I would love to share something with everyone who goes to a McDonald’s with someone in a wheelchair. As soon as we arrived in this branch the wonderful lady named Sally came straight over to us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, this lady moved chairs to accommodate our electric chair, and was the perfect host. She should be Employee of The Year. Thanks Sally you are really good at your job 👍🏼

Just had the worst experience in McDonald’s Boston. It can always be hit and miss but today was diabolical!!! We ordered 2 breakfast meals at 10.40am and eventually got them at 11.30am. One of the buns looked half eaten and the sausage was burnt. Yes, they were busy but no excuse for dire service and poor food. A very unhappy customer.

Due to deliveroo and other company’s the drive through wait time ias completely ridiculous. The food isn’t often up to standard of how we have asked for it getting home to toppings and sauces still on our food which was specified prior to ordering. The wait time is ridiculous so when we actually receive our food (that was ready the whole time) it is just cold. I’ve had staff accuse me of lying about money given when handed with the wrong amount of change (short). Once cctv was reviewed I was handed my money sarcastically, very unprofessional experience with no apology or anything of the sort.

All the staff are genuinely friendly, great with my kids, bring them flags and hats. They always get my orders right and got the extra mile. MILES BETTER than the one in town where I've waited 30mins for 1 happy meal! I'm coming out to this one every time now! Thank you for being AWESOME!!!!

The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. There are a lot of young people who make a huge noise, a fight. I think there should be a security guard in such an institution.the food was delicious, feel sorry for the workers, I think they are under a lot of stress at work.after paying for the menu, the check did not come out, but the employee helped.the parking lot is big. very comfortable.

Super clean. Food nice and hot. Very cheerful staff.

Better than skeggy any day. The milkshakes are 50/50, food is okay and the people serving care 😅

Unfortunately staff are not very joyful. McDonalds needs to start checking the delivery drivers',80% don't have the correct insurance and thanks to the useless foreign driver who ran over my neighbours plants didn't stop.
