight crews. The housekeeping staff was attentive and helpful. The concierge, Roger, was judgemental and smug. He seemed to begrudge spending time helping us. The "bell captain/ bellman was never available to help us with our luggage. Our room was tiny. The king sized bed dwarfed the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. There was plenty of light. Sconces on each side the bed, a floor lamp and, oddly, a lamp placed strategically in front of a piece of art. Why? The TV set had a frame around it. Why? The only chair in the room was very uncomfortable. The door to the bathroom looked as if instead of sanding the old paint off they just added another layer. The bath/shower need work. Soap placed in the area provided in the shower easily slid into the tub. The panel behind the water regulator spun freely. The water temperature was difficult to regulate. We lived out of our suitcases because there was no dresser in the room. Why did we continue to stay there? We stayed because we wanted to enjoy Boston. Did we get to? Somewhat. We stayed approximately a week and for what we paid for the privilege I would appreciate at least half that money back.

I do have to say that the service here was probably some of the best I have ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. I was even able to contact the front desk and concierge through app and text. They even provided us with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the window opened up a few inches and allowed us to enjoy the nice cool weather outside! The elevators will only work if you use your room key which is a level of security that I was very thankful for. Overall one of the best experiences I have had in a hotel for awhile and I would definitely stay here again.

The Staff The staff at this hotel, every single one of them, are amazing, kind and brilliant. They were always smiling, always friendly, and always helpful. The Food I was at the hotel for a company sales meeting. All our meals were catered. The food was some of the best food I have ever had! I honestly can't say enough about this hotel!

Great location. The rooms are nice. I was expecting them to be “really” nice for being a Hilton and the price. Maybe just because the hotel is very old. In my bathroom, show shower handle was spinning in circles and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. The bathtub was chipped in various places. The floors were nice and clean. We had a meal in one of the meetings rooms and the grilled chicken was delicious. It was so moist and the flavoring was perfect!

Really fantastic hotel. The rooms are pretty standard hotel rooms, nothing special. The lobby, lounge, bar, and conference halls are fantastic. This is a really great place to hold your company conference. The food is great too. The pancakes here I ordered with breakfast were the best I've ever had.

Great location, rooms are tiny and even though they look nice at first impression there's a need of renovation compared to the classy entrance and location. The bed is old and worn and the bathroom pretty small - to turn around you need to watch out not to walk into something. Still, service was very responsive.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel while attending a conference. We really enjoyed our stay! The property was well maintained and provided many upscale amenities. The staff that we encountered were pleasant and professional. The venue offered the restaurant, a gym, concierge services, and valet parking. It was also a Starbucks located on site that served Bostonians who work in this busy area. A nice perk was a sitting area, adjacent to the lobby, that created a great work touchdown space. It was quieter, brightly lit with exterior lighting, and decorated with modern appointments. The property itself was also in a great location. Two blocks from Newbury Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. An upscale property that is in a great area of Boston. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are quite small but cozy. The gym is definitely one of the nicest of any hotel I've ever stayed at. There is plenty of food choices within walking distance from fast food to fancy restaurants. The lobby is very lively with a bar right in the center.

Hotel was just bought out by another company. Hotel still working through major system kinks. We were asked to come back twice to check in. One of those times we got a room, went to the room, the room WAS STILL OCCUPIED. Went back for a third time in the evening and finally got a room of which the hair drier was broken. The hotel did give us a free dinner and apologized profusely, but it's just not something you'd want to go through when you arrive and it set a bad tone for the rest of the day. We checked out and went to Salem for a day. Came back Sunday. Check in process was smoother, but we got a handicap room, which is not a huge issue, but it was a little awkward. The shower was a little grimy and the curtain was hanging off the railing and wouldn't close, so you can see in the rooms across from you. Last, the new owners valet pricing was significantly higher than the old pricing and they wouldn't honor the old pricing, so we had to find parking elsewhere. The valet folks wouldn't even let us unload our vehicle to check in (btw, it was raining), they were quite rude and were in a rush for us to move the car (which is hard to do/find new parking when you've never been to the city before). Overall, the hotel common spaces were fine and the bartender and our first check in hostess was really nice and tried to be accommodating, but I don't know if I will be going back any time soon.

