👍 Had no issues with parking at all. Used the ParkWhiz app and paid only $23 for the entire day. To get that rate out must arrive by 9:00 am. After that it will be $32 for the day. Garage was clean well lit and organized nicely. Parked there 4 days in a row while we visited Boston. No issues at all.... Avoid getting robbed in Boston. Find somewhere else to park and NEVER go there. This parking hides it’s hourly fees so people park and only until they return to pickup the car is when they realize that after an 1/2hour (20min parking and 70min walk) they end up being charged the daily fee: $42. This is outrageous. This people should be ashamed of them selves. What a terrible impression they leave of the city.

If you have a new car or a car that you absolutely love and want to avoid dings from other car doors this garage has what I consider “Fancy Car Parking”. It’s the only parking garage I’ll use in Quincy Market / North End. If you travel to the top floor you will see an amazing view and hopefully be able to choose a parking space you will love!

The sign outside said $25 all day. Go to pay and they want $42. Of course they don't have anyone there to talk to, so there's no way to get some of your money back. They don't deserve the one star I gave. Negative five stars. Total scam. Do not waste your money. You can get valet parking cheaper.

Ridiculously overpriced parking. Why even offer parking in 20 minute intervals? It takes at least 20 minutes to find a space when you get into the garage. Preying on tourists. $42 for a couple hours of parking should be criminal. Take the train instead.

Worst parking experience I have ever had. Dirty garage, poor lighting. HUGE RIPOFF! Paid $42 for 1.5 hrs of parking. I wanted to leave after discovering the ludicrous prices upon pulling up but you still have to pay $9 just to enter and then exit immediately. There was no attendant to let us out. With how much they rip people off, they could definitely afford to hire attendants. This was my first time to Boston and I didn't know what to expect. There are plenty of other parking options that charge half the amount, or less. DON'T PARK HERE!

Watch out for scam! The term "daily parking rate" is deliberately misleading on the online reservation website. You select a range of time for parking and when checking out you see a daily parking rate of $22. One would think "daily" means it covers the whole day. IT DOES NOT! If you exit even just minutes after the reserved time, you will be asked up to an EXTRA $34, because you are charged the ridiculous hourly rate for the extra time.

While staying at a nearby hotel, the guys who worked at this garage told me I could get a pass on spot hero and just come and go to and from this garage for the length of my pass. So I got a three day pass. Turns out that was wrong and the garage still expected me to pay $42 even though I still had the pass. Of course the same attendants were not around at this point. Another employee of the LAZ company happened by and told me to go to the office located within the garage. No one was at the office. There was a number on the door, which no one answered. Eventually another guy happened by and told me that the manager was upstairs, not down in the office I was directed to. By the time the guy finally came down I'd been waiting at the garage for 30 minutes. Thankfully he was able to let me out. A garage like this needs to have an attendant by the exit. OR at least have a way to page the only worker there. And it'd help if they didn't just give out the wrong info about paying for the parking.

WARNING - The absolute worst part of my Boston trip was parking here. It seems that they intentionally do not post their predatory rates visible to entering vehicles to the parking garage. Once you realize the incredibly high rates, you have to pay I believe $9 if you want to leave (0-20 minutes). There is no way this is legal, or if it is, it needs to be made illegal. I will be writing several city and state entities about investigating this. Please do your civic duty and spread the word about this apparent scam to help people not fall for this pathetic excuse for a parking garage.

Legal rubbery! Ripoff! Not safe for your car, not safe for you, not safe for your wallet. Very, tight driving space, and even tighter parking spaces. Dirty and poor lighting. Do not park here if you value your car or yourself . We parked for a little over an hour to shop at Quince market. It charged me 34$. Our food and gifts were less.

Bought the parking pass through ParkWhiz ($18 for 6 hours). Easy to get in and out by simply scan the QR code on my phone. They even have free Tesla chargers in the garage (they are on the left side of the ramp, you won’t miss it). If one thing they could improve will be enforcing the gasoline cars that parked on the Tesla charging spots. I found 2 out of 6 cars were parking at the Tesla charging spots.

Convenient location near alot of places to visit. Used for the Tesla charger that’s available on site. As soon as you drive in to your left. The chargers only charge at 40 amps max, so slower then supercharger, but it’s free with your parking cost. Also once all the chargers are engaged with cars, the charge current goes down to 12 amps.

