Very Bad Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!Trying to schedule my wife's Dental Appointment from last 2 months now, but they always say call us back, been calling them from 8-12 weeks now no luck, even if you call they will make you stay on hold for 20mins and ask you to leave voicemail but nobody even returns your call, management needs to get some people who feels the pain to patients not just a fun call and to work here instead of Rude and not willing to help people in need. Imagine why would someone call you guys if they're fit and healthy? people call u if they need care and you guys don't feel that pain. very annoying experience seriously. May god bless these people and their hearts to be friendly enough to help families struggling to get care. Will raise this issue to Corporate or higher management to try and fix this.

Every time I go to pick up a prescription after being sent from either dental or medical, the woman with the grey hair and glasses as well as the women with red and blonde highlighted hair, they have the worst bedside manner and have a lot of attitude. I don’t know if it’s just how they talk, but it definitely doesn’t feel respectful or nice. I’m nothing but kind and polite and then receive a condescending response. I don’t know if it’s because I have colorful dreads and multiple piercings or what, but it’s so unnecessary especially when I’m still kind to them after they treat me this way. They also never answer their phones or call me back after leaving a voicemail. They ended up sending my prescription to the wrong address and I spent an hour on the phone talking to at least 5 different people that weren’t any of the pharmacists just to get it squared away. Very frustrating...

Was calling to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist understood that, and asked me questions for my information (name, DOB, phone number etc). They confirmed with me that the docs only do phone appointments, of which I thought was fine. Then I was asked for my insurance (which, by the way, is one of the more well-known, widely used and high quality insurances used in the state). After a moment of hesitance, I was suddenly told: "Sorry, we are super busy. We are so busy, we are completely booked. We can't have any new patients because we are so busy. We recommend you find a different clinic." Like what?? The entire time they were readily going to accept me as a new patient. But after I mentioned my insurance, they turned around and said they're so busy that they're booked? They didn't even offer future appointments (like as if they are busy for the rest of eternity), or propose any other alternative. Why even bother signing me up as a patient if you already knew you were completely booked in the first place? You should just let me know first thing if that's truly the case. If they're going to be preferentially choosing people based on insurance or anything else, and not provide healthcare to everyone in an equal fashion, then I'm glad I didn't end up being a patient here. Quite disappointing.

I want everyone to beware when you go to this place, they are absolutely a place that of all things, discriminates against Caucasian people. This is the most horrible place that I have ever had to go to see a doctor. I stood in line for several minutes to try and make an appointment to see my Dr. and as I was waiting there were three other people ahead of me, and I was able to over hear two of those people ask for an appointment to see the same Dr. as me, and they got one within just a few days, and when I ask for an appointment I was told I would have to wait for over a month before I could get in. This place doesn't care about its patients, and they are very rude at the front desk.

I’m a patient for this clinic for six years long. Their medical clinic is OK but their dental clinic is getting worse and worse - their mission is more about making money rather than care about patient. I have a tooth filled but the filling fell out on the same day. I understood this could happen so I didn't get mad, instead I asked dentist to repair the filling. They did repair the filling but sent me two bills for that tooth. Their front desk explained to me that they knew they shouldn’t bill me for twice, but their billing dept can't do one bill because the dentist that helped me to repair wasn't the same dentist and also because she used a different way to help me filled...Front desk then asked me to contact their billing dept to see if they can revised one of the bills. Billing dept. then told me they can't revise the bills but I can contact the clinic to request them to write off the first failed filling charge...I'm like a kicked ball and the issue has never been resolved. What's more sad is that this dental clinic now will add on some services that you don't need but just because they think your insurance have those services covered. Earlier this year, I decided to do emergency walk-in because I have ONE tooth that suddenly with a little pain and I want to check if it's a serious tooth decay. I double checked with the front desk and had been told that my insurance will cover the emergency walk-in services. One of their staffs then directly took me to do a Panoramic X-ray BEFORE I MET DENTIST. The whole process was about ten seconds so I thought they were taking X-ray for the specific tooth that hurt. Six weeks later, I received a bill from my isurance compay-all other services were covered but the panoramic X-ray has been denied. I called and questioned them how can this happen? They then replied me : you must have done the Panoramic X-ray in somewhere else in the past five years othewise your isurance wouldn't denied... The fact was I didn't have Panoramic X-ray in somewhere else, it just because the clinic thought I have this covered so they did it for me subjectively. According to my dental insurance company- I don't have this Panoramic X-ray covered on the date of service and no clinic staffs called to check with them. As a patient of this clinic for six years long, I am very responsible to say their dental clinic is really not recommended.

