Great place to be outside in Brookline. Easily accessible from the Green Line, you can run, walk, bike, fish, picnic, and other things. Had a lot of fun here.

As beautiful and majestic it looks... In my opinion it's one of the best, most amazing earthly protected bodys of water to take a stroll around. Or sit on the well maintained grass, and read your favorite novel. The Chestnut Hill Reservoir is over a 100 years old, and still looks timeless. The setting is humbling, the air seems to have serenity when moving through the trees, and continues to be an historic jewel in a bustling city.

Had a nice experience at Chestnut Hill reservoir. It is a small body of water with a dirt walking/biking path circling it with wooded areas circling that. I was surprised to find such a beautiful little space near my new apartment. Perfect for a little exercise, a picnic, or just relaxing and reading a book in a serene setting. There is something about a green space so close to an urban environment that is really appealing to me.

Great running spot, but the water fountains are not on!! Besides that, cute area with free parking. Great little loop.

Gorgeous place to hang out, walk or jog. It’s also the ideal place to bike and walk your dog. I really like this play.

It's an unshaded trail but I love walking here with my friends late in the evening and early in the morning.

Universal train stop with many different buses to take you all over. Sometimes the buses don't match up with the schedules online though.

Normally theres parking.which is important. Not usually super congested. Good to get some steps in.

There is a really nice trail that circles the reservoir. When the sun is out, you can see BC in one direction and Boston in the other. Definitely recommend the visit
