This place has VERY RUDE STAFF!!! My friend, who was just learning how to use ice skates, was kicked out for a rule the staff had simply come up with on the spot and was not aforementioned. We asked if this could just be a warning, but they said there is no warnings for this brand new rule. I have no interest in returning here knowing that these are the type of people that run it. It'd also be worth mentioning that other guests who were checking in were being made fun of by the staff too, for seemingly no reason.

Price and rental is affordable!!! Location is amazing! The outdoor space with cute decorative lights make the perfect ice skating location!

What a joke!! The garage is a mess to maneuver and to get to Trillium Brewery is a joke. The food court inside is a complete ripoff. $18 for ramen noodles with dumplings? However, there was some beautiful spots for pictures.

ICE SKATERS PLEASE READ! I am writing this review about the skating rink they decide to open for the winter. While the space is nice, the staff are SUPER MEAN. I thought it'd be fun to learn to skate with some friends, which it sort of was. I was slipping and falling a lot, but slowly learning. However, the staff ultimately ruined our experience as soon as my friend showed up. We saw our friend showing up late, and we waved to say hi to him while he was checking in. However I slipped and ended up using the glass to support myself so I didn't fall. Shortly after, the staff came out and told me I have to leave. They said it's a rule to not touch the glass (which was not mentioned before). They had also said that there is warnings for every other rule, aside from this one. They had antagonized me and accused me of having full intention to break the glass. They did not listen to my explanation. There was no understanding, no refund, and not a drop of kindness from these people. I had also noticed them stepping into the rink and stopping other skaters for seemingly no reason. After how I was treated, I can make a good assumption how those interactions were for the other skaters. Seeing that the staff feel free to mess with customers whenever they want, I can't recommend this place for anyone looking to ice skate.

This review is for the Parking Garage only. It is the smallest (tightest) garage I have ever seen in my life. I was driving a Jeep Wrangler and I could still barely fit into a spot. I could barely fit into the ramps to change levels. Pure Insanity. Who thought this was a good idea.

So cute here and time out market has awesome options! I love the tilted barn beer and the Thai pad krapow from inchu, made vegan with sweet potato on a jasmine rice base! Yum! Also trillium is so cute and so is the skate rink in winter! Eeee

FRIENDSGIVING!!!!!!!!! I had the most amazing Thanksgiving as i chose to spend it with my best friends and this Pop Up! They had the moist maker at the end! I feel like they could have committed to the moist maker but thankfully they gave us gravy. Would have loved to live there!

Plenty of quick bite choices to choose from all under $30. Beer garden is unique 🤣 the statues, that is. Prices were about average to high, service was good. It's a busy weekend spot and very social atmosphere outside, if you enjoy that. The inside is a bit more intimate. There's a great pick up drop off spot for ride sharing outside of the REI, the T is across the street.

Being generous….Still such a friendly place, but the recent change in “who wants to work” has really hurt this brand. Too few cooks, too few wait staff….just not really worth the extended time to have to wait for them to get all the pieces working again. Charge a bit more, pay a bit more, but get the Team back!

May 11th 🤷🏼‍♂️ April 21st, no news from Paul Today Thursday Apr. 4th Paul still hasn't contacted me... Hello, another follow up: today March 31 I still haven't heard from anybody 🤷🏻‍♀️ Another follow up: today is March 23, I still haven't heard from anybody Follow up: I contacted them after posting my review sending them an email as they suggested in their automatic reply email to Paul Walsh. They said someone will contact me in the next 24-48 hours..........this was Wed, March 16th, of course I haven't heard from anybody. What a nice marketing strategy they have. Parking rip off. We went to the movies yesterday and then for dinner at the market and we had to pay $42 dollars!!!!!! for parking So they penalize you for staying longer and consume more.....ridiculous. Needless to say that we aren't coming back ever

So many options to choose from you can't miss! Everything is al la carte, so it can be pricey, but a nice treat if you don't mind a loud atmosphere.

Cool (air conditioned) place to eat next to Fenway. Trillium right outside for beverages. Lots of choices, including donuts.

Great beer at Trillium and many great pop-up type restaurants as well. Something for everyone and walking distance to Fenway. Stop by before a game.

Great selection of food at the food court and plenty of seating. There was plenty of room for our large group of friends but the music was so loud we had to move outdoors. That was the only way to have a conversation.

Delicious food court and extremely tight garage are the things that always stand out about the Landmark Center to me. REI as well, but no more Bed and Bath. The Trillium beer garden is awesome!