I just moved to Bothell and had a new patient dental appt with Dr Lin a week ago. She did careful examination and said I may need a deep cleaning. We agreed if my insurance does not cover the deep cleaning, I will have a regular dental cleaning. When I went to receptionist to make an appointment, I was told I can only make deep cleaning appt and my insurance does not cover it. I told her Dr Lin agreed to do regular cleaning in this case. She said she will check with Dr Lin. Dr Lin’s hygienist called me 2 days later and told me Dr Lin is ok for me to come for a regular cleaning at 9:15am 5/1/2019. I went to the office this morning and was told they can’t do routine dental cleaning on me and suggest me to get periodontics evaluation. I was totally disappointed as I was told to come for a regular cleaning but get rejection. I asked to speak to Dr. Lin or the management and was told Dr Lin is not in office. It seems unless I agree to do a deep cleaning otherwise I can’t get dental care in this office. My question is as a patient do I have right to chose regular cleaning over deep cleaning ?! I would think the whole thing has little to do with Dr Lin but the HealthPoint dental management. Is your goal serving the patient or making $$. By the way, my dentist in Minnesota took good care of me for 30 years and NEVER asked me to do $$ costly deep cleaning at all. I hope to find a decent dentist/dental office in Seattle to take care of my dental health soon. I will keep bring the issues I encountered to the public/authority until it resolved.

I had to switch to this clinic when I went on Medicaid. My first PCP didn't want to fill my ADHD and depression medications. She made me make an appointment with their counselor and then a second follow-up appointment with herself in order to get my medications refilled, even though I told her I had been taking these same medications for years. She drove me insane with her apparent ignorance and confusion over what to do with the "situation". I thought it was just this one doctor with the issue, but then I switched my son to this clinic and found out this is just the way they do things. His PCP made me go to 4 different appointments with her, the counselor, the psychologist, and herself again, apparently to evaluate whether he could be prescribed ADHD medication. In addition, I provided them with a letter from the neuropsychologist who had diagnosed him with ADHD and records from our previous doctor who had prescribed these medications to my son just over a year ago. In the end, she refused to prescribe the ADHD medication giving the reason that they are just a clinic and she would not be prescribing ADHD medication to children going forward. It was clear they felt the medication (and most likely the mom) was "bad" even though my son has been thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed, and I had told her that my son on medication was happier and accepted by his peers, had fewer injuries in soccer, and got his schoolwork done. Granted, she was probably new, but she knew I had to take both of my kids out of school early for every appointment, and given the records I provided them, I felt they went overboard. The disregard for my time and for all of the previous medical records was absurd. And I have never met doctors as ignorant or judgmental of mental health issues as they were.

Appalling care... I arrived on time for my appointment, but was not seeing until 1 1/2 hours later. It was my first appointment with the doctor but he was flippant, uninterested and got frustrated when I tried to describe my health conditions. He also neglected to do any form of routine examination, no stethoscope check of my lungs, no gland check of the neck... Nothing. It was effectively a telehealth visit in person. It took me 3 hours of travel to get there and back. He then suddenly left without concluding the session and I was waiting alone in the room for 30 minutes wondering what was going on. Eventually the physicians assistant came in and was just as puzzled. I needed a refill of a necessary mediction and had to ask her to ask him as I never saw him again. I will never go back, it was truly disgraceful care.

I feel like this office is just trying to get you in and out. I have some pretty serious problems they dont care to look into and I dont ever have a positive experience. Its almost like my doctor specifically didnt have confidence in his knowledge or know how.

Convenient location with easy to set up appointment process but horrible practice. Been coming here for two years and didn't know any better. Fillings consistently had high spots that I had to come in again to get fixed. The last straw for me was a build-up that they did on one of my teeth. The tooth split in half from top to bottom the next day. This was very painful. I went back in for an emergency appointment and they couldn't do anything. Just gave me a referral to another dentist that could extract the tooth for me. I called that number and they said they never got a referral so they can't accept me. I waited a couple days. Meanwhile the tooth got extremely inflamed and infected. Called the referral later in the week. Same story. I go back to this dentist in hopes they can at least re-make the referral or prescribe me something and I came out with nothing again. I ended up getting drunk and pulling my own tooth because the pain of that was less than what I was going through. After telling this story to my roommate who referred me to this place when he started going, he said he left them too. During his third visit or so they referred him to some place to remove his wisdom teeth saying that they're causing issues in his mouth. The thing is, he had them removed years ago.

