This place was great. Half pizza lunch special is $5, extremely reasonable. I tried both the caesar and strawberry summer salad. Both were excellent. We had standard and odd pizzas, everyone was pleased. Great place for kids. They really enjoyed watching the pizza come together. We will be back. 😀

Pizza is okay. I didn't like meat sausage on the pizza, tasted old or something. The garlic bread is really good, seasoned pretty well and served nice and hot.

The high rise vegan crust and the vegan cheese were amazing, and I loved how many toppings I got to choose for no extra cost on the make your own pizza. It came fully loaded! The garlic bread with vegan cheese was also delicious

Always a bit hesitant to try new places with a gluten allergy but the times I've been to this Blaze location, they take all the precautions of labeling allergy, new gloves, separate sauce container, new containers for toppings, oven placement and cutting and serving using different utensils and mats from the regular pizza. The pizza is so fresh!!

A no frills pizza place that has some great options and also allows you to make your own pizza. The toppings are fresh and the pie is oven baked right in front of you. The USP is thin crust pizzas and fantastic customer service. You’ll walk in and walk out in no time feeling quite full. There’s honestly zero wait time if you consider the speed of service. Price wise it is moderate and when you add the customer service experience to it you’ll find it very reasonable. I would definitely recommend a visit to Blaze.

Great quality pizza! We ordered red vine and green stripe and it was good. Also it was a good location and ambiance.

This place is a solid 4 star review. Probably 4.25 if allowed. Great tasting, fire cooked flavor, and amazing toppings to choose from. Wish there was a little more flavor to the red sauce (only complaint)spices maybe?, but still a better pick over others on the street.

The pizza taste ok , but burned partly . But i think the idea here is fast , which was not , it took me 20 min from taking my order for a cheese pizza to collecting it . Not including my stand in the Q . Over all it took over 30 min . If you want a good pizza its here , but its not fast . Quality drop down since this place open .

The pizzas here are really good. I had the meat lover pizza with pesto on it: great. Plus, its just a block away from Fenway park. What's not so great is the tidiness of this place. The tables and the floor are quite messy. 4/5

Good quality pizza. But the counter staff was very rude and did not respect customers. I urge the blaze pizza to train the staff for “Customer Service”. We visited Boylston St, Fenway, Boston location and the counter staff was treating customers very unruly that we end up leaving the store without having such delicious pizza.

This place is super inconsistent. The staff look like they don’t want to be there. They messed up my order again today completely burned my pizza and made me wait an additional 20 minutes after I was told to pick it up in the app.

Great job keeping up with concert night orders! We arrived last minute and were able to eat and get to the concert on time. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I went to this location to get pizza and have fun, So we spoke our language “to each other” The team leader (Andy) asked us to leave when we refused she called the police! How it is possible! We tried to call customer service but his no phone number Or email address!

Three of us came in on 12/6. We had no wait and we each ordered pizza with different toppings. We got extra cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions and pepperoni. The pizzas were warm, extra cheesy and downright awesome. We will return!!

The employee who made my order (Jade?) was excellent wonderful service, my partner had an employee who couldn’t care less and messed up her order. The woman who was packaging the pizzas (name started with an M) was absolutely out of line. I worked in this industry, and I know we all can have bad days, but I witnessed her give a customer attitude and a hard time for asking for extra supplies for her family. I overheard the customer tell her family she was afraid to ask for anything else. This employee with an attitude told me to move away from the door (I wasn’t near it) and wait in the dining room. Everyone in the restaurant eating was looking at me and her and the faces looked concerned and confused. Other customers seemed extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen area was a mess and everyone seemed to be angry or not care at all. I had a blaze pizza near my college in CT and this was 180 degrees worse than that. Fix your customer service, this is beyond unacceptable.

I love this place. The ingredients are fresh and the pizzas don’t leave you feeling too heavy. Building your own pizza is always fun as well!

This pizza place is alright, especially for a chain. The dough and the toppings are nice, but it's not exactly world class although it's not exactly expected to be. I'd give it four stars just based on quality of the product, but I have to come down to three stars because the service I received was a little all over the place. Had to explain I wanted the half pizza half breadsticks deal multiple times, got asked which pizza was mine, didn't get pesto on my breadsticks like I asked and had to ask them to add it after the fact, said I wanted to eat in house but they gave me a box anyways. One or two mistakes maybe can be tossed up to nobody being perfect and all that, but with that many the staff is probably underpaid and undertrained. Still not worth passing up if you super want pizza in Fenway, just be prepared to maybe have to pay extra attention and repeat yourself once or twice.

This is paradise for pizza lovers, I’m really tuff about giving someone 5* but this place blown me away. The way off preparing, baking, making your own pizza, baking speed and the most important thing is the Flavor and the taste! Lots of flavors equally stretched out tru whole pizza, it was like the harmonized note of the symphony orchestra and that Note was touching my soul with every bite! Employees were so nice, fast, communicative, polite and really helpful, service was impeccable

I came here to eat before the ballgame at Fenway and was very pleased with my pizza. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose since I'd never stepped foot in the place. I ate my food outside to enjoy the beautiful weather we were having. I'd definitely come back on my next visit.

I can't believe they made me wait 30 min while my order was ready the whole time. The crew need to open their mouth and direct customers to where to pick up their orders instead of just randomly asking ppl to wait. Dude just told me my order is not ready without knowing what the hell is my order. Do better!!

Came driving 45 mins just for this pizza because we liked it so much the first time. Second time, however, the pizza was horrible. The gluten free crust was hard as a rock and impossible to chew. Ordered another, they made it the same away again. Also, the attitude of people working here seems as if they are doing a favor to us, rather than doing their job.

Ordered a pizza and was charged fully but never received my order. And they have no way of letting me contact them to let them know that I didn't receive my order so I can't get a refund. Every time I have been it takes over an hour to get my food. Have not had a single good experience at this Blaze unfortunately.

What a phenomenal find!! Build the exact pizza you want, with great quality ingredients, and ready fast. The options were astounding. I hope someone opens up some of these closer to home, because I really don't want to have to drive into the city to get this. The only thing that could have made it better is beer.

I pleased an order and it was supposed to be done by 9 PM and when I went there one pizza was ready and they have to wait more than 30 minutes until everybody who order before me got their order and when I ask the cashier where is my second pizza They said it will take more time because they haven’t do it and they end up leaving the place without the second pizza and i request refund and I haven’t got anything
