Good deals. Cool selection. Great location. Staff aren’t friendly. Nike is my fave sports brand so I’m quite biased. The store has a nice chill layout. Member points applicable here. There’s parking available with cash and card transactions allowed.

I don’t EVER write reviews because I’m not that type of person but after my store experience yesterday I absolutely had to! I went in to exchange an online order and the lady at the register was the kindest, most helpful store associate ever! She not only made the process super easy but also helped me and my child with a strange man that was in the store following us and creeping us out. She went over to the store’s security guard and pointed out the weird guy in the store. The security gentlemen was extremely helpful and made me and my child feel safe. Again I never write reviews but I needed to let people know how amazing the staff is at the Nike store in Dorchester MA. Management if you are reading this you should know what great staff you have working for you!!!!

The store is pretty big and spread out.They have pretty good deals on everything including apparel, shoes, accessories, equipment etc. The staff here are really nice, polite, and very helpful.

I just left the store and I wanted to leave a review before I forget. Every single employee I talked to and helped me was super nice, knowledgeable and professional. I ended purchasing shoes and sportswear with an additional 30% off.

I believe that theirs never enough security for all that goes on in that place. The safety of one and one’s Family should be a priority. If some feel that theirs too much security, makes you wonder why they want to see less. Nevertheless, good athletes working and lots of help from nice kind people. Thanks to all.

Good and polite employees, sometimes they could use another cashier upfront. The store is much like most other Nike outlets, same items for sale except different local teams.

Just dropped $300 worth of merch and left. 2 cashiers on registers line out door. Moving slow like molassas. Went around the block and spent at TJ's they know how to retail, plenty of cashiers. Not a wonder they are kicking it in the retail marketplace.

Not a good selection of running gear. Socks are not centralized either. A lot of hunting to find out that they have sock size M 6-8 in abundance, but next to nothing with size 10 range. Size 10.5 is average. Not sure if it’s always like this or just weird inventory control.

A lot of discounted shoes and other items here. But the sizes are all mixed. Maybe because its already 5 in the afternoon at that time. Love the store. Highly recommended

Quiet Tuesday lunchtime visit. Selection very much like every other Factory Store I've visited. Odd bit was checkout. Easily 6 people behind the tills and only me looking to pay but no one was falling over themselves to take my money.

Love Nike.. they always have great deals and clothes in my size! Which is hard to find sometimes. So check it out, it's worth the trip! 🤗✨

Employees are terrible! Everyone is not stealing, you could actually ask a person if they need help * then actually help them instead of not helping but staring & getting useless security come walk as if he is intimidating someone. I witnessed dem clear folks helping themselves while everyone was watching people of color & looking at the ASSets of two young customers. I took my money elsewhere

Went there to exchange a pair of sneakers for a bigger size. Super easy process. One of the employees knew exactly where to find the sneakers and got the size that we needed. I also found a pair for me for $29.99!!! Super comfy. LOVE NIKE...don't wear nothing but Nike 💛 Merry Christmas to me🎄

Great prices for shoes. They don’t really have the trendy shoes atm, so if your looking for air forces or Jordan 3s (stuff like that) this is not the place.

There is too many security staff that don't even give you a legit or decent welcome to their store I've been in there several times and it always has remained the same.

We visited this store looking for a pair of basketball sneakers for my 12 yr old son. Reinaldo a store attendant stopped by to help us pick the right sneakers. He was really helpful in informing us what to look for in basketball sneakers and also walked us through all the options. He seemed very knowledgeable. Eventually we walked out with 3 sneakers. :-) One of those rare instances when the store attendants was actually available to spend time to understand what we need and help us with the purchase. Thanks Reinaldo and keep up the great work. Will surely visit again.

there's not a welcoming feel as you walk in.if you know what i mean! there's always 10 people working there and maybe 1 or 2 customer's and all the staff does there is stare you down and they all rotate asking ' "can i help you find something?" or "do you need help with anything" when really i know what they want to say is.."are you stealing? because idgaf about customer service unless im getting paid for it" i would not recommend this place to anyone!! ALSO they have a horrible selection of shoes and since they've opened i go in to check out stuff every few months. They do have really good deals on clothes sometimes and really cute jogging outfits.for all seasons.

Pretty good selection, always having some kind of sale and if you have the Nike app you can add any promotions onto the sale products good savings. They don't have much in the air max selection here but great gym and running sneakers.

Nice big Nike store. A store with mostly running shoes and products. They had some good outlet and deals, especially on shoes. The only thing that makes it 4 stars is because there weren’t that much sports products for other sports (for example soccer, basketball, tennis etc.)

Huge store with huge selection. The staff could be more helpful instead of standing around and talking to each other. Or looking at you as you walk by without offering you any help. I get that the layout of the store is designed so you can look and help yourself BUT then WHY have so many staff on the floor?? Overall the store was great and I found what I needed.

The sneakers that were promoted on the website were not there, the selection of Mens sneakers were limited. I Drove 55 minutes and was disappointed in what I had to choose from, and also the workers seemed put off by any questions I had , basically just blew me off, seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Not a good experience

Another interesting store for Nike. Not as obsessive as the one in New York but still seems like a bit much.
