Hands down the best cafe in Boston - service with a smile, fresh; home cooked food which simply tops the scale of anywhere in Lincolnshire - perhaps even nationwide. The quality of ingredients are of the highest standard, the restaurant itself is modern, incredibly clean and has unique touches; which I recommend seeing for yourself. Everything produced here is off the scale and simply fantastic. The music played in the background is a great touch for the atmosphere and décor. Please never change your style!

Little gem of a cafe. Service is always kind and friendly, food is excellent and atmosphere is very cosy inside.

Cracking location to sit and chill, you can start a walk from there easily to Antons Gowt Lock, about 3 miles along the River Witham. Nice food and you can sit outside in view of the boats at the Marina.

I've visited a few times now. The first time I had a Gingerbread Iced Coffee & Sausage Barm. The second time I had a Berry Smoothie, Homemade Lemonade & Bacon Barm. Last time I visited I went with a friend and I had a Banana Milkshake & Raspberry Brownie, whilst she had a Vanilla Milkshake & a Breakfast Burrito with Wedges. Every single time I've visited the service has been amazing, the staff are very friendly and the food/drinks are delicious. Highly recommended if you're after a spot of lunch or just a quick brew and a snack.

Soooo pleased Boston Lock Cafe is open again after the Christmas/New Year break and family difficulties. Today we had the MOST delicious chocolate orange cake with cream - to die for!!

Stumbled across this beautiful place and what a find. Warm and friendly atmosphere in a great location by the lock, serving fantastic vegan, vegetarian and meat options. The falafel wrap with paprika wedges followed by the raspberry brownie is highly recommended. Will absolutely return.

The loveliest people serving delicious food at a beautiful place, you won't find better than this in Boston. Their coffee is awesome and so are their homemade cakes.

A lovely little place. My son was up from London so we went for a walk and popped in here (I needed the loo really 😂) Hot chocolate with very dark chocolate. Delicious. Blueberry scone was also great Staff super friendly Even the background music is good

Disappointed. Walked in about 11.35am with a friend, sat down and ordered some drinks first as per custom and was hoping to have some food. Asked about the breakfasts, understood it was just after 11.30am and accepted they were not available. Looked at the chalk boards on open display dotted around advertising other hot food and desserts. Was told actually no, they were for something else and none of it was available. Ok. I then asked about soup of the day. "We don't have any soup." It was the first day of the week that they were open. Drank my drink quickly and left.

Lovely cafe! VERY dog friendly - raining as we arrived but welcomed in and even given free treats for the dog. Coffee, cakes, scones all delicious. Super friendly service.

Stopped by on the off chance as we had heard a few people saying they'd had a good time while visiting. We weren't disappointed at all. We chose the full breakfast and enjoyed it. The food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Coffee was good also. We will go back I'm sure. Thanks 👍

Sunday brunch. Bacon bap, coffee and couldn't resist a toasted tea cake with rum n raisin butter. Great food, good job I didn't see all the home made sweet treats on offer when placing my order at the table outside. Pot of treats provide for my dog and there were lots of other people with their dogs their too. Very relaxing. Personable staff too.

Been to this cafe quite a lot, every time it’s been really pleasant. This time I decided to pop in after parkrun, which is a stone throw away from Witham Way park, for a takeaway iced coffee. Staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Food has always been delicious and perfectly cooked. Iced coffee was great. Definitely will be coming back.

Tasty breakfast

What a wonderful gem my husband introduced me to today. Intentions were just to stop there and have a coffee as that's what he had previously done but with seeing the menu, we chose to grab an early lunch too. Oh my gosh, WOW!! Service was spot on, friendly and fast which is always a great start. Great variety on the menu which they told us changes weekly and so my husband chose the farmers breakfast which is a bigger size than the full english on the menu too. I went with mushroom stroganoff and rice, and no I'm not vegetarian but it simply sounded delicious! It was FANTASTIC!! Lovely little location, wonderful service, lush coffee, delicious food, we will definitely be back 😋❤

I enjoy going there for a coffee. It's my favourite place for a pit stop when I am cycling or been for a walk. A little gem.

I absolutely love this place. The Grab & Go breakfast burritos seem to get tastier every time we have them. There's always lots of choice for vegetarians and often new things to try each week. Great quality ingredients and always really great tasty food. They use recyclable take out trays with cute little inspirational quotes inside. It's these little things, the extra attention to detail, and the consistently beautiful food that keep us coming back. Well done Boston lock team.
