I
went
to
them
for
convenience
and
due
to
the
qualifications
of
Dr.
Emmy
Graber.
However,
I
received
the
worst
healthcare
experience
of
my
life.
While
the
lead
dermatologist
is
highly
qualified,
I
had
my
overseeing
provider
changed
by
the
practice
3
times,
wasn't
worked
with
in
a
reasonable
way
to
triage
urgent
needs,
and
at
the
end
of
the
day
was
told
my
only
option
was
to
go
on
an
medicine
that
wasn't
approved
for
more
than
a
year
of
use.
There
was
no
effort
to
get
a
meaningful
longterm
care
and
management
plan
in
place,
which
I
pushed
for
and
other
dermatologists
prioritized
when
I
sought
additional
opinions.
Lastly,
without
warning
or
explanation,
Dr.
Graber
notified
me
through
a
letter
that
my
care
with
the
practice
was
terminated.
One
other
thing
to
be
aware
of
is
that
this
office
is
understaffed
and
works
limited
hours.
This
makes
it
difficult
to
get
the
care
needed
in
a
timely
fashion.
Choosing
to
treat
my
condition
with
The
Dermatology
Institute
of
Boston
added
much
frustration
and
negatively
impacted
my
outcome.
Convenient
location,
but
when
you
need
a
provider
you
trust,
look
elsewhere!