Convenient parking garage to Quincy Market. In Oct 2022 the elevators were not operational but it wasn't a big deal as we took the steps. We visited on a weekday late afternoon and there were plenty of spaces. The pricing seemed a little steep but I understand they probably don't want people camped out there all day. Note: you can pay for your parking via a text and still exit the garage 80 minutes after paying. Had I realized that I would have save a few dollars by paying about an hour before coming back to the car.

Clean facility, well located. I did find the lack of information about one's CC being the actual "ticket" confusing; very frustrating as I am not from the area and was in a bit of a panic at the possibility of paying the max per day because the machine didn't issue a ticket. Another customer clarified for me and no further issue.

Book online first! Go to their website and get a time the day before or just in advance, it will save you money and time. We paid $33 for 5 hours during the day in October. It was super easy, I just scanned the bar code from the email on my phone to get in and out.

For Boston, I think this is a very nice parking garage. It is fairly priced for the area and offers an early bird special if you arrive before 8 AM. There are normally many spots open on levels 4+, and the spots are spacious! The only negative I experienced parking here is that it feels unsafe at night. There were people yelling and screaming on one of the floors, and it made me pretty nervous as I was alone. I just don’t park here at night.

4 out of 5 stars. Pretty convenient Tesla destination charger spot on the initial ramp going up. Charged for free, but paid out the wazoo for the parking. We stayed for a couple hours and the bill for the garage was $42. It’s right in the mix of a great area, so maybe it was worth it?

Right in the heart of Downtown. Walking distance to Quincy Market, Boston city Hall and the State house. I highly recommend booking online for less price, I paid $26/day online but if you go directly to pay the rate is more like for 2hr $50 it showed. Little expensive.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the people working there, “support” staff on the help phone, and other idiots trying to park here. The horrible automatic panel would not show a button to print a ticket. Caused a huge backup behind me and horrible people complaining. One particular tall gent who is the parking manager at the next door Canopy Hotel, started screaming at me like it was my fault. I pushed the HELP button on the display panel and after phone rang for 3 minutes a useless person who I could not understand tarted talking like the adults on Peanuts cartoons. After a minute of that the Canopy Hotel parking manager still in line behind came ove and started yelling again at me and then told the useless person on the phone to “hang up”. I’m like, “why you tell her to hang up?!?” He starts blaming me again…. Finally the console looked like it was rebooting and after 2 more minutes it finally comes up and I finally get a ticket and gate opens. Meanwhile Canopy Hitel parking manager is still shouting and fortunately i can’t understand because he was yelling at the one human that actually works at this parking s**t show. After two hours of parking I get to now pay 42 dollars for this miserable place. NEVER Again! And CANOPY HOTEL should take another look at the horrible person working as a valet ! ******************* SERIOUSLY go to a nearby parking garage around the corner and pay weekend rate of 16 dollars. Then If you get it validated at any of the local restaurants pay only THREE DOLLARS!!!

There was a sandwich board outside saying $25, and we have parked here before on a holiday or weekend for about that. Had to go all the way up to level 6. Gave up waiting for elevator after almost 10 minutes. No one was parking on lower levels because there were no spots and there didn’t seem to be much traffic coming in so that was not the cause of the elevator hold up. Then trudged my small kids down the stairs and had to explain that the smell was urine. So we then trudged back up the stairs. Then were horrified and confused to be charged $42 on our way out, which is even more than the max price they list. We called. They claim the sandwich board says that $25 is for in before 9. If that is true, it is very small print meant to intentionally deceive, and why would that still be out at 12:30. $42 is way more than parking needs to be. At least be honest. I avoid and choose other lots based on what I know they will cost. This is just dishonest, false advertising. I would have made an informed decision.

I park in Boston often as I live and work here. This may be the biggest ripoff I’ve seen yet. The rates are hidden ‘til you’re pulled up and it’s impossible to get out (both bc the entrance is a narrow curve to pull in and cars are behind you. You need to pay $9 to get out bc there’s no attendant. I figured, I just needed to quickly drop something off so 20m is more than enough and I didn’t want to take advantage of the Haymarket/BPM validation. Nope. I spent at least that trying to find a parking spot! The elevators didn’t work so you have to walk down the 4-5 flights of stairs (I was in heeled shoes). Then, it took forever to get out of the garage bc the line was backed up. There’s only one main booth to get out since the other is for monthly and online reservations only. I suggest avoiding this garage.

Yeah, I'm reviewing a parking garage, so what?! It was perfectly located. You are going to pay a little extra but you are right in the middle of everything. It's worth it
