One of the worst marshalls services I have experienced. I had found a lipstick which was 1. from the clearance area 2. did not have a box or price 3.had clearly been previous swatched. I asked a representative in the makeup section and was told they could mark it down for me no problem, however after waiting in line I was told that even in the condition it was and despite being on clearance I would have to pay full price for it. I've done this before on another occasion and had no problem just as the previous rep had told me. And also they didnt even place a new sticker on it, so now I cant even return it. I love Marshall's, and have always been happy with my experiences at many previous branches but not at this boston branch. Really disappointed with the staff.

Nice store, though I wanted to try a jacket in the dressing, a more of a shirt than jacket, the lady refused to let me go in and try it on and said I can try it on outside the dressing room, super rude. I would have done it if I wasn’t wearing such a dainty shirt, very disappointing

Clean aisles and well lit. Great bargains. No waiting in line. Definitely a great shopping experience.

Their restrooms are ALWAYS coincidentally out of use...even when you are spending a million bucks with them. Disgusting

I always find something that I like, something good enough to take it with me. The woman in the dresser room was not friendly at all, almost rude. Joseline, at the register, by the contrary was very nice and helpful.

I was just browsing around. The store was cluttered and I was not able to move around in the store. The workers just looked at me while I was moving boxes and carts [while in a powerchair] You figured they would move the boxes but they didn't. I left without purchasing anything. This establishment will never get my business again; disabled individuals are Humans too. These establishments must realize that consumers like myself help pay their rent.

Love the Marshall's Store no matter where they are! This Marshall's Store is on East Main Rd in Middletown Rhode Island. Well worth going inside just to look at some of the good deals on the merchandise there!

Everything from home décor to clothing, shoes and accessories could be found at great prices. The store was kept clean and organized, with helpful staff quickly available to assist with any questions. One of the oldest traditional stores in the center of Boston. Keeps the quality high and the prices low. Services a high range of needs that average people has as clothes bags personal items etc. Visit it and you understand. Friendly personnel quick responsive service.

My wife and I love Marshals. This location is a good one. Everyone that works in this store is very friendly. They always say hi with a smile. The store itself is clean and always stocked with new items. We usually buy a new winter coat from Marshals almost every year. The only reason is because they sell them for such a huge discount. We could never afford the retail price of a four hundred dollar jacket. At Marshals you get that same coat for 80 to 100 bucks. That’s an awesome deal if you ask me. Not just the cloths to. My wife loves the little items she always finds for the house. I would recommend this location anytime.

Usually a lot of good finds. Had a really crabby fitting room attendant this last time. I asked questions re how many items, ect, and was reprimanded, a couple of times, excuse me? Ex. My hangers weren't faced-on stuff I was bring into the room. In no! Def shortened my shopping there. They do have a nice selection of items. Went to a different store for shoes and pants, less hassle. I'll mostly stick w the one in Twin City, thanks.

A big shop in downtown ,with different models and brands ,display and presentation is below average ,no sales helping as I ask sales lady about item she replied it is there if you do not find it is not there!!.,anyway the prices are low in comparison to others.

This store is easy to get to. If your taking the oak grove bound orange line get on the first car. Get off at Down Town crossing , get off the train walk right up the escalator. Turn left at top of the escalator. Marshalls entrance is 25 yards away.

My cashier was lovely! Keshia maybe? I could only see that her name started with a K but she was wearing an orange long-sleeved shirt and had a white mask with orange flowers on it. Thursday, 4/15/21 around 4 or 5pm. Kudos to her! I hope management sees this...