  • 4/5 Carrie C. 1 year ago on Google
Feels like the Landmark Center is *mostly* the Time Out Market. The REI there is fine, there are better ones (namely Cambridge). If you have lived in Boston a long time you'll know that it's a massive upgrade from it's Sears-y past, but it's still mainly a glorified Food Court. Admittedly it's a VERY fancy Food Court with cocktails, but stilll...

My only suggestion is hopefully adding one of those helpful touchscreen-style maps to show our 1st-time diners like me know where everything is (i.e. Mediterranean food) similar to the Cambridge side Galleria. Beth Budner, Auburndale!

I always enjoy spending shopping in the area because there are many options and places to go eat food, from many stores .

This place is usually packed, and there are a lot of food and drink options. The prices are way too high, but the food is mostly good. Best part about 401 Park is the location and for that reason, I will continue to be a customer.

I walked 2 miles to get here. Full staff there said closed 5 minutes ago. Wouldn't even sell me beer to go or give a taste. Very unfriendly staff and managers

great place for the whole family! We were passing through Boston and decided to take a walk in search of interesting places! To my deep regret, the ice rink did not work, but ... we had a wonderful walk nearby, even the snow was lol (daughter was delighted, considering that we are from Florida))). It is very clean around, there are many places where you can sit and relax while the child frolics, there are also many cafes for every taste within walking distance! I recommend visiting 👍🏼❤️ (just check the opening hours of the ice rink in advance)))

We had the BEST time at Rink 401. The whole team was so helpful in getting us tickets when the online site was down. I don't live locally and was so happy they were able to help us out as I had invited a lot of people driving from far distance to get together to skate. I highly recommend this as a great outdoor activity day trip. Thank you to the whole team!!

Very clean, great atmosphere, tons of food and drinks options. REI on premises is a big plus. A great place for an office space. Harvard Medical school and Boston Children's hospital work spaces.

I love strolling and people watching inside at Time Out Market -- as well as outdoors around the outdoor eating area and Trillium beer garden and the green lawn. Day or night. Even a nice Christmas tree next to the ice skating rink in December! It's fun to simply see others there enjoying themselves, whether I grab something to eat it or not.. Plus restrooms are clean, and are open, I think, until maybe 10 pm and even 11 pm on Friday and Saturday?

Great hangout spot. That building was nothing for the longest time . They finally developed it and they did a good job at it. Outdoor seating is nice. And all sorts of little restaurants inside gives plenty of options . I highly recommend.

What an awesome place it's become. The Time Out Market is one of the chillest places you and your party can hangout and grab some food at. The food isn't cheap however vibe is good and that's what you are really getting. Definitely great place to visit once in a while.

Can't wait for the food court to be open before 4

  • 5/5 Michael C. 4 years ago on Google
The Landmark Center is a place you have to witness for yourself! It is in my eyes an upper class food court in the old Sears building. We stoped here to try it out and glad we did. As we first entered we took a tour around each vendor. Depending on what side you enter there is a bar at each end which serves local IPA beers and a full bar. Next was a brick oven pizzeria, then came a Hamburger spot. We ordered from the Italian spot. I ordered a pasta plate. It was cooked just right and served with meatballs. Small portions but great tasting. Next we tried the Donut House for deserts. Another great choice. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful building, great shopping experience, horrendous parking fees. Yes, validation helps reduce the cost, but I certainly would not go out to dinner here knowing that another $30 parking fee is waiting for me...

Also a review for the parking. We went to a movie and then had dinner and drinks in the commons. When trying to leave we were informed we needed to pay 38 bucks. We called the attendant because we thought our qr codes for the parking validation weren't working but he informed us it didn't matter and that it's only 3 hrs and after that it's 38. Total ripoff. It's almost as if they penalize you for staying there longer and spending money in their establishment. I don't understand it. Avoid my costly mistake.

Fun, nice energy. Suuuuuper crowded made me a tad nervous since COVID is still a problem. But great things to do. Overall was happy

We were lucky to be there on a warm December evening (yes, that does exist in Boston). The beer is good, if not outrageously expensive. But we felt good being able to stay outside.

  • 1/5 Aredo P. 2 years ago on Google
Ice skating place has random "private events" not reflected on the website which still lets you reserve. Not only that but once you get there and find out your plans are ruined they offer no apologies and give you an unprovoked attitude instead

  • 4/5 Steve F. 2 years ago on Google
I was very impressed with the variety of food counters. Almost any ethnic food desired was there. Great desserts also.