Excellent front desk service checking in and checking out! Richard and Jennifer are both outstanding! Nice bar with good service as well. The rooms were incredibly small especially for almost 500 per night. Older looking, very clean but way too small for that much money.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff, immaculate rooms and public areas. Restaurant menu dishes were excellent. Nana, was especially helpful at check in. Karim dropped by to check on us and we even got a text from the hotel asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. By far, exemplary hotel and service.

We had an excellent stay here last night. All of the team members were thoughtful, helpful, and provided extremely good advice, like the bartenders and man at the check out counter when we left. But what really made our experience special was Alberto as he suggested an upgrade and we went with it. When we saw the room, we couldn’t believe our eyes! Alberto’s expertise and willingness to serve those who enter the doors of the hotel is truly unique. 10/10.

Nicely appointed styling throughout the hotel. Very clean rooms and bathroom. The lobby was clean and busy. The event and conference rooms were quite nice as well. The bar served cold beer and drinks quickly. The room rates were quite cheap for the location and ambience. I Highly recommend.

Quick checking in by amazing staff at the front desk. The room was super clean. The hotel has offered a high-tech water filler station on every floor. We parked our car in the self-parking garage, behind the hotel which cost you $40 per 24 hours. Our room can hear the street noise quite well, but no complaints here.

Nice Hotel. We stayed in a cozy room & you kind of get that Microtel feeling. Bathroom & shower very small. Also, we heard the elevator into the wee hours from our room, but other guests did not hear it. However, staff was nice and friendly. Location was great with green line Arlington stop close by & being just a city block from the Commons. The common areas of the hotel were well appointed and having a drink in the bar was relaxing. If you are going to be out seeing the sites, no worries.

Rooms did look larger online, example used online looked like it could fit an inflatable bed or hotel supplied cot... But both may be considered fire hazards if u get them setup in door hall/ in front of bathroom. Static hotel furniture makes for no extra room by moving around desks and so on, moving tray used for coffee maker is good idea but cord isn't long enough so sliding tray forward knocks coffee maker back. Staff is good, and I can't find any dirt in room to complain about. If first time in Boston, hotel stay, food costs and parking need to be budgeted.

Wonderful big hotel in downtown Boston. Walking distance to restaurants and historical sites. Felt safe walking at night. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Whole hotel is beautiful. We were there on Marathon weekend and it was very busy but accommodating. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly which was wonderful! Two complaints: During a cleaning, staff threw away a paper sack we were using to carry paperwork and souvenirs. Came back to the room and it was just gone. Frustrating. Also felt the price was very high. I realize it was marathon weekend, but the stay was costly. No close parking and valet was $62 per night, plus tips.

The room in a 4 star hotel should not represent a motel room. The beds were narrow. The bathroom door was located right beside the main door, which means that if some one enters the room at the same time as someone exits the bathroom, they may bump each other. Yes the doors hinges were at 90 degrees to one another. There were not much furnishing, and I have seen better services in 3 star hotels in downtown Indiana. The color was garish, and it was mostly the wall color that made it feel like a motel room. Other than that the location was great.

The hotel is at convenient location where it's close to almost anywhere you need to be in the city. The service is outstanding, professional staff and helpful. One little note about the room, bathroom specifically, its a dangerous joke waiting for the guest in there. No bath tub, no curb panel to halt the water. So you'll have pretty small pool to soak your feet in.

Rented a room for my birthday prices are not outrageously high like most hotels in Boston. The atmosphere was good walking around the hotel lobby. My Room was extra clean and I received a free night of parking, valet service was excellent and took care of my vehicle.

My family had an enjoyable experience, during our vacation stay, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. We had a superior two queen room, with a nice view of the city. It appeared to be recently remodeled and was spacious enough for the three of us to move around easily. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was modern - but small. The staff was very attentive and check in was fast. The hotel lobby was lovely. The lobby restaurant was convenient - but pricey. We decided to eat elsewhere during our stay. However, the onsite Starbucks was wonderful and we visited there daily. Rather than use the $60 a day valet, we chose to self-park at a nearby garage for about $40 a day. Though the garage was old and wasn't as convenient as we would have liked, it was safe and it seemed that many other guests appeared to do the same. Overall, we had a positive experience and would happily return again.

