This was one of our favorite things to do in Boston. Took my 12 and 16 year old daughters and they really enjoyed it. The guides are so fun and tell great spooky stories. The destinations were very cool, especially at night. Worth the time and money.

I spent 4 days in Boston on a work trip and we had evenings to do what we wanted. This tour was my favorite thing that we did I think even through the rain. I have seen some reviews where they didn't like the acting but I actually thought it was a nice and entertaining touch. I loved the stories as we were walking through the cemeteries and riding the trolley. The trolley is spacious and the actor/guide was incredibly knowledgeable. I managed to get smacked by a tree limb in the face which was totally my fault. I was distracted by an old bookstore so I wasn't paying attention, which is not surprising. So anyways, pro-tip... watch for trees when you sit by a window. Lol. Again, favorite thing I did in Boston. Definitely would recommend.

The historical stories are very interesting and well communicated. The acting is a bit over the top. We have done numerous ghost tours and find they are best told without gimmicks. The guide Dr. Nobody was a good guy. This is not just a trolley tour. Decent amount of walking.

The actors made this tour SO fun! The weather was beautiful and there wasn't *too* much walking so if you have a walking aid you should be okay as long as you are careful where you step. They let you know that if you don't want to get off the bus, you don't have to! Just know you miss out on some stories. Honestly, it's not that spooky, but I'm not sure I'd recommend for anyone under 13. That being said, we had a blast! It was very interesting to hear the lore and stories.

What a great experience- our guide “Dotty” was an exceptional story teller . We are a family of 5 with 11-16 year old boys and we all enjoyed this tour!!! It was fun and compelling and we loved our guide and Van The Man too. We felt welcome and entertained

We had so much fun! Our tour guide was AMAZING and my daughter (10 years old) was captivated by the tour. We had a lot of fun and it was also informative and historic. The entire cast was great!

Took my grandson on this tour. Both of us had a great time. The guide was funny and informative, and he seemed to enjoy his job which translated to a general good mood among the group. It's a fun way to pick up a little Boston history and see some of the older parts of town.

Learn some of the more macabre historical details of Boston on this fun tour! It will go rain or shine, even with lightning, but it was actually even more fun in bad weather. 🌩 If it's summertime, note that the bus will be warm. Wear comfy clothes and listen up to catch all the grim extras! Also, I'm fairly certain one of these photos I'm posting shows an actual ghost, at Paul Revere's grave, just like our tour guide said was a popular haunted spot! 👻

So I guess I just paid $90 to stand out in the rain for 45 minutes waiting for a ghost tour trolley that never showed up with six other people. Well, $108 after parking. Cool way to cap off a one day stay in Boston. We called every number on the ticket but no one was on the other end of any of them. Talk about professional. I don't know how this was intended to go but I wasn't expecting this to be a complete scam when it's got flyers everywhere you look. What a tremendous disappointment. Ugh.

We had the BEST time on the tour. Highly recommend for all ages. My boys 10 and 13 loved it as did my husband and I. We learned so much!! Wear good shoes for the graveyard walks!

This tour was AMAZING!!! I would take it every day if I could. Our (really) sexy ghost pirate Greaves was unbelievable as a guide, and took the time to not only meet everyone in our group, but show us one thing we were interested in. The humour was fantastic, the information was incredible, and the guide was put of this world. She deserves all the praise

Our group of 10 had an absolute blast on the night time tour. Our guide was a scream!! Very clever, great story teller, and well informed on history.

We decided to try this tour last minute. They were able to get us on that evening trolley. The guides all seem to enjoy their job because all were very nice and informative. The ghost stories were okay but the cemetery walks were fun. I got some creepy pictures there. Fun little tour and recommend going as the sun is setting.

This was the best part about our Boston visit! We have been many times and wanted to try something "touristy" this time. I would recommend it for everyone, even Boston natives. Our guide, Betty, was the perfect balance of scary and funny and the graveyard host was AMAZING! I also loved finding out that the tours support the preservation of the graveyards! I would recommend this for anyone who likes a little history and a little horror!

By far my favorite part of my trip to Boston. Definitely worth waiting until after dark to add tge extra creepy factor. The actors stayed in character and did a great job telling stories and bringing the "ghosts" to life. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and everyone!

