    The staff at C3 are all amazing and I have really enjoyed my experience since joining! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive and you'll truly get a workout customized to meet your goals . The space is nice and clean and has really great equipment that will keep you from getting bored. I've gotten so much stronger since joining - they are the best!

    The trainers at Chi Bang Bodies KNOW WHAT’S UP! The classes have you moving the whole time, and they definitely keep it fun and interesting! They work hard to cultivate a positive environment where anyone can get a great workout. If you’re a beginner, they teach you new exercises and help monitor your form. If you already have experience with weight training and interval workouts, they push you to lift heavier, move faster, and still try out new things! Overall most of the classes are awesome and a great way to shake up your fitness routine!

    C3 has helped me accomplish so many of my fitness and wellness goals with great personal training and a regimen tailored to what I want. Unlike many other gyms I've trained at, my C3 trainer is a great resource for answering any questions I have outside of our scheduled sessions about my diet and other forms of training.When some of my fitness goals changed my trainer quickly shifted our regimen to match what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend C3!

    Joining Clientel3 has frankly been one of the best decisions I have made recently my life. The space, equipment, knowledge, care and drive to help you reach your goals that this gym offers is first-class all the way. You can tell the staff really know their stuff and everything you are taught and shown is science based with verifiable proof. I have been working-out with Alex for two months now and they have been the most productive time I have ever spent in a gym. His knowledge in body building and recomposition is outstanding and he knows how to push me to the next level. He even did zoom workouts with me while I was on vacation. Unreal. I have so enjoyed every second I have spent at the gym and working with him that I always look forward to my next session.

    I came across the opportunity to be a part of this 6 week challenge in December. I was skeptical at first, but the chi bangs body staff quickly made me feel the confident about my decision of joining this training facility. All trainers are friendly, professionals and treat everyone with respect and patience. The work outs are challenging but certainly doable. Within six weeks, I was able to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle! They provided me with a diet specifying the portions and oz of the fats, carbohydrates, protein and veggies that I needed to consume to be able to gain muscle. I totally recommend this facilities for all who would like to actually take the most out of their work outs

    I participated in the 6 week challenge at Chi Bang Bodies and it changed my life!! I have never felt so amazing about myself and what I have finally accomplished! Chi and his amazing staff:Carole, Patrick, Laura, Justin, Matt, Yen, Denise are all wonderful and very talented people. It was a truly rewarding experience. The atmosphere and the experience of the staff say it all. If you want a high end gym to support you completely then you need to work with Chi Bang Bodies! This is the first time I have truly learned how to invest in myself. Everyone of the staff was so supportive and so welcoming, it is clear that the staff care about what they do and they want you to succeed! It was amazing to be surrounded by such great people! I loved all of the workouts! Each of the trainers had different styles and each work out was fun, unique and challenging. Every time I left Chi’s I felt good, I felt motivated to keep investing in myself. I finally learned how to make smart food choices, the nutrition plan helped me understand how food works with my body. Food is something I had always struggled with. I tried many things from nutrition to extreme exercise, diet programs, training routines. Nothing put the pieces together like this challenge. I’m so excited that I know how to eat, how to fill myself on food that is healthy and how to feel good! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to train with Chi during a 1 on 1 session as well. That was a really cool experience. We focused on a full body workout! The workout was challenging in a way that lite a fire inside of me. A fire to push myself, to be the best I can be! Chi was very attentive to my form, helped me understand how to activate certain muscle groups and pushed me in the way that I needed to be pushed!! I absolutely loved it!!

    I've played sports, snowboarded, lifted, and done pilates for the majority of my life, but I never have had confidence in the gym on my own. The staff at Clientel3 has not only pushed me to perform at my best, but has also worked to educate me throughout the entire process building up that confidence. I feel like I've gotten back the energy and passion for my workouts that I had lost, and continue to learn how to build towards my desired physical & health goals. I also appreciate their holistic approach they take, working on my mobility and nutrition for example. Scheduling training is made easy to fit in with my busy schedule too, which is huge. You'll absolutely love working with the entire team here, as they truly care about you as more than just another client.

    When I first started going to Clientel3 I wasn't sure what results to expect, I was motivated but hadn't ever had a real coach before. Fast-forward to three months in and I realized how much progress I'd made with their help. I was at a soccer game where most of my team was talking about how tired they are and I'm just thinking, "Man this was like 1/5 of a session with Alex (one of the Clientel3 coaches) at best". Overall all the coaches at Clientel3 are amazing their at jobs, they know how to ride the line perfectly between fun and challenging so you can keep improving. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone, but especially those who aren't sure where to start and want a gym with a truly inclusive community.