I waited on hold for 94 minutes today to set an appointment that the doctor told me to set. They told ME to call THEM, then put me on hold for over an hour and a half, and I still was not able to set an appointment. On top of that I have been complaining about shoulder pain that has been getting worse and worse for over a year, and they have done literally zero treatment. Not one single thing other that going over the same tests and imaging again and again, never actually coming up with any treatment at all. A clown office filled with useless do nothings who cannot even be bothered to pick up the phone and take appointments they themselves told you to make. Totally unprofessional, and utterly useless.

So today was the last straw. I had my pharmacy fax my Dr., Lena Ismail a prescription refill request a week ago, she never responded and now I'm out. Since Healthpoint is closed on weekends I'll have to either find another doctor or wait until next week to see if I can find someone to respond to me at Healthpoint. One of the therapists there, refused medical care to me because she didn't like me. Their Dental department hasn't responded to my request for care for 2 years. I'm in my 60's now and need better responsiveness and care from my medical professionals. If Healthpoint is failing as a going concern I would not be a bit surprised.

I have never less than hated every time I have given this place another chance. Wonderful place if you enjoy sitting in the social security or DMV office, only it's full of sick coughing people and children with no masks or sense of personal space. Urgent care is better. Anywhere is. Fifth time walking out after waiting for hours, without seeing a doctor or getting help. Never, ever again. May be a good option for some if urgent care is packed and English is not the first language? They do have many resources for those with ESL needs.

My whole family is patients here at this clinic for over 4 years and doctors are awesome but receptionist and their costumer service are HORRIBLE. I’ll be specific about a guy that works there I believe he’s Mexican and whenever I call he’s very rude, talks back super mean and never gives right information. They forget that they work with people and their health and how important it is…. Very disrespectful

they won't see me because they are prejudice. don't waste your time here. they repetitively get information wrong and somehow without fail during this pandemic they have the worst service. they dont treat people that might be sick anymore even though they are a clinic. they told me to go to the ER or Urgent Care to get simple tests done to figure out if something is wrong with me. **** this place, i hope they fail quickly.

Worst experience when it comes to billing. They did not check any coverage when I came for a regular annual exam, and eventually I ended up paying the bill. They have to be upfront about the cost, which they were not, as they did not check.

They state they're open when they're not, most time any call is routed to their community office and i cant get ahold of them like ever. For 3 years now, they have been putting me down as not insured even though I present my card EVERY time I'm there. My primary doctor has changed so many times that I've lost count because they keep leaving this place, and the current one refuses to provide me with refills to my thyroid medication unless I do an in-office appointment but surprise, they want to charge me 200 dollars cause they claim I have no insurance. So I don't want to go but I need my medication and now doctor is holding medicine hostage because I rescheduled a couple of times? I also found out through the last doctor before this one that I was "diagnosed" with pcos which baffeled me because no tests were done. The only reason I could see why they wrote this wrong information is because I mentioned being worried about possibly having pcos. Shouldn't they be making sure the patient is actually diagnosed instead of putting down wrongful information? During that visit, i remember she dismissed my concerns, saying it could be anything, but later put down on my file that I have pcos, so what was that about? And how did she get to this conclusion? Their service is mediocre, staff is entitled, practitioners rotate so often its a red flag on its own, and there is no transparency in regard to patient care. Do yourself a favor and don't ever come to this place. They don't care about you at all.

Extremely friendly and sensitive staff! They genuinely want to help you however they can. Specifically Dr. Karlie Hippman- I've had major anxiety and trust issues with medical professionals my whole life, but not with her! She is one of the few doctor's that makes me feel seen and heard. There can be long wait times when trying to call, and I've been dropped a few times while on hold, but it's a popular location and so many people need help.

I had great experience over the last 15 years coming to this place, but recently with no insurance i thought i would be affordable care. it came as a sad news to my what i wasn't billed for. I wish i knew before hand, but when i did i was too late, the i tried to see if i could clarify this but i felt very left outside. The stuff otherwise is pretty friendly.

I am beyond LIVID right now..🤬 Scheduled my sons Sports Physical 2 weeks ago for Monday at 10. Mon at 9am they called to tell me they have to cancel bc the Dr. doesn't see kids under 13. Also that they don't have any openings for 2 weeks and cant help me.. Side note, ny son needs this before the 1st or he misses this semesters sport. Anyways they told me to go to an Urgent care, unfortunately the 3 locations I drove around trying to get him into yesterday do not do Sports Physicals. So I called the school and they told me about Zoom care. It's $49! Ok so I schedule it for today and left work 2 1/2 hrs early to do this. I get to his appt and guess what?? They can't take him bc I have state insurance.. They won't let me pay them regardless bc of even having state insurance. So now I'm back at Bothell health point trying to get them to get him in before they close and they told me that can see him until Friday. It will be too late. He's now going to miss this year's semester of sports bc Healthpoint messed up and wouldn't fix it.

