An amazing cruise of Boston! We did the Sunset Dinner Cruise! We arrived at 6PM, boat docked at a little after 7PM and arrived back around 10PM. Buffet Style for dinner & desserts, the food was good. The views of Boston was worth it! There were two dance floors with good music!! The staff was super friendly and everyone seemed to love being at work!! The only thing I would change is probably if there could of been a different price for the kids and super high cost for drinks on this boat! However, we had such an amazing time! I celebrated my birthday which staff acknowledged so thank you!!!! I would go again and been recommending for others! This cruise is also kid friendly however we didn’t see all the games like we did in the video! I’ll still rate it a 5 because we still had the best time!

This is far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with. We organized a semi-formal trip on this cruise but upon arrival they refused service to us. They agreed to having all of us on the ship but once they visually saw how big the group was they kicked us off. They completely disregarded the fact that we gave them an exact number of people that would be there and kicked us off. Unbelievably rude and would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Pretty good and quick cruise dinner. I went with a team of 20 people from 6-9PM. The ship was shared with a larger party. We were close to the buffet and the other party was close to the DJ and bar area. It is a small ship so it can get crowded in certain areas like the buffet area. The DJ and bar area is also a high traffic area. The food was mediocre but that is expected. The service was good but very slow. The bar drinks took up to 30 minutes. The drinks were well made. Our cruise only lasted 3 hours but it was enjoyable.

We were in Boston for a conference, but at the same time it was our 16th wedding anniversary. This dinner cruise was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. We were shown to our table that had rose pedals and a hand written card thanking us. The views of the Boston Harbor were breath taking.

I came to the Spirit of Boston cruise for my real estate society’s semi formal event. We were all so excited to get on the boat after the long trip to Boston. We were all dressed up and standing out in the cold waiting to be let on you the boat. Unfortunately, a few rule-breakers did try to sneak in a bit of alcohol, but hey - were in college after all. The staff of this cruise decided to cancel the trip altogether before many of us (myself included) even made it on the boat! We did NOT get our money back and we were basically told to figure it out. They left a group of young adults stranded in the cold streets of Boston and clearly took advantage of us. I would NEVER waste my hard earned money on this experience again. It was literally traumatic and I had to go to Applebee’s instead. You better give me my money back. DO NOT GO HERE

It was a pleasant experience. It was nice to watch the aeroplanes land very close, chat with colleagues and play games. My sole complaint was that the only vegetarian dish they had was spinach pasta (which was delicious). So not really worth it for a vegetarian who is expecting decent food at the price they charge. Staff were polite and prompt to take away dirty plates.

Our group at work recently had a team outing taking a cruise of Boston Harbor on the Spirit of Boston's Seaport Elite II. Although the day was chilly, the accommodations were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the opportunity to see the Boston waterfront from a different angle. The cruise offered a full service bar and the food that was served was delicious.

Excellent whale watching cruise. We saw at least 7 distinct whale activities, and at least 3 different species! If you've never been on this type of cruise before, let me tell you, that's exceptional! The crew was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The boat was in good condition and had enough seating. TIP: Pay a little extra for the Ticket Assurance. The weather forecast predicted rain on the day of our originally-scheduled cruise. Because we had the insurance, we were able to reschedule for a clear day (which you want for whale watching) without any extra cost.

Customer service was good, they didn't really explain much about the cruise, when food would be placed out for dinner and dessert. It was only a 2 hour cruise. Our server was very attentive and friendly. They over charge for pictures they take in the beginning of boarding the cruise. They'll come around at the end with the photos. I personally enjoyed the sky deck. Meals were good. The view was gorgeous not very talked about places it says your going by before buying tickets. Very roomy it wasn't a full cruise plenty of social distancing.

Great little cruise on a smooth ride. Plenty of indoor seating and a lot of Canopy space for fresh air. Simple snacks as well. Free coffee or tea!

Seeing that Spirit of Boston never replied to the email I sent them I will share our experience. The website said the parking garage on Seaport Lane would be validated. We parked there. After the cruise the person validating said the parking validation was for Rowes Wharf Garage. The people in front of us parked there...The person either didn't know how to use the scanner to validate or the scanner was junk. They didnt get validated. I told the guy the website said it was the garage on Seaport Lane. He tried to validate my ticket. Didn't work. So if you want to spend 42 bucks to park and 14.50 for a whiskey drink and 9 bucks for a beer....knock yourself out.

The food was good all you can eat. The DJ was differently keeping the good vibes going. All the sights was amazing to see from sea.

I went to the VIP white party on Sunday September 4 and it was a disaster, they say in the webpage that it would be a White attire party and the dress code would ve strictest enforced and it wasn’t! The party should be until 1:00 am but we came back to the deck at 12:00 and the DJ stop the music at 12:20. People were fighting in the dance floor! It was a horrible experience… trying to get a refund but they haven’t take my calls or respond to my email.

Food was nasty. Drinks were outrageously priced. Not much room to enjoy the outside. People are packed in elbow to elbow. No safety information conveyed. Spirit of Boston was a disappointment.

Went on the brunch cruise and had a terrible time. The cruise itself was okay the food was okay though there would be better options for the price. Now let's get to the terrible part they sat us next to a table of unruly guests they were talking and dropping f bombs every where I had people with me over 70. Then one of them proceeded to dance and crawl and grind the pole while little children where around. There was other bad behavior but to much to explain. The staff never intervened and let her continue this activity. I was very disappointed

We had an amazing night. Food was delicious! The chicken was so tender u could cut it with a fork. My husband and our friend absolutely loved the fish dish. They went up for seconds ! We couldn't have asked for a better night spend with good friends. The Dj was great and had many people up dancing. I cant wait to book again soon. Foggy night but still beautiful

I loved this tour! It was so informative. Malachi did an excellent job in both entertaining and providing information. I worried about being really cold, but there are 2 inside decks with huge picture windows. I could easily pop outside to take a picture. I used a groupon for this tour, but I would have been satisfied if I had had to pay full price.

I went on the Spirit of Boston lunch cruise in late July and what stands out the most is the exceptional customer service on the part of the crew. The servers were warm and hospitable, and I genuinely felt welcome throughout the two hour cruise. Lunch was offered buffet-style and was available right after boarding the ship. I waited until we left the pier to eat and I could see that the buffet was replenished on a regular basis. A dessert table was available for the duration of the cruise, as was coffee, tea and ice water. Other drinks were available for purchase and the servers were great about bringing them to you wherever you happened to be on the ship. The staff were very open to taking photos during the cruise and were cheerful, friendly and professional. You get great views of Boston and it was one of the most memorable aspects of my stay in the city.