    There are certain things in life that, once you find, everything else pales in comparison. CLIENTEL3 (C3) has quickly become one of those things for me. Movement of any kind has always been important to me, as much for the physical benefits as for a means of getting out of my own head. Most recently, I’ve been all over the damn place at random classes - everything from SolidCore to hot yoga to spinning. While I still like my ClassPass, I felt I’d hit a plateau with any real progress and wanted something with more intention. A Google search led me to C3 and I haven’t looked back since. There are a million things I love about C3. Here are my top three: --- The trainers are exceptional. Each has their own unique background and way of doing things and I can’t think of better people to spend 6am sessions with. --- I crave variety and C3 delivers. On any given day, I might be working on my pullup progressions, mobility training, or Wing Chun (a form of Kung Fu). (Hot tip: ask about Spy School, a Natural Movement-based foundations class). --- The community - you get a sense that everyone genuinely cares about you and listens to your goals and interests here. Trainers Addison, Alex, Kaylee, and Maura will absolutely challenge you to your core and beyond what you thought you were capable of, but you’re going to have a lot of fun and gain a lot of confidence doing it. Massively grateful to Chi for creating the gym space I didn’t know I was looking for. This place truly is a gem in the Boston area (or anywhere, really) and well worth the investment in yourself. Whatever movement means to you, come here to move better than you did the day before.

    I've really loved my experience working with Alex and Addison at Clientel3 - it's a gym that truly feels like a community, and I appreciate that the team works together to support all of their clients. Alex and Addison have helped me become stronger, feel more confident in the gym, and most importantly, have been supportive in the process. Excited to continue working with both of them!

    I have been training with C3 for a bit now and have already seen great results in my conditioning and strength. I love that the workouts are very varied, fast-paced, full body, and have a lot of complex movements and it's fun to have multiple trainers with different workout types. Have really enjoyed working with Alex and Maura - they are great!

    I have greatly enjoyed my time training with Tanya. She started as an intern with the group and has really prospered and come into her own. She is always pushing me outside of my comfort zone and encouraging me to take my work outs further! I always enjoy my training sessions with her (even though I leave sore and tired ;-))!

    My fiancé and I worked with Alex, Tanya, and Addison in preparation for our wedding. All the Clientel3 trainers are also wonderful people. They are humble, methodical, and motivating. Our sessions were fun, exhausting and pushed our limits without ever risking injury. Each trainer brought their own approach, focusing on metabolic and functional fitness, as well as strength and toning. Within a few weeks, we can already feel and see the difference. Highly recommend for anyone who are looking to start or further their fitness journey.

    The team at Clientel3 are fantastic - a personalized, detailed approach to your fitness goals as an individual, conducted at what essentially is a private training space with excellent equipment. Alex's energy, enthusiasm and knowledge helped me to achieve goals and see results quickly, and set up a sustainable approach to progress that I can execute on my own to ensure I get where I want to be and beyond. The approach is friendly, professional and responsive. 100% recommend if you want to take your training to the next level and unlock new achievements!

    If you are searching for a great new gym with trainers that care holistically about you as a person, seriously look no further. As someone who travels frequently for work, I was very fortunate to stumble upon this gym while working in Boston for three months. I have trained with the very best trainers (Maura, Alex, and Addison) at Clientel3 and they have completely changed my mindset on health and fitness. Let me also preface this with saying that before starting here I have tried so many different programs (Orange Theory, Pure Barre, SoulCycle, kickboxing, etc) and never loved it or could stick with it. That changed when I found C3 - I genuinely can say that I look forward to working out with their customized plans targeted towards my body’s abilities and goals. On top of that, I have never felt judged for not being in the best shape, only encouraged to keep working. I leave each session feeling stronger, mentally healthier, and empowered to be the best version of myself. Thank you C3!

    I was a 6 week challenger. I joined the program 5 months after I delivered my daughter and I was struggling with my image. I was very skeptical in my abilities to loose the amount of weight that was expected but I took the challenge seriously. Over the weeks I pushed my limits, enjoyed more and more the toughness of the workouts and the mastering of the exercises proposed. I learn to eat the right food amount and the most important point is that I feel better. I am glad I participated to this challenge, I have more energy and I know i am able to loose the weight I want to. My major criticism is that the gym is only open for the classes so you need another membership for the cardio training. I want to thank all the team for their help and effort, wish you all the best.

