👍👍 First time here, ordered the corn shashuka (not a traditional one, but it was surprisingly good!), and 2 of their sandwiches. All the food tasted really good. Coffee options were decent, would recommend for a brunch or breakfast meetup. People often mention coffee, good, breakfast, delicious, pastries, cheese,

Overall, I really like tatte. This one is probably one of the best branches because it's spacious, has outdoor seating, has restrooms (unlike the beacon hill one) and quite clean. I do think they need more decorations and plants though. Food is good but pricy.

When visiting Boston, this is the place you want to come for breakfast and lunch. They have plenty of pastry selections and the hot food is just as good. Reading a bit about the history of the founder, we decided to try their Shakshuka to see how good it is. Honestly we were blown away! The Shakshuka is flavorful, served hot with warm toasted bread. We ordered both the traditional and the lamb Shakshuka, and both are really good. The portion is huge and it is like breakfast and lunch for us. We will try other items on their menu in our next visit!

definitely my favorite cafe in the boston area! all the foods i’ve tried are delicious, the lattes are the best, and the place itself is super aesthetic and cute. my only problem with it are the prices, but that’s boston🙃 totally recommend (especially the cheesecakes!)

A cute cafe that offers really good coffee, backed goods and foods. I really enjoyed the coffee. Ambience is great where I want to hang all day. I was a bit disappointed with staff who took our order was very unfriendly with attitude.

Tatte is a reliable place, the food is always consistent. The fava and hummus plate was fantastic and I would definitely recommend. The rating would have been higher if the iced coffee drink order was correct. My partner is vegan and ordered an iced coffee and instead received a honey iced latte. The hot chocolate was ok but nothing overly special. Ambience was lovely and consistent with other Tatte's

2 coffees and a Cappuccino with Oat Milk. 1 Strawberry Tea Cake, 1 Kouign Amann, 1 Croque Madame and a Prosciutto Parmigiano Egg Scramble. The coffee was okay and the Cappuccino was good. All of the food items were good. I would definitely get the Croque Madame again.

I only got an Americano coffee and it tasted like dirty dishwater, thin and lack of coffee taste. It was staffed with dozens of workers but a line out the door (worker shortage not on them as they displayed hiring needs). The food however looked scrumptious, fresh, and created with love. I actually trashed the coffee after two gentle sips - that nasty.

I wish they would set up more locations in the US. The breads were super flavorful and had great texture; the drinks nicely complemented the food. Shaksuka 20/10. Loved it. The space itself is also very pretty and has nice vibes.

The food, especially their bread, is delicious. Their house latte is also lovely, but a regular latte there is just so-so. The pastries are good, but sometimes too sweet. It's a cute spot with both indoor and outdoor dining. Overall, it's become a favorite lunch spot as a treat.

I’m very impressed with how the staff handles such a fast-pace/busy business. They work very well with one another and had the assembly line down packed! It was my first trying this place, and I did not know what to order. I asked the cashier to just surprise me with a pastry that will be fulfilling and is not sweet, and she presented me with this goodie! I still don’t know what it is, but it was delicious! The cashier also recommended a regular latte with a couple pumps of vanilla syrup, and it was delightful. I can see why people always go to this bakery. If I’m ever back in Boston, I would love to go to Tatte again to try other stuff!

Another of the regional coffee shop locations which had a small outdoor seating area. As solid alternative to Dunks and better than Starbucks, they had the usual decor and a nice selection of pastries. Espresso was expertly pulled and my wife enjoyed her cappuccino. Located very near the Old Statehouse, it is a good place to stop and rest your feet along the Freedom Trail.

Honestly, if I could give this place, more stars I would. It’s such a cute little breakfast place/bakery. Thankfully, we made it in before the Saturday morning rush, but by the time we left, the line was out the door, and for good reason. The jelly, donut, whether you like them, or not, is an absolute must! Their actual cooked breakfast/brunch, options are phenomenal. I would literally eat breakfast here every day if I could!

Excellent location with a wide range of hold and cold options. We opted for the croque madame and also a smoked salmon, avocado and scrambled egg dish. Excellent coffee and service with a smile.

I was super impressed with the breakfast sandwich! (Not because it was unique so much as it was fresh and well balanced in flavor.) We followed it up with an almond pastry that was ridiculous! I would go back just for another one. Friendly service (which is getting more rare) and cool atmosphere.

I dined in and also used Toast to place an online order. Had a Croque Madame for breakfast. Had tomato soup and grilled cheese which was very good as well. Staff wasn’t super friendly or helpful but food and coffee were very good.

Excellent food, delicious coffee and chill atmosphere. I got the breakfast sandwich, add avocado, and it was sooo good. The house-made sourdough steals the show as soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The bacon is thick cut and there isn’t too much cheese. 10/10 would recommend!

A good place to get your morning cup off coffee and some pastries or something more substantial. The place is pretty busy in the mornings with people placing their coffee orders. I enjoyed the pistachio croissant as it was well made. The inside has a mixture of pistachio and cream, which added to the tastiness of it. I also noticed that they used Stumptown beans, which was pretty cool.

Rating is closer to 3.5 stars. Service. Staff is rushed, slightly rude but place was swamped closer to noon. Very chaotic. Hard to see where a line starts, realized at the end of ordering there’s a table with menus by the door. This place is overwhelmed by people, that’s reflected also on the staff. The food was decent for a bougie place, for sure had the healthy aspect nailed. Coming back to this area in the future, this would not be a place I’d come back for. I saw people waiting for tables to open up with food in their hands, trying to cram in a corner to eat. For the price point, I’d like to sit comfortably to enjoy food. I walked back to my hotel like others and comfortably enjoyed my food in the ambiance of my hotel lobby. :)

Finally, decent coffee in Boston! It took a while, but after we found this magnificent place, I finally got to drink truly excellent coffee Top it all with great pastries and exceptional breakfast options, and you have the out most place to start your day in.

I loved this place, the chakchouka was amazing, the muesli with greek yogurt and fruits was delicious. I wish I tried all the dishes and all the pastries because they all seem so good!! I really enjoyed staying there for a while, and everybody was very nice. Definitely recommend!

A lovely local company with several venues. This is different from the local breakfast diners. It’s more a high class bakery with excellent pastries but they have a delicious line in breakfast plates

August 2022: Enjoyed a strawberry 🍓 jam donut and a coffee ☕. Place was very busy in the morning. Workers are nice. Both the donut and coffee were good. Also tried a sour cherry scone. It was a bit dry and did not have much flavor. Wouldn't get that again. But would be back to try other baked goods 😀.

Nice place and I'm sure some of the items are very good..the coffee cake however is definitely not coffee cake..more like butter cake with walnuts.

Grilled cheese A bit too much other ingredients in addition to the cheese (it was more like cheese spread and less cheese)
