Operational disaster. High staff turnover; unfriendly policies (24 hour dining cancellation-really?); dismissive administrative staff; mediocre food and wine quality; purely a “see and be seen” vs the “substance” so heavily leaned on as branding. Shadow of its former self with regard to elegance, quality and a meaningful member community. Disappointed with the missed opportunity for a Boston club to meet NY or London standards, however gorgeous the space.

First of all they lie they members saying they have certified chefs and in reality a lot of them are not certified. The city deserves a better place and more diverse environment. The Quin is NOT DIVERSE AT ALL Very Hidden secrets inside that place . Local 26 ( union) needs to get involved because a lot of unfair things happening behind close doors. Of course Members are going to consider this place a good place to enjoy yourself but only if the members knew what goes on behind doors they probably will shut down business. But members really don’t care . They just there to enjoy themselves as they should but management and staff needs to be held accountable!!

Stay away!! Left with a damaged car. The worst management and even worse service. So much for a high end club. I came by invitation to potentially become a member. The Quin's Valet was extremely reckless and ding my 4 weeks old car. The next morning with my complaint they confirmed that they have videos capturing the event and it was actually them. That was 6 months ago!! Repeated calls and emails to correct the situation were not answered or replied. This is ridiculous. Next is a letter from my attorney.

Hopefully this gets to the management. Your valet service is going to cause an accident or someone is going to get hit. Valets standing in the street with no reflective vests, double parking cars without the lights on at night. I’m writing this because the other night a valet and a group of your guests walked from in front of a double parked car into traffic forcing some minivan over the curb and into the center of Comm Ave. Your valet is complacent and it’ll be bad.

Since becoming a member, I have found myself here at all hours of the day; to relax and have a drink, to watch a game, to tie one on with some buds on the weekend. I’ve had meals, taken work calls, and had meetings here. And in between this, I’ve enjoyed perusing the museum quality art collection and flipping through the records and books. Thankful to be able to have something like this in our city.

Bondo should prioritize providing good service, as private clubs are meant to make members feel appreciated and valued. Unfortunately, Bondo in particular falls short, as its treatment of members is far from the expected standard, leaving individuals feeling disrespected and disappointed. The staff's rudeness exacerbates the already poor service, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for guests. It's ironic that the service at a typical Boston restaurant surpasses that of Bondo, despite its reputation for exclusivity and luxury.

Elegant and classy with a modern twist. Great place to have a variety of options all in one venue. Food is excellent and love the vibe…great cross section of people with very interesting backgrounds. We had a guest stay in one of the rooms and they had nothing but great things to say about their experience.

Our grand-daughter is a member and we had a birthday celebration at The Quin House last week. It was a wonderful event with great food and a super atmosphere. All of the staff were very helpful and I give it 5 stars.

Extremely welcoming place, everyone is working so hard in this place. Great food and even better people. Great diversity and attention to detail is second to none.

On a daily basis, parking at the Quinn reflects a complete lack of regard for public safety and for the needs of those living on Commonwealth Ave. Cars are double parked down the full block leaving westbound Commonwealth Ave a single lane. This is a serious accident waiting to happen.

A wonderful place to have fun, brainstorm with colleagues and/or just relax. The ‘Quin is a very special place.

Visited as a guest a few times. Prepare for expensive, yet meager servings.

A great community to be a part of in boston. There’s so many restaurants and amenities in the building. And rooms to rent for guests too

A lot of fun meeting so many brilliant & interesting minds at the TEDxBoston reception last month! Bondo is a stunning venue and Chef Tu (Top Chef) who was one of the speakers was definitely a highlight of the evening with his savory culinary artistry. 👩‍🍳 Parking as with any venue in Boston is a challenge and ride share / public transit is best. Green-line is a 10 min walk.

Came as a guest, staff were very friendly. Ambiance was great and enjoyed the areas where we were able to escape and be in our own space.

Excellent space reinventing the idea of a membership club in Boston. The historic McKim Mead & White building has been beautifully restored and modernized with fantastic decor by Ken Fulk. The result is a feeling of eclectic and interesting luxury and comfort. Exceptional art collection. The multiple restaurants offer high caliber dining and the Japanese restaurant -- Bondo -- in particular -- is excellent. Great place to meet friends, relax, etc. Staff is also great. Friendly & professional.

Modern private club located at a great location. The staff is absolutely fantastic. You don't go here for the food (it's ok), but rather the atmosphere and illusion of being amongst the bourgeoisie

Came as a guest for dinner at the restaurant on the first floor and everything was amazing! I’m a picky eater and everything was so good. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. I hope to get invited again on our next visit.