Nice people, but terrible service, I know they except state insurance but they definitely treat their patrons accordingly, don’t seem to care much. I went in for two different check ups both times they had inexperienced kids in training working on me. My 2nd visit thought I was going in for a cleaning, turned out it was a filling, during they asked me to raise my left hand if I feel any pain, both nurses completely disregarded me when I rose my left hand in pain, resulting with the dentist cutting my tongue badly trying to get to the back of my tooth. Still healing from it and the pain was excruciating. All in all I would avoid this place if you need real work done, hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else again. I would give them no stars if I could, but I guess google review is giving them a courtesy star which is more then they gave me.

I came here for a few years but just found a new clinic. The first doctor I saw there said he didn't think my shoulder was actually dislocating when I told him about how my shoulder had been popping out following a car accident. I then went to UW where the surgeon said it had severe damage from dislocating and they did a major surgery. Switched to a different doctor who was great but then she left and was replaced with the doctor I've now seen the past year and a half. He is a nice guy but I had been messaging him in the patient portal with a health concern and he never replied so ended up calling the front desk to get in contact. I also have severe osteoarthritis and cartilage erosion which came up on an MRI, I told my doctor I need a permanent disability placard and then he said that people with chronic pain just become overly sensitive to it. I have medical proof of an incurable disability and the knee surgeon who just operated on my other knee said that knee will need another surgery in the future. Based on these experiences I wouldn't suggest this place for anything more than basic health needs.

Dentists are very nice but the scheduling is completely ridiculous. They just get to decide whenever that they aren’t accepting any new patients. What’s the point of of coming in for an evaluation if you can’t even be seen for another few months.

Absolutely outstanding and courteous dental staff and services. I took my teen who have braces on and needed proper cleaning with some serious issue's because of the wires and retainer. They treated him so well and provide all the necessary equipment needed for him. The space was super clean, nice and hygienic. The front desk lady was unnecassarily rude and i felt that she feels entitled to speak to the patients how ever she wants. Other then that totally recommend it.

I switched from Redmond Health Point to Bothell due to a move. We loved Redmond, they were nothing but professional and friendly. Bothell Health Point is the worst facility I have ever been to!!! The first time I took my two kids there they were due for vaccinations, the nurse was horrible, she literally jabbed the needle into my kids arms! They were screaming and crying, had blood running down their arms and had large bruises for days after... That experience traumatized them. No kid likes shots but that was over the top careless.. Second visit for vaccinations went fine and the clinic made sure we didn't get the same nurse. The most recent scheduled apt for vaccinations was a disaster! First I waited for 45 min just to get the scheduling coordinator on the phone. We made the appointment, I received two confirmations prior to the appointment and an hour before my kids were due to come in the Providers assistant ( who was very rude over the phone) told me my kids could not be seen in person because the provider only see's kids 6 and under!!! I let her know my kids could not return to school without these vaccinations and why would I need an over the phone visit???? Very disappointed. Unorganized rude behavior, needless to say I will not be returning to this joke of a clinic...

Came here to bring my wife to get a test for Covid-19. I have been tested twice, and both times there was a sense of professionalism, but not at this location. The doctors/nurses performing the tests were not prepared for us when we arrived even though we had an appointment. My wife had informed them over the phone that her ears were giving her pain, and they told her that they could examine her ears. She had asked them about her examination and they hadn't charged their otoscope. We waited an additional five minutes for this. The doctor confirmed she had an infection, but was skeptical about prescribing antibiotics for whatever reason. My wife told them she would like the medicine, and the doctor told her she would send it to our pharmacy. When we arrived at the pharmacy, nothing had been sent through. We had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone from the clinic and get her prescription taken care of. All the while she was in pain. Do not come here if you have any pain and urgently need medicine because you likely won't be getting it. UPDATE: After we had spoken to someone over the phone, my wife was told that her prescription was put on her books but never sent through. She was told she would be getting a call that evening or the next morning regarding her prescription. It is now the next morning, still nothing. We called and were told we would have to wait until Monday. My wife's ear infection is worsening and she is in more pain than yesterday. Health Point, what do you have to say about this? This is unacceptable. You work with people's health, how are you able to do things like this and remain in business?