    I absolutely love the team at Chi Bang Bodies, and the facility is beautiful. I’d give Chi Bang Bodies at Clientel3 perfect marks, with the only caveat being that I was part of their first group in a 6 week challenge, which is difficult to separate out from my overall experience there. The 6 week challenge was slightly disorganized in the beginning as they ironed out some of the hiccups, and I felt it was advertised in a misleading way (work with personal trainers for free actually meant $600 deposit to do circuit training with 5-20 people per class, and earn back your deposit if you lost 20 pounds or had an absolute (not relative) reduction of 5% body fat). During the orientation interview they took down all the information about my personal goals. I play rugby, and was seeking out a way to improve my performance over the winter, focusing most on strength, power, agility, and learning how to properly use gym equipment. This was the focus of the orientation interview, which I misunderstood at the time as meaning the program would be tailored for each individual. Only after I signed the contract and showed up for the initial weigh in did I find out that I would be limited to 3 classes per week, and to get the desired results most of the emphasis of the program was actually on a strict nutrition/diet plan … not really what I was looking for at all. But enough with the negative, sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised when you accept the hand that’s laid out and make the best of it. Also, they did a full interview for feedback at the end of the program, and took into account my feedback to look at which of their programs/membership offers I might benefit from most in the future ... if you are looking at Chi Bang bodies for a true personal training experience (not the 6 week challenge program) then I believe they can cater towards whatever your goals may be with objective measurements of your results. As far as meeting my personal goals, I was able to learn a bit more about proper form and technique for different exercises (unfortunately due to class size we did not use much of the equipment). As far as meeting their goals, by following the nutrition plan and working out independently on the days I didn’t have classes, I met the body fat % reduction goal. I was initially nervous about losing 5% body fat as I went into this program an already relatively thin/athletic/toned body type, but their plan is doable and definitely delivers. I just finished the program so I do not know how sustainable the diet/weight loss will be. The team at Clientel3 was definitely what made the program an overall positive experience for me: Carolyn organized consistently challenging workouts, Justin and Patrick were very good at communicating how to use proper form, getting us to push ourselves in the workouts, and yet keep everything goofy and fun. Unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to take any classes led by Laura, but they sounded great. All of them made the effort to make a personal connection, and I always looked forward to the classes, even for some of the most difficult workouts. Although the 6 week challenge is over, I definitely plan to come back again!

    I recently participated in Clientel3's 6 week fitness challenge and I must say that the experience overall was a positive one. The entire staff is down to earth and passionate about fitness, which made each visit one I looked forward to. The dual class and nutrition model was built in a way that enabled me to see results in as little as a week and after 6 weeks I've seen changes in my body that I struggled to make over the past two years! The facility, although small, is clean and full of cool and unique fitness equipment and is conveniently located at the Arlington T stop. The group classes were intense and really pushed my body to new limits. The only thing I would recommend they adjust is the amount of people they allow in each class if there is only one trainer available to lead it, but other than that they were awesome!

    I had a very positive experience participating in the six week fitness challenge with Chi Bang and his team. The trainers are all very supportive and will keep you moving even when you feel you just can't! The positive energy and coaching they give you is just the motivation you need to push yourself harder to give you that added extra push that you would not be able to do on your own. There were times when I felt so frustrated in my journey of weight loss and each trainer including Chi Bang gave me their individual attention and professional advice and support that I needed to keep going and to continue. They all are genuine and do care about helping people get fit, eat healthy and change their lifestyle for the better. The community and the people I met going through the challenge were all just as equally supportive. I highly recommend Clientel 3 and Chi Bang Bodies! It will provide you with a community that offers the support, motivation and the accountability to meet your personal goals and the nutritional tools to change your life style.

    I just participated in a six week challenge with Chi Bang bodies and the results have been phenomenal! Prior to joining this community I had plateaued with my own fitness efforts and could not understand why I had stopped seeing results. Through the past six weeks I’ve been taught how to properly portion my food, improved my form during workouts, and have definitely put on quite a bit of muscle. I truly thank for helping me meet my physical goal and getting this body all the way snatched!

    Chi Bang Experience has improved my views on personal trainers and organized fitness. The dedication, enthusiasm, knowledge, sincerity, and love each individual has for their job is truly amazing. I am one to always find holes in some type of service one way or another and this I do not. They are everything they say! They push you with smiles and compassion. They make you want to not only drive yourself, but others around you. What an organization!

    Started working out with Chi (and other trainers) about 3 months ago and i cannot recommend them enough. Chi has not only helped me reach my goals, but has taught me a new way of life - I am overall healthier & happier, all while eating more and working out less. These guys are the real deal. 5 stars!

    The trainers here are super knowledgeable and very motivating. After years of working out on my own and with other trainers and seeing no results, I decided to check out c3. I wasn’t too hopeful given my previous experiences, but this place is different. I’m finally seeing results and feeling stronger.