We had SUCH a fun time on our ghosts and gravestones tour!! We had a tour booked for 6:30, which was surprisingly better in my opinion because you could really get a good look at all of the headstones and watching your steps on the paths rather than how it would be in the dark. Our guide Harlan was so funny and knew so much about the area and the history, so interactive and he could easily entertain us all. I adored this so much!!

We had an Absolutely thrilling tour with Betty. Great history and story telling with a bit of humor and sarcasm to boot. We've done plenty of tours in the past but the ghost & gravestone tour here was fascinating and completely different. I highly recommend it with Betty as well.

This was a lot of fun. The storytelling, the jokes, the fright...entertaining and also a nice mix of history. I enjoyed it a lot. Only thing I would do: allow people to choose their seats. First trip out with Covid, and I would have felt safer in the far back.

Tour was fun and Lily our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun. The tour didn’t focus on ghosts as much as we would have liked and spent a lot of time on more urban legend stuff. However it was a fun way to spend an evening.

Overall I would say it is fun, but not a must do activity in Boston. It is not scary but the stories are somewhat interesting. I would give the stories a 3/5 and the guide a 5/5 as she was fun, energetic and worked well with the groups. There are a couple of steep hills to climb so wear those comfortable shoes.

This tour was fun and entertaining! Our host was Awesome and theatrical. You do have to do a tiny bit of walking, but not much at all. I recommend the evening tour, because it adds to the spook of walking through the Cemetery. We had fun and it was cool to do something on our trip. The tour also had History in it.

A friend and I did This tour last week and enjoyed it thoroughly! Cannot complain. It was very informative on some of the history, included the dark ghostly side as well as spooky scenery and sights. Definitely got chills and our hosts were awesome!

We loved the tour! Our guide, Dr. Atticus Nobody, was a hoot! He’s a really good storyteller. My only suggestion is maybe update speakers 🔊 on the trolly with some louder ones. Seems like the outside ambient noise was sometimes louder than the guide and at times it was hard to hear. Otherwise it was wonderful. Thanks again!

This was a spectacular evening with our Ghoulish tour guide (we forget her name!). She was petite with an English accent and she was delightful. It took TONS of energy to tell all the stories she did and not break character. Definitely worth the money and time. Would totally recommend to others!

I’ve done old town trolley tours in several cities across the country including another ghost tour and I quite liked this one. Fortunately/ unfortunately Boston is chock full of enough horrifying history that there is no need for horrible fabricated stories. These tours are often a tiny bit hokey and tons of fun if you let yourself get swept away in it a bit. The crew was friendly and informative and layered in good historical information along with the accounts of creepy goings on. It was awesome to have exclusive access to some of the burial grounds. Seeing the graves of notable revolutionaries up close was super cool. Be mindful that there is some walking in the dark up hills and along uneven surfaces. While the full moon gave a creepy effect, I’m quite glad I only learned about ghosts and their history and didn’t notice seeing any myself.

Showmanship was fantastic! The stories were excellent and it wasn’t too cold! I would recommend for couples and families with older children. The stories were generally historical and legendary in nature, so young kids might not get them.

It was a good time. Disappointed that we did not see any founding fathers on the tour. Lots of history.

It wasn't scary but a great historical lesson with some comedy thrown in to make it fun. The actor who gave our tour did a great job telling stories and teaching us history for the area. I definitely recommend as something fun to check out while touring Boston.

This experience was absolutely wonderful. The cast members around the ticket booth to help set the mood before the trip were fun and polite. I read previous reviews on trip sites that noted the tour guide Bernard was absolutely wonderful so we went to ask if they were perhaps working. It just so happened to be that Bernard was on the first tour of the evening, which is the one we wanted. Reviews were true. Bernard was very funny and interacted with all of the guests, and is also very knowledgeable about the history. I also have to give props to Van the Man who drives the bus. He was also very nice. For the second stop there is a switch in cast and we got SimonFernando who was very animated and loud I loved it. Simon Fernando’s storytelling was great and was very into it. My family and I had a great time, would recommend this tour.