Beautiful hotel in a great area. One street over from Boston Common and close to restaurants and pubs. Very nice lobby, restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Our room (one king bed) was a little smaller than expected but was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room temp was fine. I cannot give it 5 stars though because of some room issues we experienced: 1. The electrically controlled blinds and curtains did not work well. One blind didn't work right and had to be manually pulled down from a very high window. Anybody under six feet tall would not be able to reach it. The curtains did not work at all and did not want to stay closed when manually pulled closed so we had to clamp them shut with chip clips. 2. There was no separation from the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom so water from the shower would flow to the rest of the bathroom unless towels were placed on the floor to dam it. Very dangerous as the bathroom floor still became slippery from the water. 3. The TV did not work properly and would freeze up. We were only able to watch a few channels. 4. While the bathroom was large enough, there was very little counter space.

Bathroom was ridiculously tiny! I could barely fit myself in there. Sleeping quarters was nice. We had a corner room. The walls are super thin. I kept on hearing people talk and could hear whenever someone flushed their toilet/used the shower. Lobby is beautiful. That’s about it

Stayed here in early May with family and shared a single room with two double beds. The front desk noted that it would be an additional $100 per night to get a room with two queen size beds, although at that point in time, they were running a promotion where it would be $50 per night. We booked the hotel through RCI and stayed for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable enough, but the walls were very thin. It was hard to fall asleep at night as peoples voices (and yelling) carried. You need a key card to go up the elevators. There’s a key drop box in the lobby. The restaurant and bar at night seemed popping. The gym is the Lynx fitness club and hotel guests can use it (located in the basement). Standard toiletries/amenities provided in the rooms. Service-wise, no one picked up the phone after we tried calling multiple times, as there was an issue with our TV. At check-in, the employee was fine, if a bit impersonal. No one at concierge offered to help with our bags. There’s valet parking available or a cheaper garage with no in-and-out privileges a couple block from the hotel. Overall, the location was convenient for touristy stuff, but I would plan on bringing ear plugs in order for you to be able to rest at night.

Solid Hotel in the Park Plaza Area. It is a bit old worldly, but has the appropriate upgrades to make it very functional. The lobby is open and reminds you of what the the former glory of the hotel was. The housekeeping for the week was outstanding and better than expected. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Overall it is a bit dated, but it works well and is in a great location.

Nice people, breakfast that came with room was good. Great location. Attached Starbucks was nice. Bed was great. Yes rooms are smaller but they let you know that up front. Great place to stay to access all of Boston. Would stay again when visiting Boston.

Beautiful hotel, with a lot of history. Great location, great employees too. Some rooms are a bit small, but for a short stay it's fine.

We rented a Deluxe King room and the room itself was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The closet was long and narrow, built at an angle. It was fine for us to get in and out of but would be difficult for a larger person. I was disappointed that the bathroom was very small and needed updating. It had a tub/shower and one sink with very little counter space. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. We had problems with the refrigerator and the tv not working but someone came up very promptly and fixed both issues. We ate one breakfast at the hotel and the food was good but very overpriced. PERFECT LOCATION to everything! Overall, it's a gorgeous hotel and I would stay again.

Amazing! Good location, nice ambience, clean surroundings. Extremely humble and proactive staff. Starbucks and convenience store on the property with on site ATM and other necessary amenities. What a wonderful stay.

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the location- it is steps away from Newbury St. and a short walk to Beacon Hill. Very walkable with lots of shopping and dining. Valet and check-in were easy. The front desk staff is very friendly. The lobby is pretty and sets you up to think it is a luxury hotel- it's not (but that's okay). We stayed in a Superior King room and it is TINY. No closet, no mini fridge- very bare bones. Coffee maker and cups are stored in a built in shelf next to the bed that is practically on the ground- not very appetizing. A very, very small kind of make shift closet is also in the built-in unit next to the bed. Awkward tiny mirrors make it impossible to get ready for a night out. Bathroom was kind of ugly and out dated, but clean. Absolutely no view, our room was looking directly into another building. Comforter had a big dirt stain right on the top that I think would have been impossible to miss by housekeeping, but oh well. First night was very quiet, but the second night there was a couple in the room next to us arguing all night until 2:00 AM, so I guess their 10:00 PM quiet hours aren't strictly enforced. We got a Black Friday deal on the room, so for the price I was fine with it. Perfect for if you don't plan on spending too much time in the room but just want somewhere to stay with a great location.

The name sounds fancy, the lobby is quite nice, and the location is ideal, but the hotel rooms are rather dated. The breakfast we had there was very good. Our bathroom had the old, deep tub, but there were no grab bars. Definitely a fall hazard.
