Staff that cannot take an order. On her phone. Forgot the cheese. It hasn’t rained for three hours, it’s a beautiful summer night, yet the staff has not dried off the outdoor tables. Cava, next door, is on top of things. Ha, and my 7 year just told me, “They have terrible burgers.” She’s right.

I'm sorry to write a mediocre review for such a nice place, but we visited on a Sunday at lunch time and the service was slow and mediocre, apparently because they were understaffed. People were waiting in line just to place an order, as there was no one at the cashier. High prices, small portions. No shade umbrellas outside. Not a great experience :-/

Really good selection of healthy fast casual meals and sides. The Thai Noodle salad is substantial, spicy and very tasty, added a Beet Pineapple Patty to it, and got a side of sweet potatoes fries.

Tried to do both healthy and junk food. Doesn’t do either well. Chicken fingers were dry and roasted vegetables had a rubber band in it.

I ordered the spaghetti and ‘meatballs’. One of the heartiest and healthiest meals I’ve had from these health food restaurants. It was made of zucchini noodles, eggplant meatballs, marinara, kale, grape tomatoes, and parmesan grated on top. SO GOOD! However, the burgers were subpar and I wouldn’t recommend them. This place is about the bowls!

Really good burgers! I’d definitely come back here again. I had the beyond burger. I wish this existed where I lived! Haha

We chose this for our first meal in Boston during a recent visit to the city, mainly because of the good reviews. And we couldn't agree more. The food is flavorful and filling and was priced fairly. We also liked the cozy and non-intimidating vibe of the store. The store also has some neat things on display. One is a small greenhouse by the dining area where they grow the mint used on their food. Another is a sign by the entrance that shows where they source their ingredients for the day - from Sharon, MA to Monroe, NH. Great to see them promoting their local partners. Will definitely come back next time we're in the city!

Great clean healthy food. My wife and I were able to find options that didn't leave us feeling too full. The smoothie was wonderful. The Beyond Burger and sweet potato fries were delish.

I think this is the second time I've been here but each time I've been here the food was great, as well as the service

Was looking for somewhere health conscious and convenient to eat while adventuring downtown Boston and shopping. This place had some healthy alternatives to faster food. Loved it!

Hit or miss. I got a simple order. Two orders of fries. First of all the other B. Goods give more fries in their order, as it is just one size, so I was a bit bummed about that. The first tasted great. I sat in the sun enjoyed the breeze, and broke my fast. These are baked not fried, so I felt no guilt. The second tasted like they had been soaked in something weird. The taste was off. Also some of the second batch of fries were broken and smaller, not like the first. I could not eat them and had to throw them out. Wasted money. Also while there a random guy came in through a side door, came into the main food area where they were prepping, had a chat with the ladies there, and then left. WTH?! Not in uniform either, no gloves, so was he a friend, employee who was early or about to leave on a shift? It was just super off putting and made me wonder about the general cleanliness of the place. I would have posted a picture of the bad fries, but for some reason the picture will not be sent from my phone.

Tried the Beyond Beef burger and loved it! Should try the sweet potato fries. Something different and tasty!
