Two days ago I loved this place. Now I will probably never enjoy bubble tea again. Yesterday I got my regular tea order here and there was a dead baby cockroach in it, which I discovered because I had to pull it out of my own mouth. Checked their history of health code violations and was absolutely horrified. Repeated instances of cockroaches, mice, drain flies, unsanitary conditions, you name it. I am BEGGING you not to get food here. I can't fathom how they're still allowed to operate. If you don't believe me please look up their health code violations yourself as it's publicly available information. Do not under any circumstances patronize this establishment. EDIT: I've added a photo of the cockroach as well. I will not be emailing Kung Fu Tea's feedback team as the restaurant has already been made aware of the issue through its several failed health inspections (seven out of the eleven conducted.) I have reported the incident to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health instead.

My go-to is a peach oolong tea with mango popping bubbles. It's a great combination. Just beware they run out of the mango popping bubbles somewhat frequently, likely due to their popularity.

Oh man! If you love tiny balls in your mouth then you'll love Kung Fu Tea! Really though, great boba for a great price.

good bubble tea, good choice of flavors (taro, thai, and winter melon are my favorites) and customization options. service is good, and moderately priced. have been to a bunch of bubble tea places in boston, and kung fu is among the best places

I went here for the first time today. I originally ordered a Coffee Milk Tea but they ran out and ended up getting An Almond Milk Tea with Boba and its was so yummy. I will definitely come here again. The only down side its a bit pricey. For two medium Bubble Milk Teas was around $9.43.

I always used to prefer this place for Boba. But I found cockroach in my Boba and I'm never going there.

I donโ€™t know why they didnโ€™t fill my cup up to full. And they are not calling the orders, they just put all their drinks out and I have to look for awhile for the one I ordered.

My all time favorite bubble tea place the yogurt lemonade is a must try. They average 6 or so dollars but it's worth it in my opinion. I have not tried their food but I will definitely in the future.

Wide selection. Quality was goodโ€”tried the rosehip milk tea. A bit yogurty. Pearls were consistent in texture, and well flavored. Would come again. You can order ahead of time on Ritual as well! Desserts were abundant as well.

The tea was pretty good, but also rather pricey. $0.90 surcharge to heat your tea? Yowza! 2022 Update: pretty good still! Service was much quicker this time.