This place just lied to and gaslit my wife about her appointment today. They called yesterday to confirm and, when she arrived this morning, told her they called again to reschedule the appointment due to the doctor’s family emergency. There’s no missed phone call on her phone nor is there a voicemail which they lied about leaving. I get that things happen and appointments need to be moved around but don’t lie about when you don’t do your job. They should get some more professional front desk staff before they drive away all of their patients before they even get to see the doctor.

Healthpoint is a great clinic and resource to get the medical attention you’re needing. I’ve had great experiences with their medical, therapy and pharmacy here! If you’re needing help, healthpoint offers it. I’d like to say that Dr. Hippman is a physician that stands out from the rest! One of the newer providers and definitely a breath of fresh air. I have anxiety and difficulty connecting and feeling comfortable with doctors.. not with Dr. Hippman! I always leave feeling heard and extremely appreciative to have her there! If you’re needing therapy, don’t hesitate to reach out to Dr. Baker and/or Dr. Johnson. Both great therapists. Thank you because you’ve done so much for me.

Dr. Rongren plays the squeeze game to get medications, she was also taking my BP, the machine was leaking and I told her it was, she didn't believe me or listen. When she finally realized it was leaking she left the room and sent a nurse back in and told me I was OK to leave. I have no faith in the doctor. Staff is great.

I am writing a review to let people know if your primary care provider is not at health point you cannot use their pharmacy. I didn't know that and no where on my insurance app does it say that, even though they are listed as the #1 pharmacy in my area and in my network. A bit of a waste of time for me. But the employees were nice and helpful in what they could do.

I gotta say - I love HealthPoint Bothell. I use both the medical and dental treatment. Medical wise, I've been in about 4 times over 6 years. Less than I should, honestly, but I hate having medical treatments when I don't need them. One time I had a lingering cough I desperately was wanting to get rid of before I went on an overseas trip, and my doctor (Dr. Karlapalem) helped me out as best as she could with the caveat that there was no real way to perfectly cure a cough (understandable) and was incredibly understanding. At that same time, I'd mentioned that my lorazepam for depression/anxiety was getting low but I hadn't filled it since I moved, so she worked to set me up with Dr. Baker. When I got back from my trip, Dr. Baker and I sat down and had a very comfortable conversation, and she gave me a security blanket of Lorazepam - exactly what I needed since I only need it for when things get EXTREMELY BAD. My other two times were similarly well kept. Sure, I felt rushed once on my most recent visit (which was a rushed visit - I'm always sick before trips, I swear - so I didn't get Dr. Karlapalem like I have the other two times), but it was mid-flu season and it was packed; I'm not shocked. Dental wise, I only had one negative experience with a doctor whose name I can't remember; I do remember speaking with the staff afterward and they made sure to note on my account (I assume?) so I'd never have to see him again. Since though, all of my dental work I do with Dr. Lin, who is ABSOLUTELY NUMBER ONE THE BEST. I don't know how she does it. First, I had pain in a filling on one tooth and it had given me trouble for a while. She told me there were a few different options we could take with it - the last of which was root canal and which would likely be out of pocket cost for me. She suggested we try a few steps - do the least troublesome thing first, see if that worked, if it didn't, move on. I agreed. When step one didn't work, she got me back in ASAP, and when that didn't work, she went for step three - pulling out my filling (done by a dentist at home in Indiana), cleaning everything out, and putting a new filling in. Everything's been hunky-dory since then. And somehow, the whole time - even though sometimes I don't see her in over a year and she DEFINITELY sees a metric ton of patients - she remembers what we spoke about last time. Anyway - I love Bothell HealthPoint. Sure, things are rushed sometimes, and there's been a time or two where getting an appointment is hard (most often when school is out of session, I find - probably kiddos getting their appointments), but I think it's worth it for the great care I receive.

They always treat me well and I never have a problem with my insurance coverage. The callbacks and customer service portion of things leaves a lot to be desired because it's really hard to get through sometimes and call backs really need to be more brief. I don't need a conversation relayed through message. And please leave it to the doctors to diagnose.

Pharmacy & Dental folks are great, Medical folks good. But, Admin by Phone or Web is terrible. Near impossible to accomplish basic tasks, like appointments or follow-up. Hours spent on hold or making calls that go unanswered. New Web portal for patients is deeply flawed. Data systems woefully inadequate. Overall, if you have a choice, avoid all the hassles & neglect.

The majority of the staff are very friendly but there are some that serve poorly but personally what makes me most angry is that as patients they require you to notify in advance when you are not going to be able to go to your appointment or to cancel it. It's the second time they cancel me while I'm already there
