This
cavernous
brewery
looks
tiny
from
the
outside,
but
upon
entering
you
realize
it's
deceptively
large.with
exposed
brick,
gothic
arches,
and
barrel
decorations,
the
vibe
is
wine
cellar
chic.
Whether
you
want
to
sit
down
for
a
meal
or
have
some
brews
at
the
bar,
there
is
something
here
for
everyone.
The
beer
was
all
pretty
good
from
what
I
tried.
I
probably
most
enjoyed
the
stout.
Smooth
with
great
complex
flavor
with
almost
no
bitterness.
The
food
here
mostly
seems
very
good
from
what
I
saw.
I
did
try
the
bao
buns
which
were
super
fresh
and
tasty
with
crisp
chicken
and
soft
cloud-like
buns.
It
tasted
super
fresh
but
I
wasn't
the
biggest
fan.
I
found
them
to
be
overly
sweet
(they
do
call
it
sweet
chili
bao
buns
on
the
menu,
so
I
guess
that's
on
me)
and
something
acidic
would
have
gone
a
long
way
to
breaking
up
the
sugary
sweetness.
Also,
two
of
the
four
buns
had
only
a
tiny
nugget
of
chicken,
leaving
me
with
crunchless
soft
sticky
sweet
buns.
The
microgreens
scattered
over
it
added
some
great
flavor
boost.
I
had
a
great
time
hanging
out
here
and
if
you
are
walking
around
downtown
or
across
the
street
in
the
park,
I
highly
recommend
popping
in
here
for
a
bite
and
a
brew.
